One day During our Activity class:

The Principal entered  and  greeted us by saying...


 "Good morning students, I have a small announcement to
make. The students who have taken part in the martial
arts competition will be going to "Kumbhalgarh" for their
practices...
On the day we arrived at the stop and the bus left for our
adventure journey. 
On reaching, Sir said,
"kids lets start our practice and asked if anyone could tell
him the benefits that we get from doing karate?
 
Sara:
1) self-confidence
2) respect for ourselves and for others including our
opponent.
3) Physical fitness

Sam: 
1) self-leadership skills and how to lead others.
2) self-discipline
During practice Sam saw a boy from the opposite team
falling down and getting hurt. He immediately brought the
first aid kit and started nursing him, without thinking he is
from the other team

Then it was time for lunch and Sam and Sara were eating
healthy food like:
Roti
Sabji
Dal
Chaval
Salad 

After resting, at 3:30 pm. We went for an adventure trip.


All kids were scared to do the ZIP line.  Sara and Sam
tried even though everyone was telling them not to.They
showed their leadership skills ..
Everyone screamed together "SAM AND SARA, YOU
ARE SUPER HEROS AS YOU HAVE MADE US FEEL
SAFE!!!!"
We also want to become confident like you...

Another boy asked Sam and Sara How they managed 


Sara smiled and replied "when we do yoga at school, our
physical and mental health improves and gives us
strength. so that is why we did not get scared."

Finally all the students returned with a promise to become


disciplined and take up all the challenges in their life by
working hard...

Wow! Sara and Sam inspire so many people to stay active


and healthy.
