RECOMMENDATION

The following recommendations are offered based on the findings and conclusion

of the study:

 The administration regulating the implementation of educational

advancements, specifically the E – learning facility the study is concerned,

Google Classroom, should regularly monitor its brought effects to the

learning aspects.

 The administration should consider the institution’s preparedness before

taking big leap to ensure that the program to be implemented would be for

the holistic growth and development of the general.

 The administration concerned must ensure that everyone under the

program has equal access to internet connection since it plays a vital role

in the effectiveness of the mentioned program.

 The administration must have a regular comparative analysis to effectively

track the progress of the said implementation.

 Students’ academic performance, adaptability to the implemented

advanced learning environment, academic interaction with the teacher in

an online platform, and other important aspects regarding the matter

should be taken into consideration.

Recommendation for Further Research

In the light of the limitations identified and the findings of the study, the following

are recommended as future research subjects:

 How Google Classroom implementation affects those learners who don’t

have internet connection

 How technological advancements would change the way teachers’ (who

do not belong to Generation Z) perspective towards education

 The adaptability of teachers (who do not belong to Generation Z) to online

learning platform

 The disadvantages to be faced in an online learning platform

 The effectiveness of students – teacher online academic interaction

towards students’ academic performance.

Recommendation for Reading

This action plan that is confined in the study “Silvercresters towards Google

Classroom Implementation in LCC Silvercrest SHS Year 2018 – 2019” is highly

recommended for reading to the following:

1. The Students (Silvercresters). This is highly recommended to the students,

specifically to the Silvercresters and those who are under the online education

platform because this study will be beneficial to them for it highlights an issue

concerning students’ engagement towards 21 st century learning/ education.

2. The Teachers. This is highly recommended to the teachers, specifically, to the

Silvercrest Faculty and to those who are under the online education platform

because this covers various concerns regarding the innovative environment they

are involved in.

3. The OEd (Online Education) Universities. This is highly recommended to the

universities that are under the adaptability of online education platform because

this highlights the level of effectiveness of 21 st century learning environment

towards the education field.

4. The Future Researchers. This is highly recommended to the future researchers

who will also going to conduct a research about the same topic because this

features exclusive information and paradigm that will be of a great help to that

study to be conducted.
