re-assessment when the contract has
commenced.
If the food establishment decides to opt
out, the food establishment can inform
assessors verbally. Assessors can note
down that the food establishment does
not want to participate and politely leave
the premises. After that, this information
can be included in the report to Agency.
The SG Clean quality mark will be issued
to the food establishment on the spot
after the assessment if they are able to
meet the requirements.
Agency will conduct a briefing after
award of contract to brief the successful
tenderer on the conduct of this contract.
However, tenderers should ensure that
the manpower to perform this contract
has the relevant experience according to
manpower requirements stated in
section 8 of Requirement Specifications.
Contractor should identify themselves to
observe the food establishment’s
compliance to the SG Clean
requirements. The details of the
engagement will be worked out after
award of contract.
As per section 4.2, Tenderer should note
that they should ensure 2 rounds of
coverage for the premises in section 4.3
by 31 March 2022.
One common certification is the
ISO22000 lead auditor course. Tenderers
can consider this for equivalence to
FSMS.
Approval from Agency should be within 5
