Interpretation:

The CBC results of the patient homoglobin and hematocrit is lower

than the normal value and maybe it cause low iron maybe bec. of poor nutrition,
The WBC count, platelet and reticulocyte count results it shows normal value.

The urinalysis results shows normal values except for some traces of
protein in the urine. Although trace of protein in urine can be indicative of kidney
dse. As well as variety of other medical conditions. It’s not always a serious sign it
can be cause of fever.

Fecalysis shows some bacteria that’s why patient has manifestations

of diarrhea. In age, most bacteria’s involve are salmonella and shigella and so
patient should be administered w/ antibiotics. Patient may have acquired this
bacterial infxn. Through improper or unsterile preparation of milk, unsterilize bottle
therefore sterilization and hand washing before preparation should be one of the
health teachings to the parents.
