This process of channeled and co-creative writing
My purpose in this writing is to first, share my experience and evolution as a co-creator which I
hope serves to encourage you to accept your own experience. Your experience is most likely
very different from mine. My second purpose is to support your exploration into a world of
possibilities of direct experience and relationship with Divine Cosmic Beings. There is so much
support for us at this time, readily available. This is a message the divine beings want you to
hear! My third purpose is to fulfill my messenger role. I feel the push from within to share
these messages and by so doing serving light and love. Maybe there are many more mysterious
purposes that I am unaware of. I am an instrument being tuned and played, the tune shared
with you may resonate something important for you.

As I look back to the opening verse I guess I have been channeling for a long time. Perhaps
even since my early childhood, without knowing how to name it, claim it or use it. I practiced
awhile – LOL. I think that I started recording the messages I’ve received via journaling in 2010.
I am still uncovering journals.

I have at least seven more notebooks full of channeled and co-creative writing. Most of what I
have written below is from the period of February 2019 through the end of November 2019.
Each entry is date specific. I wrote x on such and such a date. I use the process of automatic
writing. However, I have chosen not to make those date entries (with a few exceptions) but to
find a flow in the writing that I hope will have meaning for you. My guidance confirms this
approach.

You will see extra spacing, gaps, which usually indicate the messages came through on another
day. The flow is what I am directed to capture here, so the flow is, as if, a continuation of
thought.

There are many beings that have spoken to me over the years. Usually the contact has been
initiated by the Being during my morning meditation. In the last few months, as I intend to
connect with a master or angel, their energy comes to me. Each brings their own “signature.” To
them sharing their name with me seems unimportant.

The Beings of Light have communities, levels and locations. They are however ONE. Each can
and do briefly individualize, stepping out of ONE HEART ONE MIND to teach, counsel, guide,
advise, download energetic transmissions, share, direct and develop relationship.

You will hear from psychics or readers – “They want you to know, hear, understand.” Many of
our not visible (on this plane) sisters and brothers live as collectives. They are truly ONE. As
the energies of transformation prepare for ever greater unfolding more and more beings come
with and through us, walking by our side. Peppering our thoughts, daydreams and night
experience with higher actions, higher consciousness and higher mindedness – when you have
proven attuned, open and receptive. When you have called upon your own gifts and are willing

to be a clear channel of love, light and healing. One has to learn to be open to this as I will
advise in these writings.

It is my intent, through what has come to be on these pages, to be a clear channel of love, light
and healing. May this work find its way to your heart and resonate within or wherever it is
most important to do so.

I have lived for a very long time (in awareness since childhood) in between and within the
dimensions. The best book I’ve read on this subject is Stalking the Wild Pendulum: On the
Mechanics of Consciousness, by Itzhak Bentov. Children live in this place of dimensional
permeability and are, at least in the past, trained out of it. We know, we see, we understand but
we learned to deny this multi-level awareness. Lightworkers have re-learned and owned it.

[I hear in meditation…

Your healing work will take precedence now. I see my healing table in the Bailey space. My
stones and crystals at the ready.

I see, sense, feel a great blessing to the space. Healing, writing, arts, crafts, channeling.

Sanctity, walking my path.

“Put out again your Tara’s (21 colors of Taras from the Buddhist tradition), your Archangels,
Language of Light, White Eagle. Consecrate your space and ask for guidance…three times and
again as you prepare to write or heal. We are with you now and will guide your hand.

Release control and we will take over.” [Shows me a car steering wheel released and auto pilot
taking over.]

“Continue to prepare your space and begin writing at your table. Read your “holy books” in
this space and meditate here as well.”

[I feel adjustments in my occiput and neck. I see a hand reaching in and adjusting.

I see CoLo spreading sparkle dust on my path forward, inviting and fortifying every step. I
sense my support team around and above, in anticipation and encouragement.

I feel a great blessing of magenta light above me, now flooding my field, amp-ing up with gold
around my back body and ribs with white in the spine.]

In Light Council Chambers I hear

“You are being prepared for a great service to humanity. You have agreed to this on the inner
planes.”

[I see my body backlit with white light. I feel my brow or third eye touched with yellow light. I
sense an audible vibration being sent to my heart.

I see a band being placed around my forehead, like a headband. It shimmers. I feel vibration
behind the bridge of my nose.]

Q. Perhaps this band will be continuously emitting?]

A. Yes. Run your integration intention with Merlin several times a day.

Thank you.

[I have the experience of BEING light through the heart. To consciously open this portal and
radiate. In every situation.]

[I see charcoal blue “shoulders” and a feel glowing, gentle pulsating warmth in my head.

Making a heart connection now.

I see a dusky, brownish glow and golden round edges.

I have a sense of wing like energy sweeping.

Clearing and pushing energy around me on either side.

It feels renewing. I feel that warmth in my hips.

Perhaps there is a clearing of the stress there.

I see red at the back of the hip joint. I have a sense of vibrational healing.

The being throws a blue cloak of midnight sky color with stars on it, before me and to the right.

It points at the stars, tracing a pathway from start to star.]

Q. Are you a star being?

A. I am a wisdom walker, Amegnon. I teach the way of the universe. I anchor within you
some healing energies and our vibration.

Q. Where are you from?

A. Many solar systems and dimensions from your earth

Q. What would you like to show or teach me?

A. You are a star traveler-ambassador. You carry an important signature energy. It is time to
share only with other awakened ones.

Exercise to do with others (channeled)

1. Take their forearms in your forearms face to face.

2. Call upon me (Amegnon)
3. Bring forward the energies into the other and describe how and where you see the
energies anchor.
4. Ask what they feel and experience.
5. Touch their occiput with your palm, fingers facing upward.
6. Intend to seal and anchor.
7. Ask me for a message for this one.

Now I see that his eyes appear red.

Q. Do you have a tail; are you a dragon?

A. Yes, I have a dragon-like form. I feel my occiput receiving…warm gentle pressure

“It takes faith and wisdom to access our “kindom.” We are honored by your journey and your
sight-seeing.”

Q. What is the purpose of our relationship?

A. Guidance.

A greater knowing of the variety of species. Intergalactic education. Cultural sharing.

Q. Is there more?

A. We know you want a faster metabolism. We breathe a warm breath into your body now. As
verification, watch your body now as it melts fat. We will continue and talk again.

[I spend some time in Namaste connected to Dragon Heart warmth.

There is a sense of conscious connection of the mind, temples and third eye warmth.

I feel a great comfort and peace. My chest feels as if I am resting in a place of warm
reassurance. Deep, aware, peaceful and comfortable. As if I am resting within a great hand,
being held.

I now see flutters of petal like energy, like rose petals, floating down upon me. As the petals
land on my body they are immediately absorbed, like water on warm pavement. This seems
like an energy bath or transmission.

The air around me turns translucent, crystalline. I see an etheric temple, a few columns and a
door. A unicorn appears in the doorway and bows his head, taps his foot.

The colors become shimmering pale turquoise and white streamers of pale pink now hang from
above. The mild pulsing vibration is felt a bit more prominently in my temples now.

The top of my head and brain open. Blue and translucent white beams extend from my temples
and upper head. The top of my skull is “open” and light streams. My ears feel a slight
pressure.

I pause and breathe slowly, deeply. I feel warm and comfortable as if I am in a warm bath. The
unicorn seems pleased.

My body now glows pearlescent, translucent white with glitter like sparkles.]

A. “This is your joy.”

[My jaw is receiving pale blue-green light. I am aware of my inner ears at the top of my jaw
joint. I feel like resting deeply here. The unicorn lays down and nods indicating rest-
absorption or integration. The ground is pearlescent white with glitter like sparkles. My body

is totally relaxed. As if I am asleep and alert simultaneously. My mind is deeply at ease. I feel
relaxed comfort.

I stop now to integrate. I wonder, what is the meaning of this experience?

I am gratefully immersed in the experience of Kindom, peace, comfort, support and relaxation.

I feel as if I am resting on a great disc of eternal comfort.

My cells are gently humming with a faint dusky hued pink-brown and gold shimmer. I feel like
I could stay here forever.

Gold wings of Pegasus open above me and descend through my heart and out into my filed.
The whole field is now glowing gold including my third eye.]

Q. Is kindom an angelic realm? I hear,

A. “It is our home.”

[I feel un-before deep felt peace in my heart. As if I am home within a new way.

Grace! Peace! Comfort! Ease.]

 Home Star – Your Journey Across Time and Space

The human collective is a composite of star seeded races. Many metaphysical teachers have
talked about our galactic family, our cousins who seeded the original races on the planet
including your own.

We are built of DNA that has all of the capabilities of our Galactic brothers, sisters and cousins.
Within us is a great treasure trove.

What I want to do is provide a remembrance of the process we’ve been through. For most of us
reading about this awakens memories, slowly or quickly.

Our hearts are the pathways through which we access, travel, channel. I learn from the cultures
and experiences and access the guidance of our many cosmic friends and teachers.

Below I have transcribed a process. You of course can devise your own. What is essential is
that you shut your mind off and sense. Ask for the highest, most benevolent guidance ONLY. I
clear my etheric field and ask for a filter around my etheric body. I intend the filter to allow in
only benevolence and love. Ask Metatron to help, ask your ego to step to the left. Breathe into
your heart.

I access these portals from my heart or high heart area. If you find this information resonate
within you…

Portal exercise

1. Shut your thinking mind off and ask for the highest, most benevolent guidance ONLY
from the sixth to tenth dimensions. I clear my etheric field and ask for a filter around

 my etheric body. Intend the filter allow in only benevolence and love. Ask Metatron to
help you, ask your ego to step to the left. Breathe into your heart.
2. Sit in quiet meditation. Invite the Divine.
3. Focus this energy in your “high heart,” above your physical heart.
4. Breathe and relax here. Five to ten minutes. Listen, sense.
5. Intend to find the resonate place here within you to your highest guidance. You may
see, experience or feel a mandala., a wheel, a funnel portal or simply feel into this space
of connection.
6. Come here each day, repeating this exercise until you become resonant with a
connection.
7. You may see, hear or feel guides, teachers, ascended masters, angelic beings. I like to
keep a clean page from my channeling notebook and a pen on my lap.
8. When the connections begin, feel and travel with them. Do NOT Try. Follow, don’t
lead.
9. Afterwards record your impressions.
10. If you do automatic writing, record any messages received as you proceed. But at first,
to open the flow, focus on the experience more than recording.

At first you may choose to capture the images of the places you are “visiting.”

I am often first taught about the culture and life of a world I am visiting. Consider this cultural
exchange. This allows you to come into resonance.

Your guides and guidance may change. Mine do. Do not become attached. Trust that you will
learn, experience or witness what is needed for you at the time.

Below I share a talk I did at my Metaphysical church on August 6, 2017. It includes excerpts
from my travels to Andromeda.

Today I’m going to share Cosmic Conversations that I’ve had. The spirit of this
conversation is our loving universe. I believe my current purpose is to share the Cosmic
information I receive.

We are all capable of working through our hearts to expand multi-dimensionally. Our
cosmic brothers and sisters are available now as never before to help Earth and Earth
humans through this transition time.

To prepare to hear this message, close your eyes for just a moment. I’m going to ask you
to:
▪ Trust your experience
▪ Say to yourself, I am the radiant light of the 5th dimension or
higher.
▪ Be curious, invite joy and playfulness; be receptive

 ▪ Express gratitude to any beings of wisdom that you connect with
▪ Say yes to transformation
▪ Be in awe of the beauty of the multi-verse
▪ Invite wisdom into your heart

You can open your eyes

What the Celestials are teaching us is what humanity needs to learn to overcome our
speed bumps. To be love and light in body - embodied. Our hearts have infinite
doorways and depth.

Our ancestors, Galactic Family are actively inviting connection. They express urgency
about this time and offer some amazing advice and skills. They are offering guidance
and friendship. The Star Being advisors want to help us to learn again to Be Love and
Light embodied.

So far I’ve had no physical experiences on space ships. Communication is via telepathy.
One of the closest relationships I’ve developed is with the Andromedins. My role is one
of cultural exchange. One of the most interesting experiences I’ve had is being shown
how the Andromedin Councils come to decisions. They see with their inner eyes as they
communicate. Those images are shared telepathically and projected on sort of a screen
so that other participants can see the visual. When they resolve and commit to a
common path it can be seen by all involved. Then they give that decision a signature
fragrance. When they need a reminder of their decision the fragrance is emitted.

Andromedins are about Beauty – Beauty on Earth is what they intend for us.
Here’s a quote from my automatic writing
“Talk of Beauty, of joyful living. Imagine what it will be like here on earth. Join
hearts and imagine, feel, see, smell, hear.”

[I ask, how should I work with their Council. My answer is a visceral feeling. A gold
white opening in my chest above the heart. It is a projector screen and resonance with
the council. I hold up both hands in greeting to the council. I feel my hands receiving
light/information and code. My heart receives an expanded coil. The inside of the coil
pulls into my heart. It emits soundless tones. My upraised hands breathe in light.]

In a recent workshop that Sheryl Watson and I led I guided the participants in
connecting with the Andromedins. Every participant connected and they all felt the
same thing. The Andromedins live a life of Harmony and Beauty.

It makes me think they want to show us another way of being and living. It seems to me
it is time for people like us to vision together the life we know is possible. The life we
yearn for.

I’m going to use refer to two books to support my talk today. The first is Creating
Affluence by Deepak Chopra. The second is an older book called Stalking The Wild
Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov.

In his little but powerful book – Creating Affluence - Deepak Chopra talks about life as a
magical adventure that is to be lived with gratitude and an open heart. He discusses
quantum reality; the universe being made of non- material stuff. The unified field is an
intelligent energy that exists in a void where all possibility resides. This invisible
nothingness is highly organized. It orchestrates, guides, governs and compels nature to
express itself through infinite creativity and abundance.

Deepak articulates 25 lessons of the unified field of all possibilities and sites their
parallels to the Vedic scriptures. I’m only going to mention a few that are pertinent to
my Cosmic explorations. I will be both paraphrasing and quoting from the book.

The intelligence of the unified field is infinite and unbounded and contains all
potentiality.

“Impulses of energy and information that we experience as thoughts are the raw
material of the universe. Before linguistic structure is attached to thought it is just an
intention…energy and information.”

The unified field is infinitely organizing, able to do an infinite number of things all at the
same time. For example, the human body can think, play the piano, sing a song, digest
food, eliminate toxins, kill germs and monitor the environment all at the same time.

The unified field is pure awareness, lively, silent.

Deep within chaos there is order.

The unified field is dynamic, flexible and fluid; able to re-organize into any possibility.
The deeper the silence the more dynamic the flow. Infinite silence is the mind of God
out of which we can create anything. In this silent knowledge is a computing system
that is far more precise, far more accurate and far more powerful than anything
contained in rational thought.

The field is also infinitely creative.

For example…“Pure being thinking to itself says, May I become the waters, becomes the
waters; May I become the Mountains, becomes the mountains, May I become the
galaxies, becomes the galaxies.”

The field is harmonizing, evolutionary, invincible, immortal, nourishing, purifying,

integrating, free, loving and blissful.

Deepak goes on to discuss two ways to embody awareness of the unified field. One is
attention and focus. The second way is through meditation where the mind experiences
deep silence, abstraction and transcendence.

The universe is a big dream machine, churning out dreams and transforming them into
reality. We manifest with *knowledge, *intention and desire and *transcendence where
we align with the power of Brahman as the power of self.

This information I shared from Deepak puts words to some of my experience in the
Cosmos.

Another author verifies some of these experiences. In Stalking the Wild Pendulum
Itzhak Bentov says that everything is in motion all of the time. Our bodies are
transmitting and receiving oscillators.

Bentov says
“We expand into spacelike dimension many times a second very rapidly, possibly at the
rate of atomic vibration. In an altered state of consciousness, we can expand our
subjective time greatly. This allows us to observe the action of other psyches and bring
back useful information in nano seconds. Our reality is made of a constant rapid back
and forth shuttling between our solid reality and the way-out reality (what Deepak
terms the unified field). The unified field is shared with everyone else. An expanded or
higher state of consciousness implies expansion of our psyche into space.

This is what the great psychologist and transformation explorer Carl Jung termed the
Collective Consciousness.

I believe it is useful to practice communication on the multi-dimensional levels whether

it be with angels or ascended masters or Galactic neighbors as a means to open more
fully to our multi-dimensional nature.

I suppose I could have given this talk the title – Becoming a Good Citizen of the
Universe. Instead I named it – All Our Relations because of my experiences with the
first or native races of this planet. [Also, as I revise this material in 2020, I find myself
relating to the Pleiadeans of Lemurian times, which are an ancient first race.] I am told
by Tolec, an Andromedin channeler, that the original native races of North America
came from the planets in the Andromedin system. I’ve observed and participated in
ceremonies of respect for the star people. In sweat ceremony the star people are invited
to join. At the ancient site of Tiahuanaco in Bolivia, I heard from our site guides about
the of arrival the solar disk brought by the star beings. This disk stayed in one place for
a year or two and upgraded the intelligence and abilities of the people and was then
moved up every few years through Peru and into Ecuador, a pyramid was built at each
site where the disk was installed. It strikes me as similar to the arc of the covenant in
that the disk was too energetically powerful for humans to be near the device.

One of the best ways to connect with those beyond our dimension is through the portals
of your heart. Your heart also helps you screen truth. I have learned overtime to not
just visit and observe my cosmic neighbors but to invite them into my heart space.

Like any relationship with a friend, a master or an angel we need to actively invite and
grow the relationship. The beings I have met and the civilizations I have encountered all
have one message. We are connected through our hearts. The word - the universe is
love. Deepak Chopra says the word universe means – uni- meaning one; verse –
meaning song; universe meaning one song.

There are some Galactic civilizations that have wonderful scientific tools; others share
healing modalities involving healing lights and orbs. The Arcturians use a blue light,
the Andromedins ribbons of colored light and immersion in gold with silent sound.

I’d like to share with you a being from Zoltar named Tazz. She showed me how to grab
the strands of time, as if they were two curtains you are opening, arriving back to a place
that you’d like to repair or re-invent for an improved outcome.

In my first visit with Tazz I move through a wall of plasma and find myself in a gaseous
chamber that is green and bright soft yellow light, like a cavern. I see a being with eyes
at the end of tentacles floating above her head. She has no discernable sex but wears a
flowing “dress.” Her face is a beatific soft yellow. Her body is salmon colored. There is
an arc of spheres above and around her. They are not static but vibrating and moving.

It is very comfortable. We sit down in chairs with a sort of coffee table laid out with tea.
There is movement and beings about us in the cavern though it is silent. They are
mostly orbs and I wonder if this being is representing to me in this form.

Q. Where is this place? A. Inside our planet.

Q. Do you have a name? A. We do not have names we are Zoltar. One mind one heart.
Q. I feel great comfort with you and relaxation. A. Yes we want to get to know each
other and learn.
Q. Most of the beings I’ve met seem to be urging unification of the heart with the multi-
verse of beings. Is this your message?
A. Yes. And more. We want humanity to flourish. To have the kind of peace that
we are. I want to share this with you. Come to be with us anytime and feel this
vibration.

On another day I feel Tazz in my third eye. She says I can think of her as Zoltazz but to
just call her Tazz. I am now reading information from her telepathically through my
third eye. She says they are a Pleidian-like group. Their home is within a sphere (a
nebulae). Her community looks like individual floating spheres. Tazz vibration is part
of that group.

I tell Tazz I have been working on healing my inner child; providing nurturance as my
adult self to my infant and toddler self – the toddler being disturbed by nightmares.
Tazz then shows me how to pull apart the time lines, by gathering the time strands as if I
am pulling apart 2 fibrous curtains. She sends through some orbs. The infant and child
seem to be aware of the healing that she is sending. She instructs me to go further.
Command the DNA to release.

I gather that the Zoltarians want to communicate, share and teach healing. On another
day she touches my heart. She says all the answers are here – in the heart. Continue
with your heart. Your heart is a generator, a portal, a guidance system, a transmitter, a
beacon. Go Deeper, deeper.

[Again, revising this from the year 2020 I am struck by how the years 2017 and 2018
were years in which the beings that I visit with brought through primarily healing and
transformation upgrades. 2019 and beyond has been more diverse, with less healing
and more teachings.]

Many civilizations seem to have been where we Earth beings are. “They” want to share
how they learned their way through to a better life. Some of the beings I communicate
with have shown me the strife they encountered on their way to their transformation.

They are urgent for our transformation. Earth’s transformation to a higher vibration or
dimension is essential to the evolution of our galaxy.

The Story of Ursula

Years ago, I started recording messages from a multitude of dimensional beings. For
several years before this timeframe I had been seeing a face and the head of a woman,
humanoid, but not earth human. She had beautiful eyes and draping braid like jeweled
“ropes” of “hair” along the sides of her face. Her nose was like a rabbit, flat with slit
nostrils and her skin was very pale. She wore colorful clothing. I drew a picture of her
to capture the resonance of our relationship.

It was several more years before my first intensive visit from this being who gave me the
name Ursula. I have since become aware that these star beings are ancestors of a sort.
We are seeded on planet earth by the star beings. The minerals in our bodies come from
an earth formed from the cosmos.

I have found that the names of these beings give, and their appearance, are mostly for
our comfort and our ability to receive what they have to offer.

Ursula identified herself as a 9th dimensional being. Sitting in a mandala like outdoor
courtyard with a very large egg-shaped rock in the middle, she showed me the beauty of
her surroundings, her community and life. The air had a pristine golden shimmer to it.

A month or so later Ursula showed me, though a half-awake dream, that she and her
civilization had been through what Earth is experiencing now. The war, destruction and
pain were excruciating to observe – the devastation and terror.

Ursula telepathically communicated that she was with me to support my growth and to
help humanity through our own destructive phases. She has been accessible to me
often in a coordinating role. She is central to the guidance that comes to me from many
benevolent beings. She is usually in the background or joining a group of feminine
spirits in ritual such as one conducted at my invitation, surrounding my heart:

I invited/commanded that blockages be removed from my heart and that a vigil

around my heart be conducted until they are dissolved. The Divine Mother and
an entourage that included Kuan Yin, Ursula and Isis have been with me,
holding space in my chest for the time being.

Ursula has often been with me as new groups of guides come through. She is available
for verification and questions, always with the feeling of love, support and guidance. I
need just think of her and a question and I receive an image or feeling as her response.

Since my time with Ursula began, I have experienced a great panoply of benevolent
beings. At first and for some time I had a strong connection with the Pleiadians who
always feel gentle to me. They seem both spiritual and scientific. Reading Barbara
Marcinial and Christine Day’s channeled informatin has brought me more in alignment
with the specific resonance of the Pleidians. When I conduct energy healing sessions
Pleiadians will participate as if they were above me in a hospital operationg theater. My
hands become their instruments of light.

The expansion of this group of beings beyond the Pleidians has come about with ease
over the last few years. I find that each has a unique frequecy, resonance or signature. I
feel that I “read” in various parts of my body, heart, chest, third eye, spine or solar
plexus. Often angels share in the fun.

Over time, a great portal emerged: a harbinger of a greater opening. This was with me
for many months. It has now come and gone. As we evolve through these
transformations our experiences morph. I feel these are often steps or gates and are
meant as a practine on the way to other openings.

What I know for sure is that the multil-verse, the multitude of universes, is full of a
variety of civilizations more advanced than our own. “They” are avaiable to help us, in

part due to the Earth’s key role in the advancement of other civilizations. Their message
is always love, peace and transformation.

Similar to angels our Galactic Relations want you to ask them to connect. You can
visualize a circle of golden hands above you ready to take your hand. Reach out and say
yes to the connection. I suggest if you begin connecting you use automatic writing or a
voice recorder. You may want to draw what you see. These stories and pictures help
you to increase your resonance and connection.

Be ready to meet energies that appear to have no form. For several days I was
surrounded by what looked like pillars of light. They might have been angels.
My point is relax about form and names. Be open. Names provided by Cosmic Beings
may be a fabrication but good humoredly they will usually come up with something.

As a society we are still struggling with xenophobia, fear of those that are different from
us. So even though we don’t seem ready to reconcile differences in our current Earth
reality, your relations are from other galaxies and most of them don’t look like us.

The Galactic beings are our heritage. It is where we have been; our DNA was born of a
multitude of star races.

They tell me we are growing beautifully and shouldn’t doubt ourselves. Our vibration
is heard and echoed in the cosmos. Many beings are waiting to share their knowledge
with us. Take them one at a time. Feel them in your heart. Your heart knows truth.

I have been gifted with fields of pure white light. They share resonance, information
and soundless sound; downloaded but not for the mind to understand. I feel a broad
opening in my chest and heart area and a great open book. I believe this is an image of
information sharing. I see language of light.

Two things are important to those of us opening to these communications. The first is
that we must always connect with our hearts. The second is a recommendation. Invite
Benevolent (ONLY) Beings into your state or space. I usually use my chest, above my
heart or my heart is the portal through which the connection unfolds. It is important to
invite your new friend in and BE WITH them. This is not about projecting a movie or
going OUT as is often thougth about in the metaphysical community. It is about being
WITH, inviting in – mutual curiosity and sharing. It feels like a cultural exchange.

Using a gentle heart connection, open and invitate a gentle acceptance of the energy you
feel, images, sound or light. Take your time. Ask a simple question. Is there something

you would like to share with me? Or for example when talking with Andromedins, ask
them about beauty. That is SO important to them. Because we are all connected through
our hearts you will pick up a sense of what they share that will stay with you.

Laurentia, a female guide from Andromeda says Live your Life in joy and beauty. Don’t
waste a second. When I inquire she takes me on a great slide through and around a
mountain. She shows me a firefly celebration of globes of light. I see fantasy games
played by families and live music, like a symphony, that is deeply felt. She says, play
with the animals. Dress ornately and beautifully. Feel passionate love through your
skin contact and telepathic love language. Travel to exotic places. Swim like fishes.
Take lazy boat rides. Grasp the joy of living!

May joy, innocence and wonder guide your explorations. If these realms of exploration
appeal to you I suggest the process works better if you are playful, curious, inquisitive
and friendly. A message of joyful embodiment, shining human light bodies, is our
mutual goal. See a halo of hands or orbs above and around you and start reaching out.
You have interesting new friends to meet and learn from.

To enhance your journey my guides from Andromeda recommend a healthy life style,
particularly an organic vegetarian diet supplemented with fish (well sourced from the
seafood watch list). Extra protein in the form of chickpeas, seeds or beans.

I also suggest that you meditate at the same time each day.

Galactic Voyages should not be used as spiritual bypassing. DO YOUR OWN WORK!
If you want to be a clear channel of love light and healing, you have to get out of your
own way. Even a little effort will move you swiftly forward.

As that was manipulated, we withdrew. As you are a free will planet, we let it play out.
We are sorry for abandoning you to Control by those who have manipulated the human
race, seeking power and wealth, early on through mining of minerals and gems.
Enslaving the population through mind and DNA manipulations.

Humanity is supported now in throwing off these “chains.” We understand you cannot
do it alone, so we stand with you, our family of light.

We flood your mind and body with light, full of “language codes,” information seeds
that blossom within you. Reminding you of your greatness you unfold like flower
blossoms. Sometimes your bodies and minds ache with the growing pains; this is for the
best as we move forward together. Reach to us and the angels to relieve discomfort. Let

 us know when it is too much and we will desist or pause while you integrate and catch
up.

Your metaphysical world uses the term Ascension symptoms. We feel uncomfortable
with this. Transcendence symptoms. Transformation alignments. You and your Earth
are aligning and attuning to higher and higher frequencies.

Those of you more advanced go before the population at large, anchoring and opening
the pathways. As a preponderance, a critical mass is reached at each dimension, those
that are NOT on the path slide through on the pathways and begin their frequency
incubation. Eventually they may catch up. Another ten years and much will be
improved, by 2030. The game is “in play and on track.” The outcome is certain. Take
heart, humanity is evolving, resonant frequencies returning from long ago.

A. No the silver blue of the angel kingdom travels with you. Know it is part of your field.

You have a staff that tears and its rod transmits through the dimensions. You open the energy

Your staff, as if magnetic, attracts just the right teaching “jewel” for the moment.

You have difficulty imagining yourself with this power. It is an aspect of the archangels.

Centaur-like, part human part other.

Q. I ask for your strength, be with me Amegnon until I can embody it myself. I would like to
always call upon it.

A. Yes. I am here. Here for you and others that “find” me.

In front of me, his belly toward me, eyes intense, not red today. He opens his wings and beats
energy towards me.

“Your heart is being prepared. You are correct to sense it as a multitude of doorways or portals.

This portal is Kindom.

We have elementals as well as power [animals] beings like me and the unicorns.

You can travel on my back [I climb on].

[We are flying over a verdant land with valleys, lakes and rivers. We land at a cave.]

This is the cave of the Initiates. If you are ready I will leave you here.”

Q. When will you return?

“Your teachers will let me know when it is time.” I indicate, yes I am ready to enter.

Q. Can I meet my teacher?

[A being that looks angelic, like Helaohs escorts me. We enter the cave. There is light above, an
opening and a spring of water pours lightly like a fountain onto a grouping of mossy rocks.

Helaohs says “drink this water. It is of this land Kindom. Feel your body come into harmony
with this place. We are interested - would you like wings?”

Q. What kind of wings – angelic, dragon, etheric?

A. Of course, etheric. And yes you can beat them to stir energy of a place, situation or person.
They allow you to travel in your fields as well.

Q Yes, thank you, it is an honor. And is there anything else I need to know or understand about
wings. Are their limitations?

A. Remember to retract them when not in use (laughs).

Q Can I wrap others in the wings for support, comfort and protection?

A. Yes, just intend.

[As if he is winding a clock, I see universe like movement, stardust, oval and central sun. I see
Helaohs adjusting a golden Mandela in my chest.]

“You may travel in time and the cosmos, as you will, with these wings. You have many places
to visit, many teachers to learn from.

What is known is that you have a role to play in “the clockworks”; threading information from
other places and dimensions through and to your Now.”

[I am feeling daunted. Language of Light comes through. I understand I have a guide with
me.]

Q. Will you advise me on where to travel, my teachers and understanding what is being
received?

[I see a tall elegant being at a distance - 15 to 20 feet – who nods and bows. The background
behind is rusty glowing orange. We are underground.]

Q. Will you tell me about yourself?

A. The being takes my hand and nods. I get the sense yes, but not now. I feel great comfort.

The cave opens above again and Amegnon smiles and nods.

Q. I ask Amegnon, will you travel with me? He pauses, considering.

A. We have many days to think on this. I feel his wings beating, stirring my energy.

My Experience
“I am a Cosmic Being, a multi-channel-channel. A galactic
medium, a guide and advisor, a healer, a teacher, a
lightworker in the true sense of the word, an energy
Alchemist. I am dedicated to Being a clear channel of
love, light and healing. I Open Doors. Doors within and
portals of exploration and discovery. I connect with a
multitude of cosmic beings – galactic, angelic and
ascended masters.”

I have meditated for twenty years or more. In my

morning meditations I keep a notebook close by to record
messages and my experience. I have a natural affinity to
cosmic beings, angels, Ascended Masters and guides. It
now comes to me rather naturally. I work with a large
team, the most recent of which is Akala from Andromeda, Amegnon from Kindom and CoLo
who lives with the Arcturians, though she doesn’t identify as Arcturian. In this book you will
hear from each of these beings and more. CoLo is one assisting this writing effort, I can feel her
smiling as I write this.

I come from a family of spiritual people. Luckily, we were not religious. My second oldest
sister I believe was a walk in as a young teen. She quit going to church and started reading the
Seth books which I read as she completed them. By the time I was in high school I was in love
with Buddhism. What, I thought, could be better than compassion as a central tenet of life. In
my twenties I avidly studied the Egyptian books of the Dead and other remembrances of
Egyptian knowledge.

I am a lifelong learner and enjoy learning and exploring my own inner world. Like any Way-
Shower we have each come to be here at this time to remember, awaken and take part in the

unfolding of Light and Love on this planet, our birthright and the original intent is to work
through this energetically polluted environment. To get here, like any other “lightworker” I
have studied many healing paths and processes the most significant of which is
VortexHealing®. VortexHealing is a path of awakening and healing that I recommend to
everyone who has the resources to experience it. See Appendix 1 for a full description of
VortexHealing.

I am told by other writers that readers want to hear my story. I can’t say that I love talking
about myself so this will be brief. I started my journey in 2010 with a visit to Peru with the
shaman Jorge Delgado. Jorge is descended from shamans of the two indigenous lineages,
Aymara (pronounced I-Mara) and Quechua (pronounced ketch-wah) and was one of the first
Peruvians to hold a degree in tourism. He did not intend to go down the shamanic path but was
naturally connected to the cosmic and the metaphysical.

In 2010, I traveled with Jorge and a group of seekers and shamans that Jorge had invited from
throughout Peru. We understood this was the first time that shamans from various geographies
gathered. The meeting place was Jorge’s hotel at Lake Titicaca, altitude 12,507’. Jorge’s hotel
grounds are full of very large crystals and amazing foliage. So we were naturally high. There I
connected with Lord Meru. Titicaca is his/her etheric retreat.

On this trip we traveled to Amantani Island, stayed overnight with indigenous locals and
participated in the most amazing ceremony I’ve ever been involved in. We stopped at the
villages of the floating islands. People have been living here since the Incas caused them to flee
the mainland.

On my second visit to Peru in 2012 we were able to go to the high jungle and experience
Ayahuasca ceremonially. While I have never been a big drug user I do believe in the power of
ceremony. I note that today therapists are again finding great success with guided use of
hallucinogenics for psychological, mental and emotional healing.

Looking back on the trip I recognized I had left “packets” of information for myself in previous
lifetimes or I simply resonated with and opened as I visited sacred sites. While I had already
been a metaphysical seeker when I returned from Peru, I immediately began studying with
Naisha Ahsian, the co-author of The Book of Stones. The rigorous course of Crystal Resonance
Therapy (CRT), a healing art, opened and cleared much within me. For a time, I also shared my
CRT therapy with other. I still find CRT one of the most amazing balancing and clearing
therapies I know of.

I later studied other modalities and with other teachers such as Reiki, The Work with Byron
Katie, Sai Maa, Oneness Blessing, sound healing with Tom Kenyon and Jonathon Goldman,
Patricia Cori, with whom I visited Egypt, and entered the great pyramid on 12-12-2012 as well
as many other teachers. At that point in my life I was blessed with the next right teacher at any
given time and the funds to study with them.

Then in 2014, a friend introduced me to VortexHealing. Over the last 6 years I have taken
twenty or so vortex classes as of this publication date. I have found that other energy
modalities now have little impact on me. I believe the clearing and advancement I receive
through this modality has transformed my energy system, awakened me and given me a
multitude of tools to heal myself and others.

What am I am currently studying? Internal Family Systems, a self-leadership therapy. This

modality gets at the internal emotional-mental work we all need to do to be clear channels of
Love, Light and Healing. Going out of ourselves or spiritual bypassing does not prepare one
for being a Lightworker. We each need to do our own work. The grace and ease we now
have in the transformation process has accelerated given all those lightworkers – on and off
planet - who have gone before us preparing the way.

This journey has included reading and studying wonderful channels like Barbara Marciniak.
My favorite book of hers is Earth - Pleidian Keys to the Living Library. It is a must read in my
opinion. Itzhak Bentov’s book, Stalking the Wild Pendulum is to me, the most spot on and
understandable description of energy that I’ve found. And the book The Masters and Their
Retreats by Mark and Clare Prophet is a handbook worth having. The book Anna, Grandmother
of Jesus, by Clare Heartsong remains my favorite book though The Voices of the Magdalenes by
Clare Heartsong and Ann Clemett is also impactful. I love reading most NDE, Near Death
Experience, books. If I had the resources I would explore an on-line course of study with the
physicist Nassim Haramein. He is on the path to intersect and explain quantum physics and
metaphysics. I have long wanted to study Astronomy.

For me, often just a little resonant introduction and experience is all I need to remember and
open. Our job now is to usher in the new age and the healing that must come with it. We see all
this ugliness coming to the surface for grace and healing. As you know in your own healing,
you cannot disown your darkness or your feelings. You acknowledge and witness it, bless it,
intend it to release, and it is gone. What I have found is that this process of being clear leads to
a serendipitous life full of beauty, abundance and grace.

I am blessed to live in Colorado where there are many fine advanced healers and psychics. I
belong to a metaphysical church. I still occasionally take a class and get readings with my
friends and guides Sheryl Watson, Joanne Pallidino, Susanah Magdalena, Liz-Ann Fisher or
Kay Dragon, as they are all stellar individuals, guides and teachers. I often still benefit from
others’ perspectives. I love jumping on an international call with Maureen Moss who guides
her followers with updates regarding the new patterns of connection, consciousness and
embodied love. When Rob Wergin, who is a Divine Conduit, is doing a public session in
Colorado I am sure not to miss it. These are all authentic people dedicated to the
transformation of humanity, our purpose on this planet at this time.

I believe I started automatic writing and channeling in 1995, without fully being aware that is
what was happening. It has been natural for me as I progressed to be connected with angels,
cosmic beings and ascended masters. I make little distinction between the cosmic beings and
ascended masters as certainly Earth has always had the benefit of those who arrived awakened
to teach and guide humanity.

Lightsong Wolters is a woman that used to live in Colorado that I worked with for many years.
I asked her about my experience of being a “walk in.” She said, no. She felt, a part of my soul
group switched out. In any case what I remember is waking up on what I consider my earth
birthday at approximately age 3, seeing and living in light. The colors and the world were
amazing, outstanding! That lasted from the ages of 3-6. I have been working my way back to
awareness and higher consciousness ever since.

Patricia Cori later confirmed for me that I have lived on earth very few times and that I often
did not live to adulthood. Instead I came to explore and interact with beings like Dolphins.
Maybe this explains a sense that some of us have, of estrangement from the experience of being
human.

It is now time for me, as you will read in these pages, to take my next steps, publicly sharing
what has been shared with me for you, by beings from other dimensions. You will notice that
these channeled writings include simple exercises that have been dictated to me. Your own
discernment as to the value of what you are reading will be felt or experienced. Do not worry
about what does not resonate. Take in what does.

What I like about the dictated exercises is that they are simple and can be completed by anyone
without much effort.

Each of us has a unique energy signature. As I wrote that I was shown looking at my reflection
in a still lake or pond, a temporary mirror.

I intend and consecrate these writings to your path of Love and Light and hope that it carries your
journey forward.

Demonstration of an Experience
In meditation I feel my crystalline spine connected to the Earth and
gently pulsating, circulating into and up from the earth core, out my
head and around to below my feet again in the tube torus form. I see
my spine crystalline and vibrating.

Q. Are there crystal beings on the periphery of my vision?

A. I hear “music,” sound with pulsing.

Ah kee no, ha so feh, pel o ray kee, ah no

I see a braided, with gold, “ribbon” rotating column.

This opens to a “temple.” Beings witness me there; their eyes register a greeting to my eyes.

The space is bright, etheric, tinged with a faint orange-rose along the outer edges.

We sit in a circle. Some sit on stone benches.

Q. What is this place?

A. A place for you and us to commune in crystal language. {I feel an aligning resonance, I sense
humming in my spine. My heart feels resonant, open, a silver blue connection.]

Q. Is this an angelic kingdom?

A. No, it is we the crystal people.

Q. What do you have to teach me, show or share?

A. That you are crystalline. That we are with you in your development.

[I sense/see “hands” adjusting the crystal beams in my field behind my spine, outside my body
and anchoring at my back body at the root chakra. The beams now become deep green, then
with some yellow and pale pink.

I see crystal children, their hands manipulating chi.]

A. “The children are the teachers here.”

[Pale green clear stone like jade and moldavite.]
“Children of moldavite bring awareness.”
[Now reaching into my chest adjusting a beam of light there, behind my heart
chakra.]
“See how that feels.
You are welcome to return. That is all for now.”

“These beings come through to become part of you. Showing you their experience, their
resonance, their expertise. You just need a “taste” for the quality to resonate within and become
part of you”.

A. Yes, for some, not all. Practice bringing others into cosmic unification.

“I am a spirit of the Dulonquee. We are an ancient people of the cosmos.
Traders of heavenly activity (moving the clockwork of celestial bodies for
repair, restructuring outcomes). The celestial influences are gravitational
and influence the psyche.

We are glad you are at the ocean’s edge where we can effectively communicate with you [I was
in Florida, Siesta Key at this writing].

[I surrender to my own true nature. What is my own true nature?

I see sisters that look Mayan, indigenous.

I feel light in my third eye expansive like the north star.

I see/feel my heart open like a tulip portal.

I see many hands supporting me, urging me gently forward.

I come to a land of light, like a misty sunrise, I see some shadowy body outlines.

I reach out and there appears a clear and complete “Abuela,” small grandmother with a creased
face and smiling eyes and a knowing grin, shawl around her shoulders. We shake hands. She
motions for us to sit on a blanket on a sandy beach.

She begins…]

“I will tell you

Long ago you came to us with your intention to take this journey to the land of man.

You wanted to live light in a human body.

You wanted to be here now to transform the light.

To gobble up the darkness and open your mind and heart as a transformative portal.

Some others will be able to step through to us here as you are now.

The sisters will gather around them.

They will be infused with the scent of memory from long ago. You will know how to once
again bring your vibrations to a sacred level of re-collection.

[I see a small group of hu-mans surrounded by the sisters who look like young native
Hawaiians covered in grass skirts with flower garlands. I see us within our own skin,
transforming to many shades of fluorescent hues, aquamarine, then the whole body becoming
light. I hear…]

“All disease healed

All hearts reclaimed

All minds purified

All hands restored as portals of healing.”

[They begin to dance around me, undulating their hips slowly, gracefully moving their hands
and arms imitating the winds of change.

I see holographic circles of light and smoky amber around the circle at head and shoulder level.

Dipping in a pool, the streams look to be filled with symbols and light language.

Grandmother takes my hand and says]

“Welcome, welcome.

You are home dear daughter.

You are with us now.”

[I begin to move my feet with the dancers. Feeling the rhythm between us through the sand
beneath our feet.

I am drawn into the rhythm and feel a deep quality of resonance in my heart – magenta.

I feel the open light of my third eye. I feel and breathe in a wholeness that is both cleansing and
healing.

My arms and legs are spiraled with flower like trumpets that pull what I am processing through
my skin.

My breath pulls the now milky atmosphere in through these funnels. It feels soothing and
simultaneously intense.

I ask…]

Q. How much of this should I imbibe?

[It is now circulating to me, through and outside of me again to the atmosphere.

I see what at first looks like a hat with a broad rim, pale yellow and amethyst, which I think is a
cosmic community (space station?)].

Q. What is this place?

A. “The place of the clockworks masters. You will study with them now.

Q. Will I need an interpreter?

A. Yes the ancient one who is by your side.”

Q. Is there a goal. What is the purpose for me/us?

A. “You wanted to be reminded of how the cosmos works. The astrological natal chart is a
nascent version.”

Q. Is there something I should study?

A. No better to allow us to show and reveal. Like this cog, the one you are observing now. It is
an entryway. Just intend to be in its presence.”

[I feel the “clockworks” in my upper chest. Or a resonance of it.]

[I connect with Dulonquee and feel my third eye deepen and expand.

I see 2/3 of the edge of a cog or wheel. I call upon Grandmother.

I am sitting in a translucent pearl, in the lotus position totally peaceful.

I begin thinking about describing peace in all its forms and attributions.

I see a meditation about being in the peace of this pearl and imagining a white powder beach, a
beach chair, a palm tree and a turquoise green ocean.

Peace, tranquility.

Iridescent tubes of colored light, pink, purple-yellow; gold – and now I can see each color has
delivered another being to the beach. They each bring a small beach ball sized pearl and place
them in a circle on the sand. The pearls begin to produce music in harmony with each other.
The beings listen as if being instructed…OR are you resonating and discerning/translating
information? The notes “sing” (resonate) their heart strings.

Each being now extends fans below either arm and they begin to fly, seeming to express
freedom/purpose, releasing the joy of the sound they have ingested.

They stand around me in a semi-circle now on the beach as I sit in the chair.

One gently pushes my forehead towards my “hairline.”

I have the sensation of a purposeful transmission/awakening.

She says]

“I am the queen of the Dulonquee sisterhood. You are my pupil. You will learn each day as we
are together.

Call me Stifannee.”

[She asks me to touch a crown that momentarily appears around her brow and head. Her eyes
sparkle wisdom, mischief, sternness, deep discernment as she looks into my eyes.]

“You have a mission of light. We will use sound-music, as you call it. You are awakening to
this place within you [she touches her high heart]. The wheel here within you.

I give you color; the color of the queenly mantle as you have been our queen before. I am
happy to greet you sister. You have done what we and you asked of yourself.”

Q. What are the next steps?

A. Call upon Dulonquee – Stifanee- Grandmother. We will advise you.

Enough for now, enjoy your beach [she smiles].”

[Today I ask for the next step. I had an upset with another person. I call upon the Dulonquee,
traveling with grandmother as my guide and calling upon Stifanee. I feel the support around
me of the sisters, their arms float me parallel to “the beach” and then I am surrounded, ringed
by what reminds me of giant black pearls.

The eventually begin emitting short bands of bright light.

It felt like a healing, an “upgrade.”

[Calling in the Dulonquee I experience rework of my throat area.

Then a robe of light.

I feel “work” at the back of my neck and some energy flowing in there.

The light robe hood is then pulled up.

I can feel enhanced light flowing through my arms and hands.

I feel sparkly light filtering through me.]

“You will be serving your family, church community, healing, fortifying people’s immune
systems. Healing inexperience. Teaching healthy food practices.]

Stifanee
“This will be a momentous week for me (Sandy). Much is moving on every level. Yes, you feel
out of place, a misfit. There is nothing wrong or wrong with you. We hold you in love and
light dear sister.”

[Bathing me in my (preferred) color aqua aura blue-green, flooding into my being for support.
She touches my third eye. She asks me to know that all is known and is becoming known.

I see the ancient time work mechanisms in my chest, clicking another notch. Bright sunlight
pouring out, filling my energy field. I am grateful.]

“Write the story of Possibility. The story of your unfolding potential.”

On a side note it is interesting to re-read what the Dulonquee wrote

through me, and my experience. In the time period in which I am
transcribing these notes, I am reading, The Women of Lemuria by Kryon,
Monida Muranyi with Dr. Amber Wolf.

The Dulonquee experience seems Lemurian.

White Buffalo Calf Woman

In the dead of the winter of 2020, I drove to Crested Butte from south Denver, a 5- hour drive.
On that day Hwy 285 closed due to high winds and icy conditions. My navigator redirected me
to drive Hwy 24, adding an hour onto my trip. I am not sure how Divine Providence works. I
am sorry for all those people who couldn’t drive 285 but spirit evidently wanted me to take
HWY 24. At the Hartsel Junction with Rt 9 there is a buffalo herd. What I experienced when I
looked right toward the herd was a long line of buffalo along a snowy crest, with a spiral down
at the front of which was a white buffalo facing my direction. It was wicked cold and windy so
the snow seemed crystalline as it blew through the air. I couldn’t take my eyes off the highway
for more than a few glances as the highway was slick with several inches of ice and snow drifts.
There was a state patrol SUV behind me and vehicle in front of me. As I drove, the buffalo
siting kept reverberating within me as I expressed gratitude for the beauty and the sacred
experience.

In the next morning’s meditation White Buffalo Calf woman spoke to me.

“Sisters of the light

We surround you with our love and support; You are always in our hearts.
Your purpose unfolds now more deliberately
As your world strives
Your hands, ALL of your hands, are steady on the tiller
Steering towards the future.
Remember to join hands, envision and pour your heart energy into shared intentions
It is yours now for the asking, the allowing, the taking
Should you so choose.”

Later this day I was driving back to south Denver from Crested Butte. I saw two bald eagles in
the valley, one sitting in a tree above the river and then less than a mile later another soaring
above me.

The third day of this experience I was meditating and thought of the white buffalo. Its head
appeared to me; White Buffalo Calf woman emerged from the Buffalo in brilliant white light.

She said:

“From Pleiades you came, to Pleiades you will return. You are of us.

Message to the masses. It is time to step into the Messenger role. We are at your side,
below and above you, guiding and supporting. All our love is with you.” Then she
motioned her hands and arms towards me and out spreading light in my direction.

I take several things from this. My vulnerability and fear about exposing these cosmic
experiences is small thinking. I AM supported. WE are supported. These messages I receive
need to be shared. The sharing is greatly encouraged. The messages are not just for me, they are
for you as well.

YOU/we are always surrounded by all the love, light and support that we need. Receive it in
gratitude.

The Play
What we eventually realize when we are on this path of transformation and service is that what
we experience on these lower planes of existence is not real. We are here as volunteers to fulfill
a mission of transformation in our lifetime. To clear a multi-life pattern, lesson or theme of our
soul’s existence. We made this/these agreements before arriving. We agreed to forget and then
to have experience to reawaken our knowing.

You can be sure that if you have a pattern that repeats itself in your life, you are trying to get
your attention to wake up to the theme which is ready to be cleared and released.

I can tell you as my knowing becomes more and more clear I know less and less in some ways.
I do not claim to have the truth. I have an experience, a knowing, a practiced awareness. If
what I say resonates with you there is information there for you. It is like mining sparkling
gems along your life’s path.

I cannot tell you what this is, but I know that we have
more help and support from angels, teachers from the
higher realms, ascended masters, Light Councils, than we
have ever been aware of or has existed before in human
time. Our access through the veils is thinned.

While our Adam Kadmon body and perfect DNA became

polluted by off planet control, greed and usury mentalities, humanity descended. Since the
time of Christ, we have been working our way back.

Now is the time in which we see the shadow play for what it is.

Make no mistake about this, while the timeframes and effort it takes to get through your own
stuff is easier and quicker, the time is NOW, AND the pathway is through your own internal
shadows and physical being. Going outward is not the solution. Eventually we lightworkers
find the pathway within, starting with breath, focus and meditation.

Your knowing will come later. Mine began with kinesthetic knowing – I just knew. Then
visualizations then hearing. That was a progression of 7 years or so.

What I do feel is truth is that as each shadow is recognized, honored and released for its lesson,
it dissipates. More and more now it can dissipate completely rather than remain in layers
within. This is new. In the past we would revisit and revisit as each layer came to the surface.

So how does this look? Remember I said we are each unique. Our seva, or service, comes
through our own clearing. We clear our shadows for ourselves, humanity, the earth and the
universe. One of the BIG behaviors, psychological, mental and emotional changes that we have
to clear is our reactivity to others. Whatever bothers us in others is a mirror to our own “stuff.”
We project our flaws onto others and blame. This has to stop by turning the mirror around and
looking at your stuff. When you have moved away from blame and anger at others you have
cleared the path forward. When your language reflects the most positive statements possible
about what is – reality, no story, and vision for the future of what you want instead- you will be
ready for the next steps.

This does not mean we avoid processing of our own stuff. Instead we own it! We use upturned
information as a treasure hunt to see what other stones need to be turned to find the wiggly

messiness underneath. And then having the information we get on it, something more to clear.
We all have it, we are humans in earth school, learning through our body’s intelligent reactions.

The universe awaits this great clearing so that other beings can move forward as well. Some of
our off-planet sisters and brothers - we are of star seed - have contributed to polluting our DNA
and are here to “clear up their karmic mess.” The actions they took have held them back as
well. They cannot move forward until we all move forward. Read the book Earth: Pleiadian
Keys to the Living Library by Barbara Marciniak for more information. The resonance of the
words on the page is what is important, the remembering. No one earth being gets it “right” as
we have a human filter. We co-create and do not have a 360-degree view or knowledge.

Our supporters (guides, angels) revel in our co-creation as we are also Creator-Gods. I suggest
we each need to get clear within before we empower that Creator God aspect of ourselves so as
to do no harm. But finally, it is time to embrace our powerful selves. Powerful enough to create
our future. It is time. In time, I feel , we will return to the Lemurian purity of our vibrations
where our view will be expanded and enriched.

As I was transcribing today, I read this from Esther Hicks, who channels Abraham. This
statement relates to this process.

What “moving thought forward” is, is about being a nucleus that attracts different
components of thought so that when they actualize around you — it is different than it has
ever been before!

“As I stand in my focused, human, leading-edge experience, and I choose this

combination of thoughts and feelings, I am offering a signal that has never been offered
before. And so, the Universe must uniquely yield to me, which causes me to offer a
vibration that maybe someone somewhere else is matching. If they are, they will certainly
come into my experience for the time that we are matching it.” That is the way you affect
the world.

Most think in terms of thought affecting the world: You think about transmitting outward:
“I’m going to affect the world from my outgoing signal.” That isn’t the way it works. You
affect the world by achieving the vibration that brings the signals to you. You create a
nucleus that Universe has to respond around. That is how you are the creator.

I used this process to clear debt. I visualized it coming quickly, easily, without effort. That is
exactly what happened. Within 5 months, I gratefully attracted all that I had intended. I used
all four of these steps.

I must say I was determined. I was done with having to work to service debt, rather than
working because I wanted to work.

My biggest realization is this. Manifestation has little to do with your doing and effort.
Working hard to GET what you want is not how it works. Abundance requires aligning your
energy with your intention.

I didn’t believe what I had heard from others, about effort. And maybe, because of my vortex
healing work, I had cleared enough of my own stuff for this to work for me. IF you are reading
this you have realized that we have infinite amounts of support and assistance energetically
now throughout the cosmos. I BELIEVE all one needs now is clear intention, gratitude and
energetic alignment, and what you want will be yours. It IS the way the universe is designed.
It is time now for us to practice it, daily. Creating our lives, the planet and our world the way
we want it to be.

Energetically, think of a crooked path or a straight path. Crooked means you hit the jagged
crooks and get stuck, or, you get disoriented and confused and veer off. Straight is effortless.

I now gratefully experience serendipity with all that I want on a daily basis. Without having to
repeat these steps. I can’t promise this will happen for you, but it’s worth the effort.

Enjoy the serendipity of your life as you now align your energies with all that you want.

Step 1. 10 Minutes a Day to Change Your Life, from Phyllis King

Many of us mistakenly believe devoutly that effort and struggle is the path to
abundance. We think the harder we work, and the more hours we spend, the more
abundance we will have. That is one way to create a form of abundance. It has inherent
limitations because of the taxing nature of the approach.

If you want to become abundant without exhaustion or struggle learn to change your
approach toward energy at the beginning. Rather than use struggle as your approach to
abundance learn to use joy. If your creation begins with joy, it will also end with joy. If
it begins with struggle it will end with struggle.

One way to shift the energy from struggle to joy is to practice the Imagining technique.
Imagining can change your relationship to your output of energy and subsequently
how you receive in your life. Imagining teaches you how to insert high-vibration
frequencies into your energy, medicinally. It teaches you how to create on a quantum
level. It is an act of allowing abundance in, rather than chasing abundance.

Every morning before you start your day, and every night before you drift off to sleep
practice Imagining. Imagine your life as you would like it to be. Perhaps you wish you

 had a new relationship, or to heal the one you have. Perhaps you want more financial
resources, or improved health, or a better job. Imagine it. Then generate all the feelings
you would have if the "things you want" were realized in your life. Bathe in those
feelings, as if they were happening now. Revel in the joy of your heart’s desire being
manifested in your life.

Do not try to figure out how you will make something happen…just imagine it has
already happened and enjoy the feelings of satisfaction. Absorb them into your being.
You are engaging divine providence on a quantum level. It is effortless and joyful.

The second part of the Imagining technique is to acknowledge your connection to the
Infinite. See yourself as one wave in an ocean, ebbing and flowing in perfect
timing together. Remember you have the power to create your life with Source energy
because you are Source energy. Abundance is your birth right. Allow this gentle
awareness to take over your thoughts.

Begin and end your day with Imagining. Within 48 hours you will begin to see change
in your life, and not just the areas you desire. You are raising your overall vibration.
Opportunities, money, relationships, etc., will seem to come out of nowhere. They will
show up effortlessly while you do the business of living your life.

As you end your day, again imagine. When we plant the seeds of prosperity in our
mind before we drift off to sleep, we create while we sleep without the filters of the ego.
You can experience intuitive dreams. You will often awaken with insight about your
unfolding life experience.

You can also practice the imagining technique anytime during the day if you begin to
feel stressed-out or contracted. It’s a great tool for realigning with high vibrations. IT

Step 3. Fire Breath – Physically, deliberately and powerfully pulling in what you want.
This is what has worked for me.
• CLEARLY establish what you want. Simplify a statement, word or short phrase.
Visualize the end result.
• Take a few minutes to connect with Archangel Metatron by calling him in to your body,
try your high heart area. Command his/her assistance, stating your intention.
• Face a window, preferably with some nature, a tree, a pond, a park.
• Take a power stance. Place your legs 3-4 feet apart. Standing straight, bend your knees
and drop your butt back and down.
• You will be using fire breath and pulling down forcibly. Believe you will receive what
you want. Breathe in very strongly through your nose, exhaling quickly,
simultaneously reaching up, grabbing and pumping/pulling your arms downward as
you breath out, visualizing and/or stating what you want. Feel yourself with Metatron’s
assistance pulling in what you want. Pull the energy from above your head, the cosmos
and down through your body, through the root chakra and into the earth. Plant your
intent in the earth through your root chakra. Do this until you are tired.
• Repeat for 10-14 days or longer.

Step 4. 40 Days of mantras

Phyllis will give you some wonderful mantras if money magnetism is your intention. Choose
one a day, or one for a week. Or create your own mantras. Repeat daily 108 times, using a Mala
(prayer beads). Repeat this for 40 days. The purpose of the mantra is establishing resonance
and alignment within. Feel these in your heart, your body, your mind.

Part One

1. Get clear on what you want and don’t want (ready to release), through meditation,
contemplation. Ask your guides or angels for assistance. Spend days daydreaming of
how it looks and feels when you have what you want. Feel the joy and satisfaction.
2. Write it down.
3. Intend out loud to yourself
a. What you want to release
b. What you intend to attract.

 4. Use fire breath. Stand with your legs wide and a slight squat, sacrum slightly curved
under, tailbone pointing up. Imagine what you want above you ready to be pulled in.
Command that it is so. Put your hands up, fingers apart above your head. Forcefully
breath in your nose as you pull your arms down, closing your fingers. Imagine pulling
in what you want. Look out a window to a nice scene when possible as you do this. It is
important to be looking forward.
Exhale forcefully through your mouth as you bring your arms down, elbows bent and
close your fingers, grasping and pulling in what you want.
5. Feel powerful in receiving what you intend.
6. Be thankful, grateful, happy that your intention is being fulfilled.
7. If you are new to this type of process repeat it daily for two weeks. Let me know how it
goes.

Manifestation used to take six months of focused effort. It is now almost instantaneous. I
advise making room for the new requires release of energy blockages.

Caution: Choose only thoughts of success in your endeavor. If you entertain opposing thoughts
of lack, you will confuse the process and fail. Speak as if what you want is already yours.

What we all want - Awareness via Merlin

Try this

A. As you prepare to fall asleep, say to yourself, I want to wake up at 7:30 (for example).
And you will or just a few minutes before. Or as you fall asleep enter a life question into
your thought process as you fall asleep. You will wake with the answer, if you pay
attention. Occasionally it may take as long as five nights and mornings of focus, as you
repeat the same question each evening and attend to what comes to you as you wake.
B. Pause, become present to another. See and feel what is going on with them or what
they need and want. If you can, enter a conversation with the person. You will find that
the more you practice knowing, the more you hear and see the truth through them. The
truth as you know it. The truth may be that this person has a message for you. Honor
your knowing. Always say, thank you, thank you as you move in the direction of what
you want more of. Say cancel-cancel to yourself if you regress or say or think something
thoughtlessly. Then restate what you do want.
Ascension

This word is thrown out by lightworkers and psychics

without much interpretation.

My understanding of Ascension is that you are on the next

turn of the upward spiral of your energetic advancement to
higher consciousness or dimension. Our planet and
humanity are ascending on a dimensional level. The mess
we see in the world are the remnants that need to be
witnessed and experienced before we move on and up the spiral. Make no mistake. The forces
pulling us upward are as strong, or stronger, than those that pull us dimensionally downward.

According to The Ra Material, we are on the path to ascend to the 5th Dimension.

You are clearing on many levels simultaneously. Follow your inner guidance as to what
activities and processes will help you most.

▪ Conversation or spiritual guidance. Match your own knowing with what
you hear. In other words, be discerning as to what resonates and doesn’t.
▪ Be aware that your guides and angels often work through others to
provide you with right messages.
▪ Daily energy self-healing disciplines such as vortex or Reiki.
▪ What brings you joy? Art, dancing, music, community. Do more of that!

You are a unique being, a signature, a vibration. An individual contribution to your world and
your experience.

Only your own discernment is appropriate for what is right for you. Apply your own deep
knowing by pausing and checking within. Even if you have to pause and get back to someone,
just say, “let me think on that a bit.”

This can be true for health and wellness advice as well as classes that you take.

I also apply the pause and consider technique to all “readings” that I receive from psychics.

When I need to get unstuck with a fresh or renewed perspective, I may have two or three
readings in a short period of time. I sift through what I hear for what makes sense to me. I
know any timeframes offered for anything are possibilities, of which there are many.

As you get better and better at discerning your truth you will need less advice from others. You
will develop your own truth meter.

Akala speaks
Akala is a teacher from Andromeda.

“Dig deep for truth within you. It is always known.

Connect to your heart. Open all chakras with light and
sound (Om). Sit, feel, sense. Ask your ego to step aside (to
the left). Ask the angels or guides with whom you
commune most regularly and effectively to be on your
right. Welcome them. Command clear hearing, sensing,
knowing.

Breathe. Wait. Listen. Remember to appreciate and be thankful when the information is

“Growing from within is your transformative path. We assist as you ask. We want for you all
that you can be. You are already that.”

Healing
[Entering the pink/coral with gold outer rim of Council of Light chambers my heart expands
into a bright portal of light, pulsing. I hear “music.” I feel comfort all around me in this place. I
am absorbing the beauty of this place feeling at peace. I feel as if I am being treated to a spa
treatment or an upgrade. Very heart centered.

I’ve noticed of late my heart “reading” energy in things like a sunset, roses, a boy’s eyes, at a
more deeply connected level. I feel waves of intensity and words/places that are not mine. I
assume they are up to be cleared, from other humans on Earth. At first I was confused by this. I
now violet flame these occurrences and send the Merlin mantra.

I feel yellow/gold energy entering my back through the heart chakra. Now circulating out the
front where the light becomes purple. Circulating through the back and out the front.

Now a light being appears in front of me, white-silver and blue, sends a ball of white/blue
crystal light to the bridge of my nose. “His” eyes appear to be a soft brown. He “scans” my
body and sends another crystal ball of light to my high stomach, below my heart chakra.

He says this healing light is available to everyone. He puts another in my back between and
below my shoulder blades at my spine.

I run integration and feel the energy at my back. The being smiles.]

Exercise To Clear Lower Chakras

1. Call upon Archangel Synliah with her crystal sword.

2. Imagine the crystalline sword above your head, entering your spine and extending
through your spine, out your coccyx and into the crystalline center of the earth.
3. Feel the refreshing, sparkling energy. Intend to release all that can be released at this
time.
4. Focus on your sacrum and lower chakras/body. Feel the crystalline energy. Keep your
focus here or say a mantra such as Om into the lower body. Sense the light clarifying,
healing. Intend to release all stagnant or non benevolent energies that can be released at
this time. Hold for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, as long as it feels right.

“Invoke light devices [they look like round, just larger than palm sized, pads.] Intentionally
invoke and then touch the high heart, back, occiput. These are gifts of “light packets.” They will
initiate a download or activation as you call it. You can hum or sing while you do this.

Imagine the person you are touching bringing their light forward. You can also hold or touch
the palm chakras and pass it to the heart through the palms. Ask for light to be unbound,
released, opened.

Hold the highest intent for the individual.

See the consciousness of a divine or ascended master in their high heart space. Welcome, greet
and anchor this energy within them.

Q. How do I anchor it?

A. Ask the person to pull the light through their spine into their root, into the earth, into their
bones and into their heart, throat and 3rd eye. Help them to see or have an experience of the
light.

Suggest then that they breath into whatever area of the body they most sense the light.

Advanced ones can open the crown chakra and the root and earth chakras and pass the light
through their central channel, attaching to the crystalline center of the earth.

Expand the light to sparkling, effervescence as guided.

End with guiding the person and you together, thanking the light and the divine beings that
have come forth.

Concluding Observations
This is a new time.

This time is now. I feel the swift changes in my husband

once he committed to health and release of old baggage. I
see that anyone making a clear intention and declaration
moves swiftly towards clearings that previously took
decades to accomplish.

We are released from bondage. Our hearts and minds are

refreshed. I look out my window in late August and the
light still sparkles as it does in the spring. The air I breathe
feels fresh.

We are living in a state of grace now. All the ugliness arising is to be seen, acknowledged,
witnessed. Coming to the surface for release, urging towards a reunion with the light.

We have choice and a clear empowered path forward. An approach to the manifestation
process is mentioned above in the section, manifestation. Here is a brief summary.

1. Get clear on what you want and don’t want (ready to release), through meditation,
contemplation. Ask your guides or angels for assistance. Spend days day dreaming of
how it looks and feels when you have what you want.
2. Write it down.
3. Intend out loud to yourself
a. What you want to release
b. What you intend to attract.
4. Use fire breath. Stand with your legs wide and a slight squat, sacrum slightly tilted
upward. Imagine what you want above you ready to be pulled in. Command that it is
so. Put your hands up, fingers apart above your head. Forcefully breathe in your nose
as you pull your arms down, imagining what you want. Look out a window to a nice
scene when possible as you do this. It’s important to be looking forward. Exhale
forcefully through your mouth as you bring your arms down, elbows bent and close
your hands, grasping and pulling in what you want.
5. Feel powerful in receiving what you intend.
6. Be thankful, grateful, happy that your intention is being fulfilled.
7. If you are new to this type of process repeat it daily for two weeks.

Caution: Choose only thoughts of success in your endeavor. If you entertain opposing thoughts
of lack, you will confuse the process and fail.

Advice for Emerging Lightworkers

Spend five minutes a day for two months, meditating by following your breath. As you become
more still, enjoying the peace, increase to ten minutes, then fifteen minutes, up to 20 minutes or
more.

• Focus on going within and not out

• Join a meditation group
• Find and utilize a Reiki Master
• Work on clearing yourself, reactivity and your chakras
• Following the breath down the central channel, through the chakras, into the earth core
and back up, out through the head, circulating light and breath in and around the tube
torus.
