1. My major strength according to requirement of banking job

 ability to understand  the needs and desires of the clients of the bank

2. After completing studies, I have been planning to make great career by doing job in the banking and
financial sector and I am preparing myself deserving for it by developing various skills that are important for
the banking sectors. Multiple skills are needed for banking sector, it has always been a priority. To perform
banking activities, we need special skill to perform well. Not only in the banking sector but in every work
platform, it needs one of the special man power skills. like; Understanding customer and client.- Customers
and client understanding is important for every B2C and B2B company regardless of its domain. For digital
technology company, understanding the client's needs and business specific is essential. Every delivered
system or service, be IT consulting, web development integrates into existing company's operations as the
means to enhance processes, drive innovation and initiate changes that offer business growth in the future.
Therefore every organization should have a clear understanding of the customers. Business and environment.
And i think I have also posses various skills that it is important for this work plate form. So I am presenting
details of some special skills to get jobs in the banking sector for your convenience, which is very important
for jobs in any bank such as:

jobs in any bank such as:

a. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Whether we work on any post in any bank, this
skills are the most important. Almost all the activities of the banking sector depend on
numbers and calculations. So employees have to be confident about numbers, mastery of
basic calculations, calculating margins and percentage and should be analyzed. we should be
proficient in Fastest Basic Calculations, Multiplications, Ratios, and Fractions. So I have the
ability to understand, how to analyze the information, how to solve problems, and how to get
the best case related to your job profile?

b. Attention to the details. This is a very important working skill for every job in the bank.
And I am an expert in catching minor mistakes or inconsistencies during your work. I will
always have to do all the work carefully for this so that the bank does not have any financial
loss besides the clients.

c. Communication skills. Now, because the officers and employees of the bank have to deal
with transactions and performances daily and every kind of people in every bank - educated
or illiterate, rich-poor, techno-friendly or unaware of modern techniques etc. - Come on, so
all the bank employees should have good communication skills. So, I am perfect in
communication skills.

d. Team Coordination Bank staff should complete coordination with their senior officers and
junior staff as well as their clients
e. Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills: Every bank often has a lot of customers at a
time, which have to deal with money or other related work. Hence time management and
multi-tasking skills are very important for each bank job profile so that every time the bank
completes its work.

f. Initiative and Creativity: During working in any bank, many times the staff or officers of
the bank have to initiate their work in relation to their work, for which every employee of
the bank should be well prepared and to include creativity as long as possible in his work.
We need to work efficiently.

g. Leadership: A special reason for this is that, sometimes, if you need to, you have to take reasonable
decisions in relation to your duties as a leader.

h. Positive Attitude towards Customers: All the staff in each bank provides various services related to the
money so that all the customers coming in the bank should be able to solve all their problems while dealing
with them, giving correct answers to their queries and settling the complaints in time, each employee has the
first obligation.

i. The skill of working in work pressure: Every bank employee should be able to work without any mistake
in pressure, because often a large number of customers come in every day to make money transactions - and
to deal with the long queues of the customers, daily dealing with the bank staff. it happens.

j. Banking Industry Information: All employees should have good information and understanding of the
latest banking trends and other urgent matters besides their associated work. A special reason for this is that,
sometimes, if you need to, you have to take reasonable decisions in relation to your duties as a leader.

And after reading this article I have got clear about how HRM is important in an organization or every work
platform. More and more companies seek the outsourcing services of HR recruitment companies. The focus
on HRM is now moved to the strategic utilization of employees and the measurable impact of employee
programs over business. Nowadays successful companies need to be adaptive, resilient, customer-centered
and quick to change direction. Within such an environment the effectiveness of HRM is crucial to business
success. HR professionals establish systems for performance development, career succession planning and
employee development. This keeps people motivated, happy, personally engaged and contributing to
company success. Furthermore the HR professional helps the development of organizational culture and
