Environmental Resource Center.
 Gathered the requirements from SME at Indiana State University.
 Designed online training materials working in collaborating with the SMEs.
 Developed online self-assessment modules to evaluate the understanding of the reader and
acknowledge them with the certificate for their participation in the online training (Using
JavaScript). 
 Regularly updated/renovated the website, www.transource.org which provides information

Internship Dec 2004 – Dec 2005


The Signaling Solutions Inc., Terre Haute, IN

 Interacted with the management and staff at the TSSI to gather an in-depth knowledge about
the current situation and documented the AS-IS model.
 After a thorough discussion with the management, the interns-team suggested four solutions
for the improvement of the company and designed the TO-BE model – update the existing
manuals, renovate the existing website, create a promotional/instructional CD-ROM for
different products, design an online ordering system.
 Gathered requirements from the management in order to develop the TO-BE model.
 Worked with the staff to gain good working knowledge of the products manufactured in the
company.
 Manually tested the TSSI products to confirm its efficiency.
 Assisted in updating the manuals (using MS Word and ADOBE), renovating the website
(using Dreamweaver) and creating the online ordering system (using Oracle Database).
 Lead the team in developing the promotional/instructional CD-ROM for the company. 
 Video-graphed and edited the videos of installations of the various TSSI products and created
the self-paced promotional/instructional video using FLASH.
