Deprivation By Way of Child Support

Comes Now, ​Other Party​, Authorized Representative for the alleged Defendant in the
above-styled civil action, and files this ​his​ objection to the judgement for child support for failure
to state a claim for which relief can be granted, no cause of action, deprivation of rights under
color of law, ​lack of jurisdiction over the person (​see annexed affidavit of publication)​ and on
grounds of unconscionability pursuant to ​Unconscionable Contract Code for Your State​. This
child support contract is unfair,​ oppressive, and there was ​never any consented ​to enter into the
contract. Identity theft, threats, intimidation, schemes, duress, fraudulent misrepresentation,
ambiguity and coercion was committed by individuals acting as officials and the Plaintiff to
create and impose the said contract for unjust enrichment purposes, and has restricted the liberty,
freedom and the rights of the alleged Defendant. Warning of such crimes have been personally
served to the below named officia(s)/agent(s) (​see annexed COL Form(s))​. I demand for this
judgment to be voided and this case dismissed immediately and for all officials and agents
involved with this case to ​cease and desist​ from all acts of deprivation as described in 18 USC §
242, 18 USC § 245, and 42 USC § 1983.
