V. RATIONALE :

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines is the national Girl Scouting association
for girls and young woman in the Philippines. The aim of scouting is to make children
aware of their responsibilities in the home, as member and leader of the school
community and the country so they may play a constructive role in the society, a
responsible citizen and members of their local and international communities.
In line with this,Bacong ES planning to conduct School – Based
Encampment. The Encampment will bring into their lives the reality the wonders of the
scouting and realized the scouting major objectives.

VI. OBJECTIVES

1. To enhance the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual skills


scout.
2. Learn the basic life skills in scouting.
3. Participate in activities that promote responsibilities citizen and leadership.

VII. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The participants of this activities are the teachers, pupils and parents of Bacong
Elementary School.

VIII . SOURCE OF FUNDS
