1. Gather information related to the conflict. For instance, how the conflict raised, what the
actual reasons for the conflict and how many times Jake has interrupted Paul
2. Need to identify the reasons which cause the conflict between them
3. Once identifying the actual reasons, Paul must find alternative solutions to resolve the
conflict. For instance, considering various available options, and ask Jake for the reasons
and try to discuss best ways to solve them. So, they can have mutual agreement to
eliminate the conflicts between them.
4. Once they come to the mutual agreement to solve the issue, then they can sit together and
talk to resolve or they can invite any third-party mediator to resolve the issue by selecting
best alternative solution.
5. Once the issue resolved by themselves or by mediator, they need to make oral or paper
agreement to not repeat the same thing in the future and they agree to follow the rules
