RESET WEIGHT

RESET THE ZERO

>0< Reset zero on the gross weight

This is done to correct small displacements of the zero balance.

This command, the gross weight does not run under the following conditions:
• Unstable weight (the weight does not stabilize within 3 seconds. reset by the command).
• Gross weight, compared to the original setting of zero, major (positive or negative) value of the parameter
included in divisions (from 0 to 200) 0 BAND menu item in the menu PARAM (if this parameter is = 0 the
function is disabled ).

DESCRIPTION OF DOSAGE

START the batching occurs Activating the digital input # 1.

After the START command is executed the auto reset weight (only if parameter S.TARA = AUTO or if diff
erent from NO and the number of cycles corresponds to the setting)
During the dosage will see the letter D to the left of the display.
The outputs of FAST and SLOW are activated.
When the net weight measured reaches a value equal to PRESET, the release of FAST is deactivated.
When the net weight measured reaches a value of SET - CODA, the release of SLOW OFF.
If the weight is less than the measured value of negative tolerance (SET - TOLERANCE) or greater than
the value of positive tolerance (SET + TOLERANCE), the ALARM output is activated and the error messa-
ge appears on the display TOLLER. Press the -> 0 <- or switch input 2 to silence the alarm.
In the case in which CTRL.T = NO or if different from NO and the number of cycles does not correspond
to that set, or if the tolerance set in the formula is = 0 is not executed the control of tolerance.
If you programmed a timeout (parameter T.OUT) and the dosage cycle is not completed within this time,
the outputs of SLOW and FAST are disabled, the ALARM output is activated and the message T. OUT
appears on the display. Press the -> 0 <- or switch input 2 to silence the alarm and could complete the
dosage.
When the dosage of the product has consistently reached the value of SET, the display instrument di-
splays the weight of the product still present in the container, then a new dosing cycle can begin immedia-
tely, unless it has been programmed for a delay time to end of the cycle (parameter T.FINE).
If during a feed cycle to discharge the weight of the container from which the product is taken Reach the
Minimum Weight (parameter P.M1N.) the cycle is completed, however, as soon as the cycle ends exit 4
(charging ) is activated to allow the filling of the container. Output 4 charging turns off when the weight of
the container reaches the Maximum Level (parameter LIV.MAS.). The dosing cycle exhaust can be perfor-
med even if the weight of the container is less than the minimum weight, but only if: Quantity in the .
container> Set-point of the product.
The dosing cycle can be interrupted at any time by deactivating the input 1.

During the dosing cycle can not be initiated procedures for data programming

WEIGHING SYSTEM CAPACITY

Set the value corresponding to the sum of the nominal flow of the load cells, in kg. This
figure represents the full scale value of the weighing system. We accept values betw
CAPAC. een 1 and 500,000 kg.
Following the change of the maximum flow rate value is the calibration of the theoretical
weight.

LOAD CELL SENSITIVITY

Set the value corresponding to the average sensitivity to the nominal capacity of the
SENSIT. load cells, in mV / V. Acceptable values are between 0.5 and 4 mV / V. If you do not
program any value is taken 2mV / V .
Following the change of the sensitivity value is the calibration of the theoretical weight.

DEAD LOAD VALUE

Set the value corresponding to the tare weight borne by the load cells. We accept va
DEAD L. lutes between 0 and scope of the system.
Following the change in the value of tare is performed theoretical adjustment of zero.

DISPLAY DIVISION VALUE

The value is expressed in kg division, selectable from 0.0001 kg and 100 kg.
DSP.DIV. The ratio between the maximum capacity of the system and the value of unity repre-
sents the resolution of the system (number of divisions).

CALIBRATION The displayed weight must be zero. Is possible to repeat this operation.

Before you do this, load the sample weight on the scale and wait for stabilization, the
display shows the measured value to be calibrated.
MAXIMUM If the set value is greater than the resolution offered by the instrument is not accept-
CALIBRATION ed and the display for a few seconds an error message.
It 's always possible to repeat the calibration.

WEIGHT FILTER
This parameter controls the action of the digital filter applied to the measured weight. The
filter acts on all representations of the given weight (display, serial output, analog output,
etc..). If you program a low value is less than the filter action while planning a high value
the weight is more filtered .

Filter Value Refresh weight Response Hz

SETTING MENU PARAMETERS OF WEIGHING

FILTER MODE
MOD.FLT This parameter determines different modes of operation of the filter weight, which allow to elimi-
nate vibrations or oscillations at different frequencies. Change this value in the presence of such
disorders. Values accepted from 0 to 5 (default 2).

WEIGHT STABILITY
The weight is considered stable when it remains within a certain weight range for a certain period
of time. This parameter determines the selection of different preset combinations and indicated in
the table below. In the presence of oscillations which tend to vary the weight of some units is ne-
cessary to lower this value to be able to consider stable .

MOTION. Value stability Weight range Time

0 2 div. 0.6 sec.
1 1.5 div. 0.8 sec.
2 1 div. 0.8 sec.
3 1 div. 1 sec.
4 0.5 div. 1.3 sec.

AUTOZERO TO POWER
This parameter is the maximum weight zero power. The auto-zero function is to perform a zero
AUTO 0 calibration automatically turning on, if the measured weight off within the set threshold. To di-
sable set the value to 0.

ZERO TRACKING
The function of zero tracking is to perform a calibration of zero automatically when the weight
undergoes a slow variation over time, determined by this parameter as indicated in the table be-
low.
To disable set the value to 0. The maximum weight reset by this function is 2% of the capacity of
the system.
