Q.2 Realize the moving average of the signal x(n), which is expressed as y (n)   x( n  k ) ,
M  1 k 0
using recursive structure and also write its equation.

Q.3 Consider an analog signal xa (t )  cos 2000 t  10sin10000 t  20 cos 5000 t

(a) Determine the Nyquist sampling rate for xa(t).
(b) If the analog signal xa(t) is sampled at a sampling rate 5000 samples/sec. Write its
discrete time signal x[n], and also discrete frequencies.

Q.4 Determine the DFT of the given data sequence x[n]  {1, 2, 1} by Decimation-in-time (DIT)
Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) also draw the signal propagation diagram (Butterfly
structure). Using the DFT coefficients compute the original using inverse DFT.

Q.5 Determine the coefficients {h(n)} of a high pass linear phase FIR filter of length M = 4
which has an anti-symmetric unit sample response and a frequency response that satisfies
the condition.
