Established in 1993 and fully in Novenber 1994, Advanced Aesthetic Consult Ltd was formed by a
group of higly skilled individauls with varied scope of experience with the aim of using local resources
to compete effectively with foreign organizations in the field of engineering, procurememt and
construction.

The organizations initially focused on rendering services to companies in the oil and gas sector of
Nigeria economy . Over the years , we have expanded ourservices to government bodies and
parastatals. We have handled several sensitive design and project management services to state
Government in the south-south region of Nigeria.

The annual turnover of our organization has increased fro tem milloin naira in 1994 to over three
hunred million naira in 2006. We have also increased our fixed asset base o overtwo hundred and fifty
million naira. Most of or operational equipment re self owned and acquired brand new. We operate a
quality assurance procedure that ensure proper maintainanace of equipment pf equipments and
tainnuing of staff which has resulted in improvement in our operational efficiency and increased
quality of our end products.

We have handled sucessully several onshore and offshore projects in Nigeria over the past fifteen
years. We are therefore used to high standard of saftey practices which is appklicable in the oil and
gas industry
