SAFE JOURNEY V/S ENTERTAINING JOURNEY

That day is one of the most auspicious days of a person’s life when he or she is going to buy a
car because it’s the day for which many of the middle class people have dreamt of or for many
people it’s like rising up of their status.

But for many people they don’t know that they knowingly or unknowingly are inviting death to
their home, because many of people prefer buying cars of range 7to 10 lakhs . the graph below
shows the details of the statement stated above

The graph clearly shows that cars companies with less price range are having more sells
the car manufacturer giant Maruti Suzuki alone is having more sales then the total sales
of cars of avg. price range more than
6.2 lakh. But at the same time if we
compare the safety features given in
these budget cars which are sold
maximum are very less, first and
foremost the giant seller of cars Maruti
Suzuki has not even passed the tests of
NCAP, the organization which rates
the cars on global basis. Even the cars
with airbags were unable to collect
five stars from NCAP, and when interviewed they say that “Maruti Suzuki makes cars according
to the safety norms of Indian government they do not follow the norms of NCAP.

The reasons for deaths on roads are also because of the reason of speeding as the cars are
already less safe still people do overspending which is also a cause of major road accidents. The
graph aside shows
the risk of death on
different speeds. It
clearly states that
the risk of getting
injured increases to
maximum at 70 to
80km/hr which is
the normal speed at
which many drivers
drive on highway.

So, The major decision lies in our hand what to give more priority a safe ride or an unsafe
entertaining ride, The ultimate customers are the king and they should carefully decide before
purchasing the precious gift of their life because a car with more safety features rather then more
entertaining features can save you and yours family life from Yamraj who keeps on looking for
his prey everyday on Indian road., and even if you prefer for an entertaining ride rather than a
safe ride you should always follow the safety instructions as well as always ride on road in a
speed limit of 40-60 km/hr.
