Instruction to Join a Webinar using WebEx

1. You can join a meeting from your computer or smart mobile phone.
2. Open your email invite, and click the meeting link or copy the link and paste it in Google Address Bar.

If this is the first time you're joining a WebEx meeting, WebEx automatically downloads the app. Click the
installer file to install the app.

3. Enter your Name, Designation and email address, and click Next.
4. If you're asked for a meeting password, enter the meeting password. It's in your email invitation - and
click Next
5. Next, you choose how you want to hear.

6. Use computer for audio (default) ̶ Use your computer with a headset or speakers.
7. By default, your microphone and camera are turned off. The video and microphone buttons are both red.
8. To join with your video on, click Start video
9. To join with your microphone on, click Unmute
10.Click Join Meeting.
11.During the meeting your video will be off and your microphone with be on mute.
12.The Q&A will be done through chat.Participants will post their questions in the chat window to any speaker
or all. Speakers will view the Questions in Chat Window and respond.
13.You are requested to test the link well in advance.
14.If the connection lost, you may again join the session by clicking the same link as already mailed to you or
you may check your email for the another active link sent by the NCRB.
15.If you are experiencing audio problem, then follow following steps:-
a. Click Audio menu then Click Audio Connection.

b. Click on disconnect

c. Click connect
