DLSU also has an auditorium that can host 1,000 people and serve as a venue for major cultural activities

The University runs on a trimestral calendar. Term 1 runs from August
to December, Term 2 from January to March, and Term 3 from May to August.

Support Services
The Office of Student Leadership Involvement,
Formation and Empowerment (SLIFE) seeks to develop
and implement programs that promote self-sustaining
development and positive influence towards effective
personal and organizational leadership. It takes charge
of ensuring a smooth and well-balanced implementation
of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the
different student groups under the Student Government
and the Council of Student Organizations. It provides
world-class student-related services and relevant
formation programs toward the holistic development
of values-oriented Lasallian achievers for God and
Country. It also encourages student involvement and
helps orient diverse graduate and international students

Worldwide Networks
In the international front, DLSU has been selected by the ASEAN University Network/Southeast Asia Engineering
Education Development Network (AUN/SEED-Net) as its main facilitating institution for biotechnology education
in the region.
The University is in partnership with the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU), which is composed
of some 200 Catholic universities and institutes of higher learning worldwide, and the Association of Southeast
and East Asian Catholic Colleges and Universities (ASEACCU), a regional association of Catholic universities in countries
within this geographical area, which aims to contribute to educational dialogue on an international level beyond
the Southeast and East Asian regions.
To promote and strengthen a relationship among academicians, scholars, and students in the areas of business
and economics and to uplift the quality level of graduate programs related to business and economics, DLSU allied
with the ASEAN Graduate Business and Economics Programme (AGBEP) Network composed of the business
and economics faculties of AUN member universities.
DLSU is also a member of The United Board, which operates as both a programmatic and grant-making
organization and works in partnership with institutions of higher education in 13 countries of Asia. The United Board
improves faculty, enhances leadership, encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas, provides opportunities
for community-based learning, and strengthens libraries and information technology through its extensive network
of colleges and universities.
