Sub: Declaration of vacation from L6-6-2020 to 30-6-2020 for

allthe teaching staff members
Ref: 1) Circular dated 05.6.2020, issued by the office of the
Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education Dept.,
Govt. of Karnataka
2) Hon'ble Vice Chancellor's Approval dated ti--6-2020

As per the references above and by the directions of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor,
the Principals/Directors of all the Affiliated, Constituent, Autonomous colleges,
Schools of Architecture and all the PG Centres under VTU are here by informed that
the vacation is declared for all the teaching staff members from 16th June to 30 June
2020.
The online interactive sessions could continue up to 3Oth June 2020.

In accordance with our earlier Circular No. VTU/AcalA-912019-201237 dated

22-5-2020 it was directed to all the colleges that the online teaching learning sessions
would be continued up to 15 J,,tne 2020 and the academic term was also extended
accordingly. It may be noted that, the staff members must be available in the institute if
required, for academic work such as VTU LIC/AICTE/NBA visits etc.
