COME SHARE YOUR VOICE
ALL SOLDIERS AND DA
CIVILIAN PERSONNEL
ARE INVITED
The Secretary of the Army established initiatives and
programs as part of “OPERATION INCLUSION” in response to the global civil
unrest surrounding incidents of racism, discrimination and loss of life. That, coupled
with the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted everyone.

We are committed to a concerted, immediate and sustained effort to acknowledge,

discuss, improve human relations, and ensure a work environment and culture that
demands respect, safety and successful mission accomplishment. Army senior
leadership, your supervisors, commanders and co-workers may have already engaged
in discussions addressing current events and the subjects of racism and discrimination.
We would like to continue that discussion in the context of
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Interested and available Soldiers and DA Civilians in the Huntsville, Alabama, Redstone
Arsenal, and the USACE areas are welcomed to participate in the listening sessions
taking place 8 and 9 July. This will require the coordination and approval of your
supervisor in regard to mission requirements.
Your safety and well being are a number one priority.

FACE MASKS REQUIRED AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IN EFFECT.
