ORBINOX was founded in Tolosa (northern Spain) during the late 60’s,
handling abundant design and application experience in gas transportation
and air separation area. Today we have manufacturing plants in Spain,
Canada and India, complimented by sales distribution centres in the USA, UK,
Germany, Spain, France, China, Canada, India, Indonesia and Brazil with
agents wirldwide.

MP 型阀门是一种通用的，法兰安装的，单向密封阀门，主要用于干净的气

体介质（如空气、氮气、氧等）或含有固体颗料的不干净气体介质。MP 设计压

力有低压和高压之分，密封形式分为：石墨软密封，密封等级符合 DIN3230

class3，和金属与金属接触密封。

The MP model valve is a general-purpose, uni-directional seal, flanged

valve for gaseour clean fluids such as atmospheric air, nitrogen, oxygen etc.
and gaseous dirty fluids carrying suspended solids. MP design pressure is
divided into 2 types: low pressure and high pressure. Likewise, the seal type is
divided into 2 versions. The first of these with graphite-based braiding
providing BO class 3 tightness according to standard DIN 3230 and the
second providing relative tightness with metal-metal contact.

产品特点 Production features：

1. 阀板与阀座在开启（脱离）和关闭（贴紧）初始时平移，对阀座无剪切挤压

和磨擦，故可靠，使用寿命长。

The design of this valve allows a frontal seal. When open or close, the disc

will offset first. It is useful to avoid friction between disc and seat, reduce

torque and extend lifetime.

2. 所有内部可移动部件（与流体接触）均具有自润滑功能。

All moving parts located inside the valve (in contact with process fluid) are
self-lubricated.

3. 阀座密封位于垂直面上，在开关过程种不会因管道残留的固体颗粒造成阀座

密封面损伤——即有自清洁功能。

The seat is vertical. When operation, it is useful to avoid distroying the seat
by suspended solid.
4. 在开启时，阀门机构限定了阀门两侧的最大压差 0.1bar 或 0.15bar，从而避

免分子筛床层受到高压差气流的意外冲击，确保系统安全。

When open, the maximum different pressure is limited at 0.1bar or 0.15bar.

It is useful to avoid high pressure impacting molecular sieve.

5. 设计标准依据压力设备指令 PED 97/23/EC，并通过有限元模拟分析满压下

受力情况，提高了阀门可靠性。

ORBINOX three lever butterfly valves are designed according to directive

PED 97/23/EC for pressure equipment. Orbinox design calculations are

made following the Finit Elements Method which has been validated by a

notified body (Lloyd’s Register).

6. 结构材料：阀体材料为 P265GH (HII)，杆和其他运动的零部件材料为 AISI

420 和 AISI 316，可以耐高温、高压，运行寿命更长。轴承材料为

MECAUTO.

which makes them highly resistant to temperature and pressure as well as

7. 开启时，当气缸气源压力为 0.4bar，阀门两侧的最大压差小于等于 0.1bar

或 0.15bar，气缸才能驱动阀杆开启阀门。出厂前，每台三杆阀均按客户要

求调整好气缸气源压力和最大压差，若现场工艺条件有微小变化，阀门开启

困难时，可调高气缸气源压力或调节下图中的可调丝杆向外旋出以增加力臂

来实现较高的开启最大压差。

The maximum different pressure is adjustable. Before shipment, every MP

valve has been adjusted per customer requirement, air pressure 0.4bar,
maximum different pressure is 0.1bar or 0.15bar. But at customer site
some service condition is changed, valves become difficult to open, we
can enlarge air pressure for cylinder or adjust screw forth to extend the
arm of force.
