E1 to GM - 80:10:10 (80% for KRA rating, 10% for Soft Skills Programme, 10% for Behavioral / Technical Competency Rating). Rating for soft skills is based on completion and evaluation of soft skills modules and
rating for behavioural / technical competencies is based on demonstrated behaviour. In case of evidence based negative behaviour, the PRG / RO can reduce the Behavioral Competency Rating even if the individual has
successfully completed the Soft Skills module. In case of promotion, successful completion of module along with demonstrated positive behaviour would be a critical parameter.
