How to remain stress free this during the

Lockdown
The corona pandemic has hit the world hard. Every single person in this world is either directly
or indirectly affected due to it. Countries are extending their nationwide lockdown and god
knows when will see a world without corona. The vaccine for the coronavirus isn’t ready and
speculations are that it will be available in the last months of 2020. Staying at home for such a
long time can make anyone feel depressed and lethargic but there are some ways in which you
can end this corona pandemic in a positive note.

1. Routine

This is an old-school step but having a routine keeps your body and mind fit. Sitting on the
couch and binge-watching Netflix all day is an option but its not good for your mind. Sure it’s a
routine but not an ideal routine, is it? It's better to plan your day the night before and try to work
on all the stipulated things you assigned for yourself. I am sure that you won’t be able to do all
things you fixed for you but eventually you’ll start working on each and everything. Its not
possible to get into a routine instantly. Take things slow because you do have all the time in the
world right now. Fix your work time and chill time. Don’t work and chill and don’t work when
you are chilling.

2. Journal

Another old method to keep yourself busy and productive. Journaling might seem old fashioned
but most successful people in the world have a habit of journaling. It has a number of benefits.
For starters, if you don’t have a good memory then journaling will work your mind to remember
things at the end of the day and boost your memory power. Another benefit of journaling is that
it takes out whatever is inside your mind. You can treat it as a trash can where you can empty
your mind at the end of the day. It also keeps track of the important things that are happening in
your life. You can find what kind of person you are in a month with journaling. You will know
the real yourself. You must write daily. Do not skip even a single day otherwise you won’t do it
the next day.

3. Exercise

Gyms and parks are closed for god know how many more days. It doesn’t mean that you cannot
keep yourself fit. There are tons of exercises which you can do which do not require any machine
or equipment. All you need to do is to open Youtube and search for “Quarantine Exercises”.
Fitness experts have already flooded Youtube with home exercises by now. A simple plank and
few pushups won’t take much of your time. If you do not want to exercise then you can switch to
Yoga. Yoga keeps your mind and body fit at the same time.
This time is for exploring yourself. You have all the time for things which you wanted to do for a
long time. Doesn’t matter if you succeed in it or not, just go for it and you’ll transform yourself.
