captured by Augustus and was either killed by him or captured but she managed to kill herself while
being a prisoner. She died at the age of 39

the first one of Ptolemaic rulers of Egypt who learned to speak Egyptian language. Her reign
brought Egypt nearly 22 years of prosperity and stability. She was the last paraoh of Egypt. She's
remembered as one of the most brilliant and alluring figures of antiquity, yet many of the details of
her life remain unknown or surrounded by myth this is because most of the art and writings about
her come long after her death and were often written by the Romans, who feared her and the
thought of a woman gaining so much power.

After her father's death, when she was 18 and her brother 10, Cleopatra become the queen of
Egypt. No long after that she was exiled by her brother's supporters, but she returned to rule with
Cesar by her side. Later her brother drowned in The Nil after a war between Cleopatra and her
brother' supporters .Yet she had an other brother who she married. Cleopatra and Cesar were lovers
and they had a boy together. His name was Cesarion. Later Cesar and Cleopatra's brother died and
she put three old Cesarion to rule with her.
After a while she met Marcus Antoniu and she became his lover. They had 3 children
together. In a war with Octavian, Antoniu killed himself because he thought that Cleopatra was
dead. But she wasn't dead and Antoniu died in her arms so Cleopatra chose to kill herself. She died
in 30 BC.
