1. Roof to be pre-painted c.i sheets fixed to 50mm x 50mm


noggins @ 400mm c/c to 150mm x 50mm s/w rafters
@ 600mm c/c fixed to wallplate
2. Walls to be painted both sides with 2 coats emulsion
3. Area around perimeter to be treated for termites
4. Blockwork walls to be 100mm unless otherwise stated
5. All structural works to engineers detail unless otherwise
6. Internal floor finishes to client's choice
7. Septic tank detail to standard designs as approved by P.A
8. UPVC guttering to perimeter of roof with downpipe
9. All glass work to be of safety glass to B.Standards

Prepainted sheets laid on 50x50mm s/w purlins at equal


centre on 150x50 s/w rafters at 1200mm equal centre.
Sizalation sheets to be between rafters and purlins
