CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK FOR SCHOOL

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
•The conceptual framework above shows how to achieve organizational leadership in a
school, which is in the middle of the framework. To attain it, several sectors should
contribute to it. One of which are school staff and administration who are professionals in
the field. They will be going to devise projects that will lead to the betterment of the school.
These projects shall be accompanied with the school head or the principal who has great
vision to the school as an academic community. Visionary principals, together with the
highly competent and dedicated teachers, shall then be implementing the curriculum for the
school that must be equipped with research-based (evidence-based), integrated, and
authentic instructions and assessments for their students. These teachers should always
have the mind (competence) and the heart (dedication) for teaching. Through this way
students will be empowered. A positive relationship through mentoring and feedbacking is
important for the teacher-student relationship. Students are enabled through quality
education with quality service headed and executed by the administration. Aside from these
sectors, two other important stakeholders comprises a school with organizational
leadership. These are the community (community participation in school) and the parents
(parental involvement in school). Through these various sectors and factors, a school can
achieve organizational leadership.
