30 Routine test

Each transformer shall pass our standard routine tests, and also pass the following tests in accordance

with the relevant standards :

Measurement of winding resistance.

Measurement of voltage ratio and check of phase displacement.

Measurement of short circuit impedance and load loss.

Measurement of no-load loss and current.

Applied voltage test

Induced voltage withstand test.

Insulation resistance test.

Leakage test.

Oil dielectric strength test.

31 Type test

The following type tests shall be in accordance with the relevant standards :

Full wave lightning impulse test.

Temperature-rise test.

Determination of sound level.

Type test will be carried out on one transformer of the same specification. The costs of all tests and

test reports shall be extra charge.
