It’s enough to follow a diet, to play sports, to wear clean clothes, to have tidy hair,
and feeling self-confident, ready to help and to interact with joy:
people notice cleanliness, that is supposed to be an expression of high moral principles.

Eat Healthy Foods.

Alimentation determines your mood, every day,


and your general health, in the long-term period:
so, choose foods and drinks suitable to your body,
for the way it works, to renew your physical energies.

Sprouts, grains, fruits, vegetables, are ideal,


as nourishment is better when more lively,
not manipulated, not too-long cooked.

If you also eat milk, cheeses, eggs, fish, poultry, beef, pork,
lots of sugar, salt, tea, coffee, alcoholics, junk food,
have a try with healthy foods, following these instructions.

On the first day of your healthy food experiment,


eliminate the last item of the above list you find here,
from sprouts to junk food.

On the second day, eliminate the second-last item,


on the third day, the third-last item, and so on,
till when you arrive to a vegetarian diet for one day,
including vegetables, fruits, grains, sprouts.

Then, go back to the diet you normally followed before the experiment,
and re-introduce one item per day,
starting from the first one closer to a vegetarian diet,
i.e. milk; on the following day add cheese, if you normally ate it,
and so on, till the last item of the list you were used to eat.

It could take about three weeks to have this try,


but it’s necessary to proceed so slowly
as your body takes time to change nutritional habits.

The best way to do this experiment is keeping a journal


about your moods and physical tone while changing diet,
outward and inward: you could have big and nice surprises
discovering the way you can live if you eat healthy foods.

Keep Clean Your Body.

As a general rule, cleanse your body every time it gets dirty,


for its physiological working and for the use you make of it:
it is a sort of fundamental respect for yourself and for the others,
as hygiene improves the quality of life and prevents illnesses.

Organize yourself with soaps, brushes, toothpaste and toothbrushes,


floss, deodorants, creams, not only at home
but also at work, in your car, in your bag or case.

Have at least one shower per day, and after every physical effort.
Wash your hands before and after every meal.
Brush your teeth after having eaten even a snack.
Wash your hands and your body after going to the toilet.
Wash at least your hands, face, feet, before going to sleep.

These rules are not so obvious, nor their use is totally spread:
so it’s important to remind them, and encourage their daily and constant use.

You get your best results when you have total control:
if you’re body is tired, it’s slow in responding to stimuli,
so you make mistakes, and you can even injure yourself and others.

Sleeping as much as you need is a matter of responsibility.

Moreover, if you’re tired, you become nervous,


which disturbs others, and your relationship with them.

about ancient and modern ways to heal: yoga, tai chi, acupuncture, reiki,
flower essences, EFT, theta-healing, just to name a few among thousands.

Find the techniques that better match your personality

you can really generate better conditions for your health,
and even miracles, if you systematically apply the healing techniques you prefer.

Choose to have Love, Truth, Beauty, and Life, where you are and live:
it means that it is up to you to discover and to put such values in your space.

you’ll discover that things were conceived as solutions,

when they’re hard and unpleasant to experiment
it means they did not take the best possible way to manifest for Human Beings,
but it is, anyway, a quest of Love, Truth, Beauty, and Life. Notice it.

Have words of wisdom at hand, choose what is true,


collect images of art masterpieces which express serenity,
associate with sincere, clear, happy, constructive people.

Keep clean your home, it does not matter how poor it may be:
the value of a home is given by the good vibrating energies it emanates,
and no money can buy them, as the only way to charge a home of welcoming energies
is to be a person who is used to welcome thoughts of Love, Truth, Beauty, and Life.

Do the same in the neighbourhood where you live:


support who promotes the quality of life, be active with them,
organize activities to have better streets, parks, beaches, sport facilities,
raise people’s awareness about the pleasure to be in a safe and smiling place.

Avoid terrible sights: someone could pretend to tell you that it is “culture”,
as some movies, pictures, music, newspapers, essays pretend to assert,
but it is not true, as culture, beforehand, creates better conditions of life.

A real work of art is a joy to admire, it gives optimism and will to exist:
if getting out of a cinema, or of a museum, or when you turn your TV-set off,
you feel upset, confused, doubtful, or neither much happier nor visibly more optimistic
than before you saw those “works of art”, well, that stuff is not art. Avoid it.

You can not remain emotionally and sub-consciously untouched by terrible sights:
they are conceived to shock you, and they probably do it. So, avoid them.

Do not challenge the peace of your heart watching TV-news while you have meals:
those news do not present any solutions, they are not given to you to help you to act,
on the contrary, TV and newspapers want to keep you afraid and slave of despair.
Have a try: avoid bad environments while eating for three weeks,
both shocking news and tiresome individuals. It’s better you eat alone, in such cases.

Avoid gossip, secrets to keep untold, clandestine allies, mysteries, satanic rites:
all that stuff derives from a poor vision of life, that worries about scarcity.
It is not for you: know that you can create abundance just with your joy to be,
as you deserve Love, Truth, Beauty, and Life, and you must pretend to get them always.

Do Not Take Drugs.

Drugs makes more difficult to drive the body you use:


at first they cut your physical perception,
then you lose your control over your body,
so that you get weaker, without any good reason.

Taking drugs means to prepare for yourself a future of stupid problems,


like the need of medical assistance, or of a lawyer, to get out of troubles.

Compare the benefits you get from drugs with the practical detriments they give to you:
it is not a smart deal, and consider the costs for drugs, the need to hide yourself,
and the money you pay for the damages you make when you are drugged.

Think about this: you feel tired of your existence, so you take drugs
which create a worse existence to you… Drugs are not the solution you look for.

It does not matter how many billions of people take drugs:


“artists”, “politicians”, “above suspicious people”, and your friends, as well.
You do not become famous and rich if you take the same drugs they take:
you just increase the profits of the industries that produce those drugs.

Have you noticed that on one side there are “factories of death” that produce drugs
and on another side there are “factories of information” that say that life gets you tired?

Curious coincidence, isn’t it?


Billions of “artists”, “politicians”, “above suspicious people”, terrible TV-news,
museums without joy, work to make you feel weak and meaningless, on one side;
on another side, the supply of drugs prospers, inviting you to take drugs
to forget the feeling to be weak and meaningless. Can you understand it?

Who takes drugs can not perceive the material world,


neither the real spiritual insights: they perceive ghosts,
which are, actually, a product of their drugged minds.

A real spiritual practitioner, like a Shaolin monk who can go beyond physical limits,
has a total control over the matter: he is fully in the matter,
so that he can put the spiritual essence into the matter.
That’s really connecting the Spirit with the matter:
to get that connection, you need to be aware, disciplined,
so that you get best satisfactions even from your daily routine.

Drugs do just the opposite, and that’s why they are not suitable to Human Beings:
drugs make individuals withdraw from life, from control, from discipline,
so the more one withdraws from life, the more they’re afraid of life,
and for this reason they believe to need further drugs to survive,
but that’s not true – that’s just what factories of drugs make people believe,
so those factories sell more drugs, and more “products for happiness”,
like psychiatric drugs, that empoison human bodies.

Do not take drugs: that’s all.

Do Not Drink Alcohols.

Your body works better if you do not drink alcohols, believe it or not.
Just a glass of wine can kill you, or others, as your reflexes decrease
and you become less able to drive or to manage objects.

The therapeutic benefits supposed to derive from alcohols


are a terrible non-sense, compared with the number of people died or injured
because of the use of alcohols.

In the long-term, alcohols slows down people’s skills,


their memory, their creativity, so they have difficulties to imagine new solutions.
When a person loses their mental ability, they live in a uselessly harder way.

Do Not Smoke.

Tobacco is a drug, believe it or not.


It creates painful problems to smokers, expensive treatments to recover,
useless worries to them and to their beloved, to face damages of their addiction.

Advertisings say that if you smoke cigarettes you feel to be a cool and smart winner:
but it is not true, if you smoke cigarettes you get a list of dangerous troubles.

There’s nothing pleasant in the breath of a person who smokes:


they smell as blackened by smoke, with a decomposed taste,
as the internal organs of their bodies are attacked in their vitality.

Their teeth are yellowish, their clothes, hands, objects, houses, stink:
it is very uncomfortable to be in the surroundings of smokers.

And, what’s worst, smokers get literally crazy if they cannot smoke:
you notice that there’s no strike in the cigarettes markets to avoid social rebellions.

Their addiction lures criminals, as every drug and alcohol does, for black markets:
the whole picture around smoking is distressing.

So, for your own good, and for the safety of the people, do not smoke.

Improve What You Already Do Best.

Be a professional in what you do best:


it won’t take any effort, for you, to improve the skills you like to have.

Get used to read at least one book every three months about your own field,
to keep update and to strengthen your ability. Attend to workshops of your sector.
Take part in a contest. Have a plan to develop your skills for the next five years.

Have a say in your field: write a book to give your tips, manage your own website,
become a magnetic pole that attracts fellows and professionals,
organize a contest in your area, invite the laity to discover the beauty of your field.

You can do lots of things: dozens, probably more than one hundred.
There are lots of possibilities where you can improve: discover them.

Have a jogging training, analyse skeleton, muscles, and joints,

study how they went on pilgrimage in ancient times,
invent trans-continental routes for today’s people who like to walk, …

Another example: you breath, perfectly. You’ve been breathing for years.
Learn how sportspeople breath. Learn how meditating people breath.
Explore the relationships between breathing and relaxing,
breathing and healing, breathing and nourishment.
Discover how animals breath, how plants breath, how astronauts breath.
Discover techniques to recover in emergencies using the breath.
Verify how many people ignore correct methods to breath and work for them.

Think of the many things you already do well, and improve your ways to do them.

Learn New Skills.

Do not keep glued to your success:


challenge yourself in new fields,
as the more space you control, the better you live.

Age and time are not obstacles to your learning:


enjoy the pleasure to start a new skill, explore it, make it yours, reach your target.

Find side interests in what you already do, and expand your range of action:
if you travel for your job, include photography in your interests,

as your best existence is living in full harmony with people loyal and constructive.

Defend your values, your actions, your goals, even among criminals:
no one of them can judge you, as they do not know your past, your feelings, your hopes.

You are the masterpiece of the path of the existence you’ve been living until now:
if it is not brilliant, it means that it was a hard path, and that you succeeded over it,
so be proud of the goals you reach and of your stamina, that supported you.

Every day is a new beginning, to exalt your values: defend them, as they are you.

Tools and properties are the means that you need to reach your goals:
you have the right to defend them and to invest for them as you consider them good.

In order to manifest a serene existence, suitable to your values,


you need a safe and quiet place where to live, where to grow,
with the highest rate of happiness, also on the material plane,
even if you’re a spiritual being who is experiencing Planet Earth.

You need social order to safely keep your properties:


this is the best interest for everybody, as everybody deserves to prosper.

Your value, and others’ value, increase when you do not need to worry
about protecting your home, your income, and – of course – people you love.

Your greatest interest for defending your belongings is a safe society:


where it is too difficult to live, because of rebellions, you can not manifest your joy,
and this happens also to others. We all need to live in peace and freedom.

Human supremacy realizes its dream to prosper when it overcomes scarcity:


abundance is a necessary condition to make your belongings prosper,
so defend any project of reasonable social agreement
in order to defend your belongings, for your own interest, as well.

What is worthwhile for you, it is also worthwhile for others:


have a vision of mutual respect and cooperation to defend your world.

Observe, Perceive, Deduce.

Know what you know: know the roots, the developments, the use of your knowledge.
Just observe: do not take for granted what is commonly known as “true”.
Perceive the whole balance in any issue, the interests involved:
be the owner of your opinions, not the borrower.

Your conclusions may be different from those others believe:


to overcome misunderstandings get a better observation.
Maybe you missed a crucial detail, maybe others do not see what’s evident to you:
do not waste time and energies in discussing, analyze together the issue, instead.

Even mysteries can be unveiled if you patiently consider them point by point:
if somebody gets angry about your research, it means they’re confused about it,
so clearly and openly explain your clues, your present vision of truth,
and invite them to observe, because they discover fundamental data, as well.

Love belongs to the sphere of the highest values and of the lightest vibrations:
a love partner stimulates their beloved, so that they, together, create on Planet Earth
material shapes of everlasting beauty and value, in any activity, both private and social.

Loving is activating and supporting other’s best talents:


a woman inspires his man, and a man fulfils her inspirations
so that their couple becomes a unit linking the Heavens with the Earth.

A suitable partner realizes all the highest values in the perspective of a greater future
for humankind: that’s why love includes, as a marginal and material fact,

A combination of physical attraction with naïve desire is not what humankind needs:
it may enjoyable for the bodies, like stroking a squirrel or stuffing yourself with pastries,
but without a spiritual basis, a comprehension of life cycles, and a social perspective,
it is just a temporary hobby, that becomes fateful, if repeated for a long time.

Agree About Dynamic And Clear Plans For Your Couple.

A couple is an agreement which demands continuous will to balance it,


as any agreement: a couple is a union of two beings who should be able to stand alone
and who choose to share the goal to create a family where children are brought up.
A couple becomes a family: it is a living cell in that organism called “society”.
Human Beings decided to live on Planet Earth and because of that decision
they created social agreements to survive in a wild world: a family is an agreement.

A family is a safe place where to find immediate comfort, and for this reason
a family is ideal to bring up children in this world, especially when it is wild:
at the same time, the world, and its nowadays fashions, challenge family unity,
and it is a duty of the couple to invent solutions to save their family from aggressions.
For this reason a couple must be made up by wise persons able to stand even alone,
as any member of the couple could need to save its family, alone, in case of danger.

A family is a safe place whose safety must be created and improved every day:
when you have a clear comprehension of human life in its wholeness
then you can understand why two inspired spiritual beings can decide to be a family,
giving up their individuality to manifest as a unity which coordinates its actions
for the purpose to set up a working and sane “cell” of the “society-organism”,
as there is a direct connection between the soundness of families
and the possibility, for humankind, to survive and to prosper.

Be aware of the social role of families before creating one: if you hide the purpose
to finish your marriage with a divorce if you’ll find difficult to manage your family,
then it will be difficult to manage a family. That’s why you first need to be balanced
and to be a close group with your partner, which must the ideal person for you.

Be aware of your responsibilities as a partner, a couple, a family,


and be proud to be a partner, a couple, a family, despite all the challenges,
the temptations, the traps, the fashions made on purpose to destroy families:
have a clear vision of what a family means, so you better understand why
a love story, a relationship, a couple, a family, a parenting, are made of love,
of true spiritual inspiration from the Heavens, with the defined goal to excel.
You need all your power of spiritual being to balance, every single day, your couple.

You can really be a parent only if you fully understand the spiritual essence
of Human Beings and your role in the history of human evolution:

Children must be helped but not overwhelmed; encouraged but not convinced.

Your best intentions must be communicated, to make the world discover your treasures:
it is up to you to allow others to get the sense that you wish to manifest to them.

Be attuned onto your correspondent when you communicate:


have an issue to say suitable to the situation, meaningful, and clear in your mind,
find the right time, the right place, the right circumstances to speak,
feel the mood of the other person and get their attention,
start expressing the subject you wish to talk about, just a bit to taste,
verify if your words arrived to the other person and what the person really understood,
if it necessary fix the meaning that the other person took from your words,
give another bit of your thought, in the same way, and verify if it is really grasped.
When you are the listener, tell the other person what you understood from them:
do it soon, little by little, do not accumulate lots of concepts badly understood.

Communicating is a kind of feeding: must be done gently, in agreeable bits,


and constantly kept under control, to avoid to be confused.

Keep Your Promises.

When you communicate, in any way, from a smile to a speech, you promise something:
you put your value in your actions because you think they are worthwhile
and because you expect to receive, for them, admiration and rewards from others.

Your actions, and your expectations, are both promises:


your actions are promises you must keep from yourself toward the others,
your expectations are promise you suppose the others must keep toward you.

Often times the others do not even imagine that, in your expectations,
they should please you because you elected them the cause of your happiness:
this is a mistake of yours, because you did not communicate to them your intentions.

During your life you make promises and you make expectations, which are promises:
from your point of view, every promise must be kept, so that you can feel happy.

When you break your promises, you feel upset, as your conscientiousness disapproves.
It is a problem, but you have the solution: you act to keep your promise, and you are ok.
You have control over your promises, and you enjoy to keep your promises.

When other people do not behave as you expect them to do, then you have problems:
as you did not communicate your expectations, it is too late to tell them what you want.
You feel uncomfortable when the others do not behave as you imagined,
and the others notice your disappointment: a silent gap appears between you and them.

The solution, in this case, when you suffer for your expectations, is communicating:
say to yourself, and to others if it sensible, what you expected, and why.
Maybe you discover it was a lack of self-confidence, the fact you expected something,
maybe the others discovered that they undervalued your ability and your needing:
in any case you must fully communicate to restore a perfect, mutual trust.

The issue of promises is a major topic in a person’s balance:


when too many expectations are not satisfied, it does not matter how absurd they are,
the person feels betrayed, ignored, insulted, and becomes hostile against others.

Some problematic children, aggressive people, criminals, dictators, are just people
who had wonderful expectations: maybe too wonderful to be realized in a short time,
and as they were not skilled to act alone, or because it was impossible to act alone,
they became unfriendly and cruelty irrational against the entire world.

To help them, invite them to discover and to revise their expectations,


and to keep the promises they broke, in the long chain of misunderstandings.

A promise must be kept: keep your promises, and allow the others to keep theirs.

Be A Referring Point For Relatives And Friends.

People around you notice your actions, your values, and your promises:
the more they can trust you, the more they welcome you.
So, behave in a wise way, inspired by highest values, loyal to your promises.

You are on opinion leader in your community: do not undervalue this fact.
Everybody is a part of the social balance and determines the quality of its life.

A happy person is happy with dozens of people: in family, at work, in the spare time.

When you make someone happy, you improve the world.

When you make yourself happy according to the highest values you deserve,

Among the many roles you can be, and the many things you can know and have,
choose the truth, and manifest the truth.

Truth has a sense to exist only if it is revealed and applied to daily existence:
hidden in boring books, in symbols become incomprehensible,
in secret lodges, in temples, in rebellion groups that do not communicate outwards,
truth does not exist and does not have any value.

The quest for the truth can be a pleasant pastime for the bored philosopher,
but the world is dying for the lack of truth,
and for the lack of people in search of the truth to reveal it, to improve the world.

Every human existence, every activity, every product, must be aligned with the truth,
and must contain full truth: if you cook bread, or heal people, or build gardens,
the you put the truth of your field experience in your products,
and you make a damage if you put something else that is not the plain truth.

If you introduce items different from the true ones needed,


in your body, in an agreement, in a machine, then you fail:
any failure indicates a lack of truth.
It is not a matter of training or of natural talents:
weapons and robots can behave perfectly according to their instructions,
yet they create failures if their instructions do not contain 100% truth.

Truth must be discovered, applied, and defended:


do not hesitate to drop who and what is lacking in truth;
if you are enough strong, skilled, determined, and if you have enough time to show them
ways to recover their abilities to find and apply the truth in their lives, then do it,
but do not waste your energies and your time to convince people,
as maybe they’re cheating you, as they’re hiding the truth they assert it does not exist:
in any case, if they do not feel the need for truth, if they did not looked for it before,
they will not respect the truth, if you give them the truth: drop such people.

Truth can be known by everybody who wants to know the truth:


truth is what corresponds to lively results that improve the quality of life,
that spread love, beauty, wisdom, happiness, abundance, peace, hope.

Choose to know, and to manifest the truth.

Somebody struggles to justify their fears, mistakes, misunderstandings:

Everybody naturally looks for love and admiration,

they become angry, unable to communicate their feelings, misled by emotions.
Negative thoughts break social harmony, and this opens the way to criminality.
As similar thoughts gather together, entire nations and ages can become slaves of rage.

The solution is setting every single person free from their negative memories:
it may take time, yet it must be done, otherwise human society becomes
a dangerous place where to live, which is not what everybody wants and needs.

While you give balance to the environment you directly control,


like your family, your workmates, your community, with your personal attention,
support laws and governments that work for the respect and the prosperity
of Human Beings, in a long-term and peaceful perspective.

Avoid what is illegal, because it lures negative people,


it creates lots of problems, and it is not suitable to the essence of Human Beings.

A sad emotion, an illegal action, are just wrong data used to take decisions,

are the real heroes: they are the living hopes who can heal a confused humankind.

You are not obliged to follow a declining society: you may choose positive thinking.
It does not matter if billions of people give up to find a solution: their opinions are dead.
Instead, be optimistic and find, and support, those people still working to improve.

Keep your knowledge update, based on verifiable data:


train your intuition to discover liars, avoid their actions,
pretend exact explanations and fully defined goals when they try to recruit you,
be loyal to the highest values with great peace in your heart,
be always sincere and coherent as you deserve it, first of all,
and humankind deserves it, mostly in troubled times.

It does not matter what individuals and nations with negative moods say:
they are not in the condition to properly understand priorities and actions,
as for them a weapon, an image, a slogan fill totally their narrow mental horizons,
and they become very aggressive and destructive: so, improve the world you yourself.

Start from your more personal areas: look, health, home, tools, vehicles.
Have everything under your direct control, filed, easy to manage, scheduled.
Who can supervise their environment feels welcome to the world:
who lives in confusion feels the world hostile, and looses their control over it.

Be organized in your environment, show a valuable direction to your mates:


some of them will not cooperate, they will like to increase the amount of chaos,
so ask them what they consider theirs in the place where they make mess,
as this will help them to discover which are their real places and their real roles.

In the meanwhile, assign them precise tasks to accomplish and control them:
confusion is caused by a lack of planning and, therefore, of control.
Do not hesitate to take the responsibility to manage the situation,
because this is your environment, even if you have not a document that declares it.

The world needs to by guided by responsible individuals, so take action,


expand your range of activity from your family to your working place,

1 – Which Method Is Used To Get And To Share Knowledge About Human Existence

1.1 – Looking for the reason of things and facts I can perceive,
I decide to consider what I perceive and what I can verify:
this means that what is not accessible to my experience
may exist, but I can not perceive it, so, for me, it does not exist.

1.2 – I also decide to evaluate what I perceive and what I state,


as a consequence of my perception and of my way to reason:
if new elements come into my perception,
both because I become more able to perceive them
and because they come into my area of perception,
then I decide to be honestly ready to change my referring points
so that all the elements I perceive find a comprehensible evaluation
according to my perception and my use of my mind and of the logic.

1.3 – Moreover, I decide not to need unknown elements


to explain what I perceive and what I reason about:
I want to keep my understanding light, clear, and demonstrable,
so that there is a continuity in my reasoning,
a continuity that, if interrupted, shows the exact point
where unverifiable elements were introduced.

1.4 – I do feel the need to understand, not to be creative,


as I decided to considerate what I perceive
and not what I could invent.
This need is motivated by my will
to create a referring pattern for understanding
usable by who agree with me
about the use of logic and language,
so that my experiences can be verified.

1.5 – If I do not have an answer


I prefer to declare that I have no answer
instead than inventing some mysterious explanation
or instead of using the power of any authority:
what I deduce must be self-evident and testable
because my goal is to get a comprehension
meaningful, useful, accessible
for everybody who wishes to apply
the results I achieved.

2 – Life Is The Cause

2.1 – If I look at reality,


with an open and receptive mind,
ready and willing to admit what I perceive,
I notice that almost everything seems
to have one thing in common:
everything is struggling for surviving,
and surviving seems to be
the main goal shared by everything.

2.2 – It seems that energy,


atoms, molecules, minerals, vegetal and animal beings
organize, agree,
defend themselves, attack,
create to keep and to improve their surviving,
and that seems to be all that they do
with their main and greatest effort.

2.3 – I call “Life”


this constant effort to survive
in any possible way,
to have a physical form,
something like a “place card”
to be perceived in the matter.

3 – Life is from outside the matter

3.1 – If I keep looking at reality,


with attention and honesty,
I understand that Life comes from outside the matter
because the matter seems as sleeping, without Life force.

3.2 – An apple goes bad because a small being attacks it,


worried for its survival;
in a land a road is built, because some people wish
to run an easier existence and the road helps their survival;
in a specific century a certain idea about values to respect
becomes the rule which dominates millions of people.
Later, small beings disappear, roads are forgotten, ideas become old:
if I look at this decay, it seems to me that Life went away from the matter,
and that the matter went back to sleep.

3.3 – For what I can perceive,


it seem that matter existed before Life came to matter;
that matter exists while Life fashions matter;
that matter exists after Life goes away from matter.
If I pay attention to these perceptions of mine,
I believe that Life is from outside the matter,
and that Life uses matter to reach goals that belong to Life, not to matter:
this is my First Hypothesis, which I constantly verify.

4 – Life and Human Beings seem similar

4.1 – If I pay attention to myself who pays attention, I’m surprised by this fact:
that I can feel and represent reality using
my own words and my own way to think.

4.2 - Poetry, science, religion, psychology, mathematics,


give me the impression to be able to grasp the sense of reality,
to translate that sense of reality into abstract models made of words and numbers,
models which are absent in Nature as I am sure that I invent those models.

4.3 – Nevertheless, if I use those abstract models of words and numbers,


I can interact with Nature,
from my thoughts into the matter,
and I can even change the shapes of the matter.

4.4- This ability of mine to represent things,


an ability that typically belongs to Human Beings,
makes me believe that, in a certain way,
I can interpret and fashion matter,
just like Life interprets and fashions matter.

4.5 - From this consideration I create my Second Hypothesis,


that asserts that I am, at least in a minimal percentage,
more similar to Life than to matter,
and that I, as a Human Being, have abilities and desires
that are typical of Life, not of matter.

4.6 - My wish to survive, so clear in my perception,


stems out from Life and as I deeply feel that I agree with it,
I deduce that my truest matrix, my realest essence, is similar to Life,
or that is made of Life, or that it is the Life Itself.

4.7 – If I keep reasoning this way,


I arrive to believe that Human Beings are Life, not matter,
and that Human Beings’ essence is a kind of “substance” very close to Life:
maybe I should call it “a structure of energy fields”,
motivated by the will to survive,
using “place cards” made of matter, i.e. physical bodies.

4.8 – At this point, it starts to be very evident to me


that Human Beings are not bodies:
Human Beings, as Life, use matter,
fashioning it in several abstract ways,
like words, numbers, and thoughts,
to get physical shapes to play with.

4.9 – Human Beings transform matter


to create scenarios where to live in
“dressing bodies” for the pleasure to survive in physical shapes:
these choices, these activities, typically human,
seem similar to Life behavior when It permeates matter
to get, out of matter, manifestations of Life.

5 – Human Beings can change and create

5.1 – If Human Beings are similar to Life,


as it seems to be in my reasoning
- a reasoning which normally works to properly obtain the exact results I take aim at –
I understand that if I think, speak, write words in certain ways,
approved by what my culture calls “logic and meaningful”,
I can represent and fashion matter as I like,
beyond what initially seems to be stated to exist just only in one way: the reality.

5.2 – So, I can look at reality,


I can duplicate reality in my mind,
I can use my mind and my creativity to invent new shapes for reality:
all this means to me that I am from outside the matter,
and that, “from somewhere outside the body I use”,
I have control and take decision about reality.
I can stay very close to my body, even inside it, but I am not the body.

5.3 – As a Human Being, I can be somehow related to the body I use,


I can feel it and I can perceive via its senses,
but the real core of myself
is not the body
neither the sensations I get using the body:
my true self is that essence of me that perceives to perceive,
that invent what is needed,
that can explore realms beyond senses
and beyond the tight logical systems of matter reality.

5.4 – My ability to create, starting from my mind, is immense:


I can properly hand a tool in an unusual condition,
or invent a tool even if it never existed before,
I can transform reality,
and I can organize things in order to achieve the results I dream.

5.5 – If, for example, bushes and trees wrap a land, I can change this situation,
even if my physical body is weaker than vegetation
and even if I have less time than vegetation:
any obstacle does not matter, when I decide to get my result.
I can use my mind to analyze how vegetation grows, to find a way to control it;
I can project tools to build roads, houses, gardens, museums into that land,
and I can give these very same ideas of mine to other Human Beings,
and I can get their help to change anything I wish to change,
in order to get anything I wish to get.

5.6 – As a Human Being, my imagination is powerful and generates things:


what humankind did and does, comes from imagination,
and it lasts until it is kept into the desires wanted by Human Beings.

6 – Imagination goes beyond reality

6.1 – Imagination is the most powerful tool Human Beings have


to realize their best survival,
because imagination can create what is needed,
thought it has never been created before,
even if resources and experts are missing:
a focused imagination can make them come out of nothing.

6.2 – To be totally honest, if I look at what many people do with their imagination,
and at the kind of negative thoughts they seem to be interested at,
I notice that many choices do not go towards happiness and survival,
and that lots of people seem to be satisfied when they get worse in their troubles:
those people who deal with negative situations, poor of Life,
must be focused on something that is different from the will to survive in a quiet way
but, indeed, they do strive to survive,
they do their best to cultivate a sort of “aesthetics of pain and troubles”,
in order to have the game they like to play.
The point to understand here is what can convince a Human Being
to prefer a troubled existence, instead of a light one.

6.3 – Some people do their best to get food, clothes, shelters,


houses and possibly villas, efficient tools, good and well-paid jobs,
medical assistance, culture, wealth, abundance in any possible manifestation.
Some other people do not respect their lives,
they do not invest their resources and their time yet they have the same resources;
they spoil their bodies using alcohol and drugs,
they do not cultivate long-term projects to have a future…
The difference between these two kinds of people,
and inside the individuals of these two groups,
is the different value that they attribute to the matter.

6.4 – For some people, matter is important, matter is short,


they strive to obtain matter and to defend matter,
and they create laws and they obey to those laws
expressly to keep matter as long as possible;
on the other hand, some other people consider matter not so important:
ascetics live using very few matter and do not collect matter to live;
heroes do not hesitate to sacrifice their bodies if this can help their community;
even criminals do not pay attention to the daily routine made of matter
and they want to get things without dealing with the rules made to deal with things;
a drug addicted uses their body to get strong feeling from their “place card”
and does not care if the “place card” gets damaged.
All “negative people” seem to have something in common:
they do not consider important their bodies,
and the extensions needed to take care of bodies,
like food, shelter, tools, prospects of future.

6.5 – Everybody is striving to survive:


somebody ties up to matter and protects it to have safe matter in their future;
somebody else exploits matter, without worrying to save matter for their future.

6.6 – In both cases, what makes the difference is the kind of imagination
that people cultivate, to create the qualities of their lives:
imagination goes beyond reality,
imagination anticipates reality,
imagination calls for reality,
and imagination even creates boundaries of realities,
which are, simply, thoughts kept believed.
Imagination can do, and overcome, all this limits,
and imagination can turn them into positive and fruitful new resources.

7 – A wider conception of human life

7.1 – If I keep looking at reality, with an open mind


and with the firm intention to collect and to understand
every piece of reality I could face,
I wonder why some Human Beings, in a very short time,
often about 10 or 20 years are more than enough,
decide to defend the matter and to behave by the law,
while some other Human Beings, in the same span of time,
seem to become determined to live outside social rules:
some children, since their very first years at primary school,
show their will to cooperate with leaders, and they grow exemplary citizens;
some other children, born and lived in the same time and in similar circumstances,
rebel, become freakish, and strive to fight any expression of order and control.

7.2 – Some scientists deeply commit themselves to defeat diseases,


while some other scientists work hard to spread diseases and destruction…
Some people create fair laws to defend the rights of honest people,
some people create ways to cheat laws even if they’re fair…
How is it possible that in about 10 or 20 years a Human Being chooses to be on one side
and to interpret the roles of that side, mostly for the rest of their lives?
How can they be so convinced?
Is it a matter of instinct, or of personal and free choices?
We can answer these crucial questions if we are willing to be completely open
to analyze all the pieces of reality we find when we look at it.

7.3 – I said, at Point 3, that Life is from outside the matter:


Life seems to come out of “nothing” but with a perfect, crystal-clear intention
to fashion matter, in order to have bodies and scenarios
where to put Its creations in action, in magnificent intrigues;
then Life suddenly retires, It seems not to be interested anymore
in dealing with and repairing bodies that, at the beginning of manifestations,
were built and kept with attention.

7.4 – I said, at Point 4, that Human Beings are similar to Life:


if this is true, this could also suggest that the cores of Human Beings
come to Planet Earth, in order to have bodies and scenarios,
and then, when those cores have not most important reasons to stay on Planet Earth,
they suddenly retires, even if at the beginning those cores seemed
very interested in dealing with bodies.

7.5 - Life and Human Beings could be similar


also because they have in common what I call
“the capability, and intention, to come to Earth and to go away from it”.

7.6 – I cannot say where Life and Human Beings come from and where they go to,
neither I can say if it is the same place and if it is just one place:
as I can observe what I perceive, and as I intend not to bend any meaning
into something that is not possible to easily observe,
it seems to me that, for some periods, Life and Human Beings seem to control
matter bodies and shapes, and that, for some other periods, they do not.

7.7 – I said, at Point 5, that Human Beings are very able to use imagination,
so that, in their thoughts, they can create situations so detailed and so compelling
that those situations become reality:
if I consider the many changes that Human Beings made and make on Planet Earth,
I notice a tremendous impact on the matter, made from humankind,
and what astonishes me more is that
all this impact in the hard, heavy matter comes out
from an invisible, weightless “substance” that I call “thought”,
but I could also call it “intention” or “matrix of Life” or “Great Project”…
In any case, beyond names I may choose,
human imagination does not belong to matter,
yet it has a great impact on matter.

7.8 – What I’ve observed until this point is observable by anyone who agrees with me
about the use of logic, words, hierarchy of meanings, deductions:
so, if I grasp the entire sense of Points 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
I could argue that human civilization is just one of the expressions of Life.

7.9 - I, as a Human Being, consider very important human civilization,
and as I can easily remark the impact that Human Beings have onto matter,
I can appreciate or blame it: but I understand that Human civilization is not
the only expression of Life, neither the biggest one,
or that one that decides the future.

If I observe, with an open mind, the society of ants; or the ways crystals are shaped by
water-drops respecting, for millions of years, the invisible blueprints that fashion them;
or the laws of physics that keep together atoms and particles, I found astonishing
expressions of Life, even more complex than human civilization,
and over a much greater span of time.

7.10 – If I observe what I can easily perceive,


as anybody who can meet an ant, or a stone, or a cell, in their lives,
I find, everywhere, what I call, in my words, “the very same intention to survive”,
but what is amazing to me is the incredible varieties of structures, bodies, scenarios,
stories, goals, weavings, which are all expressions of the same pattern
that Life uses to fashion matter.

7.11 – Any form of Life, including the invisible laws of physics


and the “behavior” of minerals following exact, mathematical blueprints
in their “growing”, has its dignity, its beauty, its aesthetics,
beyond the realm to which the observer belongs.

7.12 – If I get inside things using my ability to perceive,


I find precise rules, for any realm I perceive,
so that, once more, I am pushed to suppose that, outside the matter,
there is “somewhere and somehow” a decision-maker that sometimes appears
to fashion matter according to a style which is similar to my way of understanding
– or, I should say, that I’ve the impression that my understanding is skilled enough
to perceive and to understand what I perceive:
but I’m aware it could be greatly different,
i.e. that I could be unable to perceive all the perceivable,
and to understand all the understandable…
Anyway, until now, every time that I expanded my vision,
I feel able to grasp the sense of the vision
and, from that expanded vision, I get expanded answers…
Maybe all this is just in my mind:
what I can say for sure is that the clearer is my vision, the happier is my life.

7.13 – When I confront with the greatest varieties of items that I perceive,
even if my perception is not perfect and even if my reasoning is not absolute,
I notice, at the same time, both the variety and the unity of the expressions of Life.

7.14 – If I observe just a small part of the items I can perceive,


I have a tendency to prefer some of them and to refuse some others,
and this makes me feel sad and bad, on the long term,
because some are “good” and obviously “too few”, for my limited point of view…
But if I am open to fully observe the manifestations of Life,
in a very wide perspective,
I then understand that differences, yet appearing and being obviously different,
belong to the very same matrix of Life, just like in a music notes are different,
very different one with another, but that music is just that odd structure of notes,
so that if you concentrate to listen to just on the notes you like,
or you feel comfortable with, you miss the entire music.
The “good notes of Life” have a sense if I perceive the entire symphony of Life,
which is made of all the notes, and rhythm, accelerations, pauses,
and a miraculous quantity of items.

7.15 – In a so great variety of items, it’s normal that some parts seem “bad” to me,
as my perception is limited to my physical boundaries:
but one thing is sure, i.e. that I can decide the dimensions I perceive,
in the space and in the time where I live.

7.16 - Moreover, I can consider me as something similar to Life Itself,


able to overcome physical boundaries:
and what is absolutely evident to me is that, using my imagination,
I can create expanded perceptions, new ways to be, and, until now,
every time that I expanded my imagination I reached further goals
and an improved quality of life.

7.17 – Life is the entire variety of items, like a music is all the notes:
Life is all the notes and all the silences, the players, the director, the audience,
and also deaf people, and who is not there to listen to the music,
neither wishes to be there, or has a system, or a device, for physical perceptions
that allow them to perceive sounds…
Life is all these items, and for each items there is at least
one universe where that item exists, I dare to suppose:
if I keep observing what happens in the square meter
where the body I use is, I’m astonished by the inconceivable quantity
of items and weavings I perceive, in just, precisely, one square meter!

7.18 - How big can be Life? How many “faces” can It have?
I do not know: I just suppose that Life can be complex and meaningful
much more than what I think… But what is even more astonishing,
is that, with my imagination, I can even overcome the magnificent variety of Life:
moreover, my thoughts, until today at least, have shown to be able to create reality,
so that even the miraculous complexity and beauty of Life
can be augmented and perfected by my imagination!
If you consider the number of Human Beings that can think and develop new realities,
you can figure out how marvelous can be anything,
if you just allow yourself, and the others, to participate to these amazing weavings!

7.19 – Now that I’ve expanded the plan of my awareness,


I can find other clues to answer the question put at the beginning of Point 7,
i.e. “How is it possible that in about 10 or 20 years a Human Being chooses to be
on one side and to interpret the roles of that side, mostly for the rest of their lives?
How can they be so convinced? Is it a matter of instinct,
or of personal and free choices?”.
I could argue an answer, but to be a real answer, it must testable
and verified in ways that we can experiment
in the very same way we are used to perceive and reason,
otherwise the greatest truth is unreachable, and therefore useless,
if it cannot come into our perception.
So, the answer I introduce, and that must be verified,
is that the core of Human Beings, that matrix of energy and intention
that seems to be them, and that seems to come to Earth to use bodies
and that seems to leave bodies and Earth, continues to exist, even without bodies,
and that bodies are left but memories are kept, so that today’s choices
could be a result of a continuity with memories suited to deal with previous goals.
If this can be true, it could be the answer to the question
“What can influence our choices?”.

7.20 – I wish to explore more this hypothesis, that states the continuity of memory
beyond the existence of one specific physical body,
before going to verify it, just to get clear the topics I’ve to verify:
the clearer the question, the clearer the answer.

7.21 – If it could be true that Human Beings live many lives,


and that at least a part of their memories
is kept remembered from a life to another,
this would open the way to some explanations to facts
otherwise impossible to understand, as long as we believe to be bodies:
on the contrary, it seems very likely that we are powerful structures of energy,
similar to Life, as we can argue if we test the statements of the previous points.

7.22 – Let’s extend the hypothesis that we would live more than once,
and that an existence could be partially influenced by thoughts of previous lives:
if it would be true,
we could imagine that we come back to live again on Planet Earth
to finish some jobs we did not finish as we had planned;
or that we liked so much some tasks that we desire to replay
those experiences, maybe introducing some changes;
maybe we would come back because we want a chance of revenge,
and if all this would be true,
we would keep, well fixed in the matrix of fields of energy we are,
those strongest emotions and deepest intentions,
as a compass to find the parts of our infinite existence we would like to improve.

7.23 - Some inexplicable abilities of some infants prodigy


could be capabilities coming from their pasts,
learned and loved in previous lives,
such as some of the inexplicable behaviors against social rules
could be a consequence of still alive and compelling memories
of other times when morals were different.

7.24 – The hypothesis to be forced by past memories


is not more degrading than believing that DNA
or environment determine present choices:
on the contrary, if past lives memories can be leading present choices,
the good news is that healing those memories we improve.

7.25 – If some of our confused ideas come from a past


that we do not completely remember without a special help,
it means that the core of the solution to improve humankind quality of life
is reachable within us, under our own control, directly,
and that we do not need to change DNA or environment to get people happy:
it’s enough that we master our moods in order to become happy,
and this is possible, independently from external causes.
Improving ourselves, we consequently improve the world:
if we are happier, smarter, able to overcome past memories traps,
the world becomes a better place where to prosper,
among happy, wonderful people who know how to improve themselves.

8 – We can create a better world

8.1 – If I keep observing what I can perceive in a normal,


common condition of Human Beings’ experiences,
and if I keep open my mind, as I did till now analyzing the six previous points,
I find some clues that confirm that we live more than once:
moreover, I do not find any reliable proof that we live just once.

8.2 – Religions speak of previous lives and future lives,


lived by the same “spirit” or “matrix”, of consciousness,
so that they admit that “something” survives and lasts
beyond the existence of one single body.

8.3 - Even in the detached science, founded on testable facts,


some branches of psychology and psychiatry actively explore
that “matrix of consciousness” supposed to exist, by religions,
beyond the length of one single body life:
sciences explores the hypothesis that Human Beings could live more than once
in order to better understand what sometimes distresses patients:
and when psychology and psychiatry treat patients about their problems supposed
to have roots in previous lives, patients recover: this is widely known.
It therefore seems that memories from the past lives
come to influence present existence, which is lived with a new-made body,
with cells created several years later the formation of those memories.

8.4 – There are techniques to explore past lives:


some of them are a kind of guided meditation,
where people increase their awareness towards subtle perception,
even if they remain conscious of the present time where their present bodies are.
There are experts, teachers, schools, books, that using different approaches,
needed to deal with different people of different backgrounds and cultures,
can gently present the topic of past lives, in a general vision that makes sense,
and that organizes, in a constructive vision, all the issues of human civilization.

8.5 – On one side I find facts leading to past lives:


on the opposite side I do not find anything that reasonably denies those facts;
between these two extreme points
there is the wide, testable field of my experience,
where I can use my mind, my words, my systems to reason
in that way that normally seems logical and profitable;
if I am willing to keep observing what is observable,
without using my intuition that could be misled beyond my awareness,
so that other people can experiment in the same way
what I perceive and therefore mean,
it seems to me that Human Beings are similar to Life,
i.e. Human Beings seem to me structures of energy fields
able to think, to remember, to imagine, and to decide,
even without being in, or without being in the surroundings, of bodies.

8.6 – If, as it reasonably seems, Human Beings can exist without bodies,
it also means that bodies, for Human Beings, are not necessary to exist.

8.7 - And if, as it reasonably seems, Human Beings do not need bodies to exist,
it also means that even when they use bodies
to have a “place card” on Planet Earth,
they could be somewhere else, and “sometimes else”:
it seems that some parts of Human Beings’ attention
can be fixed in past experiences,
and that some parts of Human Beings’ attention
can get excited over those experiences,
even if those places and times do not exist anymore in a physical way:
as I’ve already said, what Human Beings think, becomes reality;
if they think of situations different from present time,
those situations become real and compelling for those who think of the past
putting and renewing strong emotions in it:
entire nations, like simple individuals,
behave today as they would have done yesterday, or millions of years ago
and today they make wars or wishes big cars just because they are convinced
that in their past they were offended as they lost some wars and as they had no cars,
so today, although living in present time but without noticing to live in present time,
they still look for weapons or gifts coming from the idea of their past,
still alive in their minds, and behave today with lots of time lags, and logical gaps.

8.8 – If I consider the fact that Human Beings are similar to Life
for the will to fashion matter with strongest determination,
I notice that thoughts possibly coming from the past
can have a tough impact on present existence,
and those thoughts coming from the past can even block improvement,
both for individuals, and for societies.
If I explore the tremendous force of beliefs rooted in the past,
I understand why some people, today, insist not to grasp opportunities:
they do not see them because those opportunities did not exist in their past lives,
and so they cannot pick them in present time as the attention of those individuals,
put in their emotions of their past, glue them to their past
with a power that is greater than the perceptions those individuals get now,
from theirs senses and from their reasoning about their present time situations.

8.9 – If it is true that some people sincerely feel the need to stay glued to their past,
it is impossible to convince them to get out of their beliefs,
most of all because those beliefs seem winning to those individuals, and surer,
than present time opportunities, which remain untestable for those individuals,
and therefore mysterious, and apparently dangerous.

8.10 – To shift attention from the past to the present,


both a past of success and a past of failure,
an individual must decide to shift:
this is what I observe in people, both happy people able to regenerate after failure,
and sad people falling down without seeing opportunities to recover and to raise.

8.11 - It is not possible to convince a Human Being about what is best for them,
as Human Beings are powerfully convinced to be right:
a shift of consciousness is possible when a Human Being decides, by themselves,
to change the way they perceive the world, and the way they use their perceptions.

8.12 – The independence of choice for Human Beings is a guarantee of freedom,


so that nobody can get into another’s choice:
for this very same reason, just because another cannot get into another choice,
it is not possible to help from outside,
if the person does not decide to need help and to open to receive help.

8.13 – I notice that some people are afraid to receive help,


because they were swindled when they opened their hearts to receive help:
I also notice that people who receive help accept the risk to open.

8.14 – To avoid the risk to remain blocked in past failures,


the solution seems to be to become enough strong, sure, and self-confident,
so that even one is swindled again, they can quickly recover:
or, I’d better say, the solution is to remember that Human Beings are similar to Life,
as argued in the previous 6 points, so that an individual remembers
that they already are as strong and as lively as Life is,
and therefore able to recover from any kind of failure or death.

8.15 – No special help is need from outside, beyond just some clues
that could help people to remember their similarity to Life Itself:
clues are enough to make Human Beings remember their real essence and powers.
When people are closing themselves for the fear to be swindled,
the more you give help, the less you can really deliver help,
as the “door” is almost closed, in fearful people:
so, do not give special help, neither push help;
just make it available for those individuals who are ready to be helped.

8.16 - Experiment this by yourself: you can help people who are willing to be helped,
who trust you, who allow you to help them, who are ready to recover.
In other words, you can help people who already have a good disposal toward Life.

8.17 - People really troubled,


people who put a great stone to keep the “door” closed
against any help, cannot be helped:
they cannot be helped because a real help is a call for Life,
and Life is powerful, is strong, is big impact without fear…
People who stay quiet in a dark room without any boost to victory, cannot stand outside,
in the rush of Life:
if you carry them out and if you put them in lively challenges,
they will escape, or even die.

8.18 – You can help people who need a few help: not a very big help.
Very big help comes from self-help only,
in the respect of the guarantee of freedom
that allows every Human Being to be the master of themselves.

8.19 – People with very big problems, very big fears,


people very difficult to be helped, are not lost, anyway:
they still have, undamaged, their essential ability of every Human Being,
i.e. the ability to think.

8.20 – Sad people think the wrong things in the wrong way,
but they still think, they still imagine,
probably they do not think the best future: but they are creating realities anyway,
and those realities can be improved by those individuals,
even if they start their improvement from a condition of deep sadness.

8.21 - Human Beings are always creating realities: their thoughts never stop,
so their thoughts are always calling for developments of the future they will live.

8.22 - Human Beings go always toward the future:


even those who are stuck in the past.
They believe to be glued to their past but what they really get
is just an incorrect attention at the present, where they actually find resources.

8.23 - The power of imagination is so strong,


especially when supported by touching emotions,
that one can create a universe of their own and attract people to live into it,
and they, so doing, open another possible scenario, from where other stories can start:
here again, the power of imagination determines Human Beings’ existence.

8.24 – Human Beings can actually create traps with their imagination:
it happens when they exceed in putting emotions into some purposes that are attractive,
but not suited to entirely satisfy human nature,
which is lively, bold, creative.

8.25 – Emotions motivate people’s choices: emotions can build reality,


transforming imagination into situations of matter,
like coincidences, resources, help that appear apparently “from nothing”.

8.26 - Thoughts that become reality sounds like magic,


and Human Beings enjoy that kind of appealing mystery,
even when it becomes a trap for the mind:
the zest of a big problem to solve bewitches Human Beings.

8.27 – Human Beings seem to like to be glued to unachieved past goals,


maybe for the taste of challenge they find into re-discovering an unknown goal
aimed in an uncertain past by “an unknown someone else”
which should actually be another “place card” used a specific Human Being.

8.28 – The pleasure to be someone else seems to be very appealing to Human Beings:
and if I consider all the possible ways Life manifests,
and the fact that human imagination can even multiply those manifestations,
I can understand why some Human Beings like to keep stuck in their past,
somewhere in a period of time, with some odd identities which generate challenges;
it can be much more enjoyable than a summer afternoon trip with a friend:
it can be an adventurous saga that lasts millions of years,
with billions of participants.

8.29 – The plot is spectacular, and it divides into many, infinite, other plots:
each of them is a universe itself, and yet it keeps links with others universes,
existing, existed, or to be about to exist.

8.30 – If I look again at the small square meter where the body I now use is,
where I can easily perceive an ant and a stone as well,
I understand that the number of combinations goes over my capacity to reason:
and if I think of the atoms inside the body of the ant,
and the incredible force that keep them together,
not to speak of the millions of years needed to fashion that solid stone
from fading water-drops to a structure respecting a perfect geometrical blueprint,
I’m totally astonished:
and if I try to figure out the numbers of choices, characters, scenarios, alliances
that Human Beings can do and most of all imagine,
I really come to a point where I cannot say anything more, but admiring it.

8.31 – Yet, despite the incredible variety of possible identities and choices,
Human Beings remain easy to understand: they are similar to Life, they wish to exist,
they love to manifest in several forms, each time believing in them,
like high-level professional actors, and authors.

8.32 – Human Beings can be actors, and spectators, director, authors, of their lives,
and they are all these roles together at the same time;
moreover, some roles are coming out from past lives, often uncontrolled,
and Human Beings keep changing scenarios, as they constantly use their imagination.
This complexity can be stressing, sometimes, but it is wonderful,
and, for this reason, some Human Beings do like
to keep their lives going on this way.

8.33 – It’s amazing, the way Life manifests, even in the small part we can perceive:
who can grasp the sense of it, is a step closer to the real awareness.
When one gets a certain level of awareness that allows to observe reality beyond
apparent contradictions, at that point it’s possible to admire even those contradictions,
like the choice to live a hard existence or to die young,
without feeling upset.

8.34 – Events in Human Beings’ existences are


just like notes of the symphony of Life:
you miss the grandeur if you focus just on something,
if you support just something,
if you prefer something
and if you blame just something:
every note has its role, and can be tremendous or absurd.

8.35 – Perceive, permeate, feel, know, be everything:


this let Life pass through the structure of fields of energy
that you believe to be “you”, without hurting you
- on the contrary, you get new lively energies that recover you,
when Life passes through the awareness you consider to be “you”.

8.36 – The more you conceive the grandeur of Life and of Its manifestations,
the more you are close to be the real Self you are:
a small, but important, stem of this awareness,
is the possibility to be happy, quiet, wise,
even if the world around you seems upset.

8.37 – Why should I wonder, if someone appears, to me,


in the shortest moment I meet them, a little bit odd or totally away from my values?
I do not know which path they’re on, neither the responsibility they’re taking,
the dramas they’re manifesting, the promises they’re fulfilling,
the jokes they’re making, the mistakes they’re learning,
the provocations they’re spreading to train other beings.

8.38 – What is sure, and what I can do without wonder or doubt,


is to take my responsibility to walk my path in the better way
I can sincerely believe it should be the right one for me.
It’s up to me to be myself, to express myself, to set my goals, to reach my goals,
to take full responsibility for any person, any situation, any resource I deal with,
in order to express the best lively solutions for all beings, on every plane,
with joy, ethics, happiness, love for abundance, lightness,
and a greatest sense of adventure.

9 – Starting a better way to live

9.1 – The previous Points 2, 3, 4, and 5 help to live comfortably:


even if they do not consider the most controversial issues about human existence,
they help to put order in one’s ideas, to distinguish what is more urgent,
to dissolve stress from daily activities.

9.2 – To improve their life, a person needs the decision to do that,


to find the right “tools” to do that, i.e. technique, teacher, training, and time.
It’s a marvelous adventure, that pays as soon as you start it,
when you analyze, in a different way, your habits and beliefs.
The more you get a clearer concept of you, as a whole,
the more you impress your style in your existence:
you better understand which rules make the world work,
and why sometimes people miss to follow those rules.

9.3 – When you deeply exploit the sense of the Points 2, 3, 4, and 5,
you get very practical clues to increase your self-esteem
and, consequently, your abilities, as you will feel more at ease in the world:
you are not requested to change your mind just as you read those Points,
neither to change your religion nor your political and cultural beliefs.

9.4 – The Points 2, 3, 4, and 5 are just showing the areas of your existence
you should improve: those Points give you a way to look at things with openness,
detachment, and trust; this is needed to expand your awareness,
yet living and behaving on the basis you’re used to.
What you’re actually doing is preparing yourself to a greater sense of ethics
that will permeate, and motivate, your actions, revealing your best essence.

9.5 – It’s only after that you improved your life,


that you can better understand
the general meaning of your choices,
the roots of your beliefs
in religion, politics, arts,
the reasons for which you admire some people,
respect some values,
expand in certain directions.
At that point you will have insights at a lighter level:
you’ll be able to understand in a logical way, and, at the same time,
your intuition will quickly tell you if you really are on your track.

9.6 – The Points 2, 3, 4, and 5 tell you a lot about yourself,


and for this reason they are very important for you;
nevertheless, if you are an attentive observer, you notice that
in your own part of the world where you live there are evidence
of other people’s choices, of other beliefs that lead nations
since centuries and millennia, revealed by issues like the use of money,
the concept of human rights, the effects of pollution,
the way to face social problems:
all these topics directly affect your life, even if you live in a secluded place,
worrying just for what you personally do, inside the boundaries you like to have.

9.7 – I do am sure that you have already thought or heard about social issues,
and that you have your opinions about them: I don’t know which your opinions are,
nevertheless I’m sure that even you will have a different opinion
about the way you treat those issues, after that you will have expanded your awareness
following, if you like, the guidelines of the Points 2, 3, 4, and 5.

9.8 – The Points 6, 7, and 8 speak of issues that you better understand
when you are at ease with yourself: the impression one has about the world
before having got a full and clear concept of themselves, can be misleading,
can give an idea of confusion, where peace and prosperity grow slowly.

9.9 – In the amazing growing weaving of possibilities,


something happens when someone decides it happens.
This is the minimum I can say, and there’s not actually more to say,
about it and about the way to do it: instead, there is a lot more to say
about the reasons for which to do it,
much more to say about the need to manifest
something really suitable for a Human Being who fashions matter.

9.10 – It’s easy to do things: you create an idea,


you cultivate the idea in your imagination,
you use your imagination in many creative and funny ways
also to overcome past failure and emotional blocks
so that those obstacles become small, till the point to disappear.
You imagine space and movement,
and this creates and attracts space and movement:
when you extend your mental creation,
you integrate your perceptions got through physical senses,
so that you feel a variety of emotions that help you to fix your streams of imagination,
and you get in touch with other beings,
in your imagination and in the reality,
which one of them has their own story and links
with several situation real, or imagined,
or maybe of their past: with this simple techniques
you can create and perceive universes.

9.11 – Stories created by Human Beings can be very different,


because any step of any technique you use to create scenarios you like,
introduces a potentially infinite number of variations.

9.12 – Some Human Beings agree to share some points of view,


so they can have the same space and time where to meet,
they call each other “relatives” even if
they do not belong to the physical reproduction system,
they enroll bigger games with several roles, places, times where to play.
When human creations become enough complicate
but with clear guidelines to follow,
Human Beings enjoy to play
all the possible varieties of emotions
and to face all the varieties of challenges,
even the most dreadful ones,
just for the pleasure to play different roles,
to have identities rather than none,
since Human Beings seem to continue to exist
beyond the end of their physical bodies
and therefore they need scenarios and roles,
sometimes to feel attracted in a passive way
so that they are target of pleasure makers,
and sometimes to feel creators,
in an active way,
so that they manifest their will.

9.13 – Until you know that you are playing in a game that arose from a thought,
a thought of yours or of someone else it does not matter,
the game is safe for you, and you can enjoy it,
even if you accepted to play the role of a victim,
just for your curiosity, or your need from a previous life, to experience it;
but if you forget that you are playing the game of Life,
and if you forget that all generated from thoughts,
if you believe that matter is solid, as you forget that atoms are made of energy only,
and if you feel in trap, which actually is a network of thoughts you feed,
then you are really in troubles, and you don’t enjoy it anymore the game of Life.
Even worse, you can miss the way to get out of the mental trap you keep alive:
this book, and many other resources you attract in your life, are just tools
that you can use to get out of the trap, so that you remember
that you’re just playing in a game that arose from a thought,
but which is not real, as real is the energy that you, and Life, are.

9.14 – A thought can generate and control anything:


an organism, an individual, an enterprise, a nation, a cultural tendency,
and the pattern is the same: you decide to think a thought,
your thinking generates a virtual space that,
if you keep thinking, clothes of energy;
every thought is a coat of energy,
and as thickening energy becomes matter,
your thoughts become solid reality;
when you stop thinking the solid reality, it progressively flakes away,
coats of matter fade away, the energy inside matter finds its way back
to be again potential energy available for new creations.
Think of a house, and it will be clear to you:
you think of it, you behave to get it, you get it,
you maintain it, you decide to stop to maintain it,
and house gets ruined, leaving place and materials,
sand, dust that will be involved in other creations.

9.15 – The birth, the rise, the existence, the fall, the death of a thought,
and of the creations depending from it, can happen over milliseconds,
like for nuclear particles, or over year, millions, billions of years,
like for lives, civilizations, existence of planets.
Consider what I said at Point 8 to spread your idea of time.

9.16 – Actually, time is an idea, i.e. a thought, like any other thing:
it is a thought belonging to the category of agreements.
Different societies have different calendars, i.e. different agreements.
Time was stated as a general social agreement to put distance among events,
so that things do not happen all together when you want enjoy them,
and so that you can create different stories changing the order of items;
in this case time is the measurement of changes in spaces.
But when you do not need the distances created by time,
or when you do not want to enjoy them, you ignore time:
it is just like to open a book to slowly and carefully read it,
and to close the book to quickly transport it;
just like to unzip a file to use it, and to zip it when not in use,
to save space and energy for other purposes you invent and you agree about.

9.17 – Time is not the only social agreement:


Human Beings seem to like to create agreements to have more games to play:
this is what I observe. Human Beings can associate to create agreements
about roads, buildings, medicines, authorities, challenges, traps,
until when they like them; at a certain point, if the agreement is too weak,
it is abandoned, and creations linked to that agreement disappear,
freeing coats of matter and energy, to be used in other scenarios.

9.18 – If I keep observing what some Human Beings actually do,


I notice that some of them seem to create new matter:
i.e. they seem to introduce new matter in the physical world.
This is told here just to remember that Human Beings’ powers
go far beyond what commonly believed.

9.19 – If I totally pay attention to anything that I can perceive


with average ability and average attention,
I notice clues of tools, vehicles, testimonies about other beings
apparently similar to Human Beings,
that would interfere with human development:
to deal with such issues, my advice is to be very well grounded and experienced
about the Points 6, 7, and 8, which implies a very good knowledge and practice
of topics presented in the Points 2, 3, 4, and 5.

9.20 – It is up to every Human Being to become aware


of what is possible to perceive:
the more you know,
the better you find the sense of being on Planet Earth
and the exact mission you feel attracted to;
the greater becomes your responsibility
and, consequently, your ability to exist and to prosper,
the brighter is your path.

9.21 – I can not tell you what to do:


I can tell you to remember that you exist in a network of Life,
so the more you recognize this fact you can test you yourself,
and allow yourself to take control of this network of Life,
the more your existence will be satisfying and easy.

9.22 – The more you stay in touch with present time and its actual conditions,
the more you can exploit your resources.

9.23 – When you exploit your resources,


hopefully in a condition of happiness and self-control,
you find one the greatest obstacles: the choice,
i.e. what do you manifest,
once you understood that you manifest and how to manifest?
The sense of your goals, and consequently of your priorities and therefore actions,
Is it just a personal question, regarding your private interest and your sensual drives?

9.24 – Your level of awareness,


i.e. your cleverness applied for survival purposes as stated at Point 2.1,
determines your ethics,
i.e. your best awareness for best being, expanding, manifesting, prospering.

9.25 – You prosper according to your ethics:


you prosper as much as you understand
who you are, where you are, with whom, the master of your priorities,
the tools you need, the people you need: visible close to you,
and invisible, because manufacturing your tools and the goods you daily consume.

9.26 – No one can tell what to do


because, as previously stated,
no one can open the “door” of someone else’s awareness:
the understanding of what you need and should mostly respect,
determines your values, i.e. your ethics.
Ethics is something that can only belong to you:
others can tell you what to do, they can demand your agreement,
they can punish you if you do not agree with them,
but all this has nothing to do with what you need to be and to prosper,
and with the consequent values you define as your priorities,
where you put your real, and truest, attention and stamina.

9.27 – You only can tell you what to do,


because you know what you need:
maybe you’re not enough clever to write down a list of the things you need
and to make a list of values useful for you and a consequent action plan;
maybe you have somewhere else your attention
and you follow goals different from your actual needing,
for reasons that belong to your mind disconnected from present time;
maybe you perfectly know what you should do but you feel unable to deserve it;
maybe you like to contradict just to feel that somebody pays attention to you;
in any case, your cleverness determines the chances to survive that you have,
and you’ll be happy insofar as you know who you are and what, therefore, you need.

9.28 – You may choose to train,


to increase your abilities:
only you can decide to improve,
there are lots of resources to improve,
anytime, anywhere, no matter any obstacle.

9.29 – The freedom of choice you have does not protect you by others:
if you ignore them, you will have to deal with them,
just because if you ignore them and you do not make any common agreement;
but if you take responsibility for others, then you know how to deal with them
because, as they are inside your responsibility, they belong to you.

9.30 – You get your greatest freedom if you the greatest responsibilities.

9.31 – To escape from your trap,


become responsible of your trap and of your enemy:
so you’ll know them, control them, guide them,
and you will make them work for you, according to your responsibility.

9.32 – Become the master of what you want that belongs to you:
thoughts, body, properties, feelings, beliefs, actions,
anything you can do without needing any permission from anybody.

9.33 – If you wish to be the master of material things


become the master of material things,
which will put in fight with matter and others
willing the same shape o space of matter you pretend to master:
this is the inevitable consequence of desiring material things and goals.

9.34 – When you are master of material things


keep aware that they not belong to you,
otherwise you’ll be stuck and glued in your emotions to have those things,
and your attention could remain focused on material things for a very long time.

9.35 – If you wish to master your thoughts and your emotions


then become their master:
do not allow that someone else
thinks, states, feels for you without your conscious agreement;
if you allow that, and if you remember you allowed that
and if you accept the full consequences, then you are free;
otherwise,
if you let others guide you but later you disagree with their choices,
then you will have, as first thing to get out of your trap,
to get out of your previous agreement.

9.36 – So, decide:


What is best for you?
What do you depend on?
Which are your values?
Which is your ethics?
Any answer you give to these question is a decision of yours:
you make it;
if it is a success, is yours;
if it is a trap, you have to get out of it by yourself.

9.37 – For which purpose do you need your extraordinary powers of Human Being?
To tie yourself to matter? Does it make sense?

9.38 – Between total Life and total matter there are progressive steps,
going from one to the other and vice versa:
each step is both a top and a bottom, it depends the way you come from,
but it does not mean that any direction is correct for you,
you who are a Human Being, similar to Life:
any step leaving Life is a defeat for you.

9.39 – You have no choice: you live.


If you are clever, you pay attention to anything you can perceive,
and you know how long you live.
So, the cleverer you’re, the better you live.
You have no choice: you must be clever.

9.40 – I do understand that one may like to experiment more and more:
but if I pay attention to what I perceive,
to the today’s conditions of Planet Earth
where, in the past, Human Beings decided to give great importance to matter,
“place cards”, material goods, and a set of materialistic values to defend values,
giving up the possibility to live in an energetic, spiritual way,
I argue that we have to quickly get out of the trap of the matter,
otherwise we get stuck and glued deeper and deeper into the matter,
which is not suitable for Human Beings.

9.41 – I can not tell you what to do:


I take the responsibility to tell you that
you should be a master of the energy you are.

9.42 – Resources can be infinite if Human Beings are able to think infinite.

9.43 – I can decide for myself.

Which techniques should I teach to you?


For which purpose?
Techniques for you, of course:
but WHO are you? And: WHAT do you believe to be?

The GOALS you take aim at, are they correct for the REAL you,
or are they goals you believe you need,
just because you like them?
Or because you’ve been told to like them?

Is it enough that you like something to be sure it fits you?


Is your mindset misleading you?
Are your emotions misleading you?
What if you are influenced by your past lives?
How can you be sure you did not live before?
How deep do you know your environment?
How able are you to control your success?

If you do not know how


to clearly answer ALL these questions,
how can you choose techniques
suitable to your goals?

This is my answer:
we bypass the problem to choose
the best techniques for you now,
as now you probably are not at your best.

Therefore, I suggest you techniques


to improve your general skills
in order to bring you
much closer to your best potential,
so that you later, in a much better condition than now,
can finally unblock your awareness
and discover your true goals
and the powerful resources
you can already reach inside yourself.

take aim at revealing your skills
because – I do am sure –
when you relax and face your horizons,
the core of you, which is kind-hearted, comes out
and creates a better life for you
and for the beings on the Earth:
it is a so long time
you do not manifest your goodness that,

GENERAL RULES TO PRACTISE THESE EXERCISES

1. Decide a time and a quiet place to train yourself,


without interruptions, distractions, impelling duties,
or people laughing at you for whatever reason:
1 hour every 2 days could be fine, to start.

If you’ll find it too much demanding, slow down;


if you feel you can do some more, do it.

The right amount of exercise keeps you interested in it:


too few exercise takes months to manifest fruits,
too much exercise wastes your energies.

1 hour every 2 days means 15 hours in a month:


with these techniques you unblock icebergs of problems
in about 25-40 hours of exercise,
so in 3 months your vision of life will be renewed.

Trust me for two weeks:


practise the exercises you feel attracted to
and then, after your experience, decide if to increase your pace.

2. If you train alone, keep on the exercise only:


stay on the track, do just what the exercise tells you to do.
Do not change the exercise, as it is well balanced the way it is.
Do not judge the exercise, as it is just a way – not a goal – to get better.
Do the exercises keeping an open mind, effortlessly,
just doing the exercises: if your mind wanders, go back to the exercise.
Take easily every exercise, stay light, yet grounded into your practice.

3. If you train with a mate, be sure you both wish to improve:


none of you is a master for the other, but just a twin for training.
It can be helpful, for someone, to schedule and to practice exercises
in the same room and in the same time with other people,
to share insights, progress, goals. It’s a mutual support.
When you do an exercise, do not speak about it: just do it.
Each of you should be a supporter for the other, not a judge:
practising these exercises is not a sport, there are no medals to win,
no deadline. Just enjoy the friendship to be Human Beings
helping each other to improve their lives.

4. Practise any exercise in a healthy condition:


be fresh, calm, so sleep and eat as much as you need
in the previous days. You’re doing a gift to yourself.
Do not take drugs, do not drink alcoholics, do not smoke
before and during the exercises: the purpose of your training
is to get smarter, more aware, just the opposite of the purpose
of any substance meant to hypnotize or to alter your consciousness.

To Deal With REALITY – Normal Training


Exercise # 1
Look At Details

Look at things around you:


do not comment, do not skip your glance away,
do not admire them, do not find any meaning,
do not like them, do not dislike them.
Just look at things around you.

Find details and look at them:


for example, you could look at
a letter of a word, a spot on a wall,
a screw of a chair, a shade of a colour,
a seam in a dress, a leaf of a plant.

Look at a detail for the time you need


to see it, it could take some seconds
so that you are sure you notice it,
then quickly find another detail
of something else and look at it.

You should find about 10 details


to look at in a minute:
change the details, do not repeat
the same observations,
but you may find different details
in the same object, as long as you wish.

Do this exercise without distractions


and keep quickly looking for details to observe.
Rhythm is important:
have a speedy pace,
while being able to notice details
just for what they are in themselves,
not in connection with you.

Train yourself starting from some minutes


until when you can find and look at details
for an hour: about 600 details in 60 minutes.
Remember to be precise and to go quickly.

your ability to choose, to grasp a meaning,
to decide, to shift, to notice resources.

Just from the very first session


you will perceive an expanded attention
and much faster, lively thoughts in your mind.

To Deal With REALITY – Advanced Training


Exercise # 2
Feel Details

Once you’re familiar with keeping concentrated


with details you decide to perceive,
you can go further: feel the details,
feel what they feel,
perceive them from their points a view.

It does not matter if you think that you’re mistaken,


or of you know that you’re inventing those feelings:
ok, you’re inventing them, I tell you it is like this, of course you invent them,
so, now, do the exercise and feel what details feel.

For example, you could look at a wire in a lamp


and look at the room from inside the lamp,
through the glass, experiencing the temperature inside;
or you could be on a wheel of a car and feel the pressure
tightening the rubber, and even go between molecules;
you could be a button when it is fastened,
a seed that is growing, a grain of dust.

Feel really: it does not matter if you think


that you’re inventing those feelings,
just feel the details, be them,
then quickly change detail and feeling.

Expand your perception, enjoy what you perceive:


decide which detail to be, follow the feelings it suggests,
be those feelings for some seconds,
then quickly shift to another detail,
feel it, be it, have its point of view,
and then change again:
you should be able to focus, and to be,
about 10 details in a minute,
i.e. 600 details in one hour.

The purpose of this exercise is to expand


your intuition: the biggest obstacle
is at the beginning, when you’ve to struggle
what you’ve been told to do to be clever.
It does not matter: this is an exercise,
not the goal of your life, so take your time,
and your pleasure, to be lots and lots of things!
Remember to really feel what details feel,
and change details quickly,
to collect very different experiences.

To Deal With REALITY – Emergency Training


Exercise # 3
Walk And Look At The People

If you feel in a trap, stuck to your problems,


get out and walk, quickly, as a person
who has a solution for anything and runs toward it:
walk quickly and look at the people
- you do not have to like them: just to look at them.

The best venue for this exercise is a crowded place,


where people are in a hurry, where they do not pay attention at you,
and where you have a great choice to shift your attention
from one person to another one.

Just move around, quickly,


and just look at the people:
it is not an exercise to increase your memory,
or to smile at people, or to meet nice persons,
or to find someone who agrees with you.
Just walk, just look at the people:
do it quickly, that’s all.

For example, look at the colours of their shoes;


notice who is taller,
who is thinner, who carries a bag,
who does not wear glasses,
who goes faster, who seems foreigner,
who wears trousers, who has something yellow,
who has an even number of pockets,
who has a watch, who has newspapers, …

Invent your rules, quickly,


and apply just one rule at once.
Every rule must last for about 1 minute:
so, walk in a very crowded place where
you can easily see a big stream of people
and quickly observe, and quickly change the rule.
In 1 hour you should produce about 60 different rules.

You do not have to make statistics,


neither to remember what you see, nor to judge what you see:
just be there, walk, look at the people,
notice where your rule applies, and quickly go on.

is to bring your attention into the present time
and to recover your ability to create different rules,
noticing how different the people are.

To Deal With PROBLEMS – Normal Training


Exercise # 4
Plant Five Trees

This exercise needs at least 3 hours, something to write,


and a quiet place for the preparation;
then 5 copybooks and a pen for the exercise itself,
to be done in the following days.

Once you found a venue to meditate,


think of five goals you would like to reach.
Take your time, write down them, and evaluate
many alternatives: feel free to experiment.

Be real, concrete, honest, and free,


while choosing your goals:
this is not an exercise of visualization,
you must not engage yourself in impossible operations.

Choose something that you can actually do now,


by your only means, and that you really desire to do.

When you have found your five goals,


write each one of them on the cover of a copybook:
every goal is a tree, and the copybooks are the fields
where you plant your trees.

As your goals are your trees,


every day you will go to your five fields to water,
to look after your growing trees,
and you are responsible of their development:
the way to do this is writing,
every day on every copybook,
what you’re doing to fulfil your 5 commitments.

The purpose of these exercise is to shift your energies


from useless mumbling about your problems

It takes time to write down, every day,


new actions to make your goals manifest and prosper:
and it takes energies to realize, till their success, what you write.

This is actually the meaning of this exercise:


pushing you to be concrete toward goals you desire,
so that you fully use your resources
for something that you like and that you have freely chosen,
in a moment of deep and serene meditation
about your true self, and about the sense of your existence.

Exercise # 5
What If

If you believe that your problems


have long roots starting from your past,
and that somebody is the cause of your troubles,
then you have to practise this exercise.

Feel free to consider any problematic situation


and focus on a specific person or issue:
this is very important, find a precise person
or a precise moment that you consider a problem for you.

Then, invent different ways to manifest that problem:


at the beginning it could seem impossible for you
to change even a detail of the terrible pain you experienced,
and that you still remember, and for which you still bitterly suffer.

If this is your case, look for a small, marginal detail:


if it is a person who made you suffer, notice the colour of their hair
or of their skin; or if it is impossible for you,
notice a detail of the situation,
like the time of the day when the problem happened,
or the appearance of the venue.
Find something, of that problem, you can focus on.

Once you got that detail of the problem,


change it: think of the problem you are used
to suffer, but – this time – change that detail as you like.

Repeat, in your mind, the painful story you know:


go quickly through the story, as you already know it,
but put a lot of attention on that detail you changed.
Pay much attention to that detail you changed
till the point that the detail becomes meaningful.
“What if the story had that detail?”

Once you’ve changed the detail and told yourself the story
with the detail changed, change again the detail,
and tell yourself the story again, now with the new detail.

Repeat it many times, and go quickly:


you should be able to go through the entire story in seconds,
fix your attention on the detail you changed,
and then repeat the story about 5 times in a minute.

The more you become able to change details,


change elements more important,
in the story of your problem:
change season, hour of the day, sounds,

colours, smells, your position,


and much, much more than this: alter every element.
“What if the story was changed like this and like that?”

Use your imagination and modify quickly what happened:


change the size of the people, make them small as ants
and big as mountains; rotate them, put them upside down,
while the story of the problem is told according to the sense you know.

Invent all the variations you can imagine,


do something that is similar to a very funny cartoon:
change the voices of the persons involved with your problem;
change the speed, make some parts very fast and some others very slow;
make things transparent, flying, exploding, swinging,
change any substantial aspect of your problem.
“What if also this happened?”

Go quickly with the changes: say the story in five seconds,


change the details, invent them, erase them, duplicate them,
do it dozens of times in a minute,
so that in one hour you invented hundreds of variations
for the problem that seemed to be impossible to face.

Be gradual when introducing any change:


start slowly, and increase with a funny mood.
The more you laugh doing this exercise,
the more you dissolve the ties that bind you.

The purpose of this exercise


is to give you total control about your sad thoughts:
when you’ve started to go quickly and funnily
in the change and in the invention of the details,
you will discover the power of creation
that is sleeping in you, but ready to wake up.

The purpose of this exercise is not to convince you


that you have not problems or that you should drop them:
the purpose is to restore your ability to create new conditions
in which you feel good, as you decide them,
even if you encountered problems on your path.

This exercise is most powerful:


practise it at full speed for about
10 sessions of one hour each every 2 days
and you will see how self-confident
and light-hearted you become.

Bigger Problems With Solutions

When you feel overwhelmed by a problem,


this exercise can help you to restore your ability to decide:
just invent a problem bigger than the real problem you have,
and a solution you find for the bigger problem you invented.

For example, you could be ill: invent that you’re dismissed, as well.
The solution could be that you write a successful book about bad luck.

If you’re ill and dismissed, invent that your country is fighting a war:
the solution could be that you organize a peace rally that stops the war.

If your country is fighting a war, invent that the world is fighting you:
the solution could be that you send positive energies that stop fighting.

If the world is fighting you, invent that even animals are fighting you:
the solution is that you are able to speak all animal languages in a happy mood.

If the entire world is fighting you, invent that aliens come to fight against you:
the solution is that you teach them how to improve their society.

Be exaggerated, in your inventions and in your solutions:


add details, enjoy your creations, and believe them!
It’s obvious that those problems do not exist: be aware of it!
And be aware of your wonderful creativity and sense of humor you have!

Go quickly adding problems and finding solutions:


add details to the invented problems,
feel them, develop the consequences,
make a complicated, absurd scenario of problems,
and invent a new solutions more crazy about every 10 seconds.
In 1 hour you should be experimenting,
in your mind, about 350 silly and dangerous problems
for which you invent 350 incredible and funny solutions.

Speed and imagination are both most important:


fill your mind with astonishing and genial solutions,
so that you get acquainted to move your mind quickly.

The purpose of this exercise is to make you able


to add details and to push you to choose good details:
once you’ve noticed that you created useless problems,
you become determined to create something better,
so you put yourself at work, on the real problem,

Showers Of Colours

Colours influence human moods,


as they all are vibrations of energy,
and, for this reason, they resonate,
which means that they combine together,
with the energy fields we are.

It is easy to learn the use of colours:


look at the Nature,
in the situations where you are calm and meditate
- woods, seaside, summer nights sky –
you find dark greens, browns, blues, dark blues;
in the situations where you are lively and energetic
- spring, food, love, health, sunshine –
you find yellows, oranges, reds, fresh greens.

So, have clear in your mind,


the brightness and the darkness of colours
- their grandeur, their absolute essences.
Associate colours with emotions
of stillness, wisdom, silent growing,
and power, dynamism, smiling effort.
Take pictures from the Nature,
make your “colours gallery”
gaudy in your imagination.

Once you grasped the beauty of colours,


take your time, even one hour, in a quiet place,
and have, in your mind,
showers of colours
that fit with you.

Let your intuition


choose the suitable colour
for the situation you’re living:
give colours a consistency,
an agreeable flowing over you,
find the correct temperature,
multiply their jets,
enjoy, have a great fun!

Colours can pass through you as they’re waves,


pure energy, and they can go all around the world:
wrap yourself in colours,
spread colours to vitalize,
imagine a perfect world of magnificent colours!

Psychodynamic

This technique is most powerful:


I learned it as “psychodynamic”,
although with this name I found different ways to practise it.
I tell you that one that works with me, in a very peaceful mood.

Set a time and a quiet place to meditate:


feel comfortable, sit or lie down, close your eyes,
and begin to count down, in your mind,
from 21 to 1: think at every number,
it must be defined and present in your mind,
it may take some time to get the essence
of the number, so do not count in a hurry,
or considering it a simple way to relax.
This slow and conscientious counting
is meant to bring your mind in state of peace,
yet it is working very carefully, with attention.

As you count, visualize a step for every number:


you’re descending a flight of stairs, large and beautiful,
and any number is a step of the stairs.
Take your time to concentrate,
count the numbers, enjoy the stairs
and its surroundings, as you imagine them.

When you’re at Step 1, at the bottom of the stairs,


you see a door in front of you:
that’s the entrance of your Laboratory.
Open that door, get in, and close the door.

Your Laboratory is bright, full of light,


yet it has no windows watching outside.
It’s as large and high as you like,
its walls, ceiling, floor are as you desire,
it has dimensions, colours, furniture you love,
it must be the most welcoming place for you.

On a wall there are two other doors,


so there are three doors in your Laboratory:
one, from where you came in,
on a specific wall,
and two, side by side,

from the one you see on your left,
people leave your Laboratory.
You only use the door from which you came in:
people may enter your Laboratory only if you invite them,
and only from the door that you see on your right.

In a part of the Laboratory there’s a stage,


like in a most important cinema studio:
there are all the special effects you can imagine.

In a part of the Laboratory there’s a shower


for taking “showers of colours”,
as told in the previous exercise:
you may use it,
and let people you invite to use it,
to regenerate yourself and themselves.

There is a bookshelf
with atlas, calendars, and clocks,
so that you can set any time for any place.

There are also atlas of the Universe,


of other Planets, and calendars of every age you know,
so that you can contact anybody to invite them.

There are two frames:


one is black, it holds negative thoughts;
use it to put inside, just once,
what afflicts you, not to be disturbed
while you are in your Laboratory.
The other frame is white:
use it to put inside what you wish.
You should put in the white frame your desires
21 times, in 21 different sessions:
it means that for 21 consecutive days
you go to your Laboratory
to visualize your goal
into the white frame.

There is a very comfortable armchair,


where you totally and happily relax.

You have an Assistant,


who comes if you invite them:
imagine your Assistant as you like,

is your responsibility.

To get out from your Laboratory,


use the very same door you used to come in:
open it, go out, close the door.

You’re now on the Step 1 of the flight of stairs:


walk on it, count “1”,
and when you feel the essence of the number,
move up to the second step, count “2”,
and so on, until when you’re at the top
of the stairs, on Step 21.

At the point you’re totally aware


of the present time where your body lives.

keeping you open to all issues.
It requires a very high sense of ethics,

Exercise # 9
Let Them Fight

Use this technique when you cannot control


aggressiveness against you.

In your mind,
make a copy of who is against you,
with their full power and full rage:
the copy is saying and doing the exact things
your enemies, in the reality, do against you.

Then, make a copy of the copy you just did:


put the two copies one in front of the other,
and let them fight against themselves.

At this point you’re just a spectator


of their violence: they are terrible
but it does not affect you anymore.

Put in the two copies


all the destructive force you perceived:
the more they fight,
the more you get calm, healed, peaceful,
undisturbed from their attacks.

Keep this technique on until


the two copies manifest, in your mind, their will to fight:
let them exhaust all their negative energy fighting each other.

When they’ve nothing to do anymore,


and when you feel almost bored with their rage,
dissolve the copies from your mind
- knowing that, if in the reality
your enemies should come to fight you,
you immediately make copies of them
that exhaust themselves fighting each other,
without disturbing you.

The purpose of this exercise is nullifying any pattern


of energetic attack, moved against you with any means:
your first duty toward yourself is to keep integrity and ethics,
as told in Parts 1 and 2, aiming at values and awareness;
when you are conscious of the dignity and of the power
you have as a Human Being, you create a shield of light around you.

Anyway, some beings could try to interfere with your steadiness,


as they envy you or suppose that your spiritual essence could be stolen:
if it is the case, this exercise teaches you how to shift

their aggression against you in a force that makes them vanish,


as their vibration does not match with integrity and ethics.

The more you improve yourself, the less you need to use this technique,

can manage even such aggressions:
and – if you meditate about this issue –
you understand that you must be very special,
if your enemies, who assert to be so powerful,
dedicate their energies and time to disturb you…

Do not worry,
keep on your track of integrity and ethics,
and go on toward your meaningful goals.

To Deal With STRESS – Normal Training


Exercise # 10
Erase The Bad Base

This exercise improves your ability


to set your mind free from negative thoughts.
It greatly improves your discipline and self-control.

Take your time, find a quiet place,


be in contact with your attention
and follow these steps,
as they’re increasingly difficult.

1) Put three object in front of you


and look at them for about one minute,
as you must remember how they are.

2) Close your eyes and, in your mind,


make an image of the three objects you just observed,
with all the details you can remember.

3) Open your eyes, take one object away,


close your eyes, have the same image you did before,
but now without the object you just took away.

4) Open your eyes, take another object away,


close your eyes and eliminate that object from the image.

5) Open your eyes, take the last object away,


close your eyes, and have an empty image in your mind.

Repeat this first part of the exercise several times,


until when you are able to easily remember details,

6) Put again the three object in front of you,


look at them to remember all details,
close your eyes, make a mental image of those object;
once you got it, keeping your eyes closed
and without touching the physical objects,
take an object away from your mental image,
then the second one, then the third one:
do this exercise to become able to eliminate
objects from your mental image at your will.

7) Close your eyes, have a mental image of numbers 1, 2, 3


and, one by one, erase them from your mental image.

8) Close your eyes, imagine a square,


and, one by one, eliminate its four sides, so it disappears.

9) Close your eyes, imagine about six letters without meaning,


and, one by one, erase all of them, in a certain order you decide.

See again those letters and, this time,


erase them following another order you decide.

Invent several orders to eliminate letters.

10) Close your eyes, imagine about eight words


with no special meaning for you:
one by one, eliminate all of them
erasing one letter at once, following an order you decide.

11) Close your eyes, imagine couples of opposite words:


for example day/night, hot/cold, happy/sad,
long/short, easy/difficult, hard/soft,
war/peace, slow/fast, bright/dark,
stress/relax, sound/silence.

For each couple,


erase a term, i.e. one of the two words,
and leave the other one alone.

12) Close your eyes, think of a word that describes


a problem you have, or something that really hurts you:
see it as a clear mental image, and erase it.

13) Close your eyes, have a mental image of number “1”;


now have the image of a smaller “1” close to the previous number “1”:
as you see the second, smaller “1”, erase the previous bigger “1”.
Repeat the process: have the image of a third “1”, smaller than the second “1”,
then erase the second “1”, and go on, create an even smaller “1”
and erase the one you previously did,
until when the number “1” you create is so small that it disappears by itself.

14) Repeat the previous exercise introducing this change:


associate the number “1” with a word that describes
the problem you have or the pain you suffer,
so that when the number disappears,
also that word disappears.

15) Close your eyes, have a mental image


of a sentence that describes a problem or a pain you have:
in your mind make that sentence disappear
while a positive sentence about that issue takes its place.

For example, you have a mental image of the sentence


“The coldness of the people” which vanishes,
to be substituted by “The friendship of the people”.

16) Close your eyes, have a mental image


of a word expressing something that you suffer for
and add, close to it, another word, with the opposite concept:
for example, you suffer for “fear”, then you visualize this word,
and close to it you visualize the word “boldness”.
Now erase the word that represents a painful concept for you,
so that only the positive concept remains in your mental image.

17) Close your eyes, have a mental concept of a sound,


very unpleasant, like a siren, an engine, an airplane, a rocket:
at the beginning it’s very loud, but soon it decreases,
until it disappears. Repeat this exercises several times,
with different sounds, until when you feel very comfortable.

The purpose of this exercise is to get your stamina stronger,


and better focused: it increases your general ability,
and it is a steady basis to improve the skills
you can get practising the other exercises.

Exercise # 11
Play With A Doll

You can do this exercise alone,


but you get its best effect on you if you train with a twin,
instead of using a doll,
as a twin is more challenging:
anyway, you can get surprising improvements
even using a simple doll, as described here.
Dolls are used by children to get self-confident and responsible.

Find a quiet place, undisturbed, with two chairs:


put the chairs one in front of the other,
with about one meter (three feet) of space between them.

Sit on one chair and put the doll on the other chair,
or make your twin sit on the other chair.

1) Close your eyes and be there: that’s all.


The incorrect way to do this first part of this exercise
is adding something to this exercise, to make it more interesting:
for example, thinking about the exercise,
thinking about other issues, thinking that this exercise is stupid,
thinking that you’ve better things to do than sitting with a doll,
moving nervously, laughing, looking for sounds to distract yourself,
singing a song in your mind, imaging how you could change this exercise,
doing something else, mixing this exercise with other techniques.

Just close your eyes and be there. How long?


Until when you do not matter to stay there:
it may be for ten minutes or ten hours.
When you’re comfortable with yourself,
time and challenges do not mean anything to you.

2) Open your eyes and be there:


look at the doll, in its face, or at your twin. That’s all.
As before, just be there: any other action is wrong for this exercise.
Stay there until when you feel comfortable,
no matters how long it may last.

3) Eyes open, say “Hello!” to the doll,


or to your twin: believe in what you say,
be real, welcoming, present.
Imagine the doll, or have your twin,
saying “Hello!” back to you.

That’s all. Repeat it for several minutes,


until when you can do it for one hour,
without effort, and enjoying it.

Make sure your greetings are believable,


that you put intention in what you say,
that your doll, or twin, receives your “Hello!”
and be present when they say “Hello!” back to you.

The wrong way to make this exercise


is to make it mechanically:
the correct way is putting inspiration
and life every time you say, and receive, an “Hello!”

Have a quick pace: do not pause,


keep lively, be smart and real happy
to say and to receive “Hello!”

4) Show to your doll, or to your twin,


something visible in the place where you are:
point it with your finger and say, for example,
“I like this floor” and make sure that the doll,
or your twin, understood what you said.
Be reliable and true when you speak.

Then, indicating the very same thing, say the opposite:


for example, “I do not like this floor”.
Be sure the message arrives to the doll
or to your twin: be sure they are interested at you.

Find another item, or a detail,


show it to your doll or to your twin,
and say “I like this …”.
Verify you’re understood.
Then show the same item again
and say “I do not like this …”.

Go quickly, do not pause:


you must get the ability
to quickly raise the other’s attention
and quickly move to another item,
to repeat the sequence.

Most important,
be convincing when you show and speak,
and verify always that your words get your target.

showing to you something and saying

Be interested in what they show and say,

just be there, be present, manifest them that you are there.

in several sessions of maximum 1 hour each,
these five parts, shifting them and repeating them:
you will see, in your daily life,
how much your intention and neatness of thought
will be increased when facing routinely or hard situations.

Exercise # 12
Mood Raisers

This exercise comes very natural to you,


as it suggests you to find something you like
when problems and pain are overwhelming you:
the core of this exercise is to use healthy ways to raise your mood.

The general sense is to change the space where you are:


you can get this result simply walking
- get out and have a 15-minutes walk
with a good pace, with intention to walk.

If you cannot walk, change the position of your body:


if you can, change the distances between you and objects,
sit on the floor, or stand up on a chair
- keep that odd position for some minutes at least,
until when you feel you’re losing your nervous tension.

Another quick technique to raise your mood


is putting order in your place, and cleanse it:
have fresh air in your room, take a shower,
and do all these things quickly.

Do not keep your body motionless,


neither in a stupid and meaningless movement:
just give your body new dimensions where to be,
conscious of the movements you’re doing.

Therefore, avoid “artificial mood raisers”


that get your body stuck in the matter, such as
eating food (you get more weight, i.e. more matter),
listening to music you like (you keep glued to mental patterns),
watching entertaining TV or movies (they are not your real life),
looking for someone or some place funny (they will not be you),
going to holidays (it does not hit the target of your stress),
searching some resources outside (you miss to consider your true self),
buying something to make a gift to yourself (you would reward your stress),
reading novels (the stories you find there keep you away from real action).

The quickest solutions to stress attacks


are those that fashion your space and give your body new movements:
getting new physical position to the body you use
stimulates new perspectives and new points of view,
from where you can develop other approaches to solve your problems.

The purpose of this exercise is restoring your primordial ability


to create, which comes from the energy of thought
that invents space and matter for having interesting scenarios:

about the creation of space and time obtained by directing thoughts,

to have a role, an identity, a position in the world of unchangeable matter:
the solution is changing the physical position of the body,
as the body is considered a “place card”, with a precise identity,
which expresses an intention to be, manifesting into the physical reality.

This exercise opens to you a way to regain your spiritual awareness,


avoiding the risk to get more stuck into the matter,
which is the real, and the only, problem, a Human Being can have.

To Deal With PLANNING - Normal Training


Exercise # 13
Goal And Product

This exercise is most important for giving a meaning to your life:


you should have a clear goal you take aim at,
so that you manifest actions and products to reach it.

Find a quiet place, undisturbed, and take all your time,


to decide the goal of your life:
imagine what you’d like to be remembered for
in an encyclopaedia or on your grave.
Be concise and very precise.

Write the goal of your life on the top


of a sheet of paper:
at the bottom of the sheet,
write the exact product you wish to manifest
as it represents the goal of your life.

For example, if the your goal is being a cook


your product could be very some tasty dishes;
if your goal is being a politician,
your product could be a law with your name;
if your goal is being an inventor,
your goal could be an invention.

Once you have clear in your mind


your goal and your product,
draw several horizontal lines,
parallel to the words you wrote,
so that now your sheet of paper
seems a stairs, where
the first step in the bottom is your product,
and the first step on the top is your goal.

Now you have to properly find the steps between:


in the upper part of the stairs
you put general issues, values, long-term actions,
and in the lower part of the stairs
you put detailed, practical, peculiar actions.

You have to smooth and balance the steps of the stairs,


so that you fluently pass from abstraction to concreteness.

For example, if your goal is being a sailor


and your product is to win a regatta,
in the upper part of the stairs
you put your teachers, your skills, your licence,
in the middle part of the stairs
you put your calendar of activities, your sponsor,
in the lower part of the stairs
you put your training, your mooring, your supplies.

The same goal may generate several products:


as a writer you could write many books;
the same product may belong to many goals:
a ship can be a sale if you’re a dealer,
or a means to win if you’re a sailor,
or an invention, if you invented it,
or an inspiration, if you’re an artist…

Your task is to correctly identify


which are the real steps of your stairs:
you do not have to judge if something is good.
Everything is useful and wonderful if it is put in a valuable background:
you have to understand if something is suitable
to your exact goal, so that it can really manifest
the exact product you need to realize.

The purpose of this exercise is to teach you to be practical


on the material plane when you creates things,
as things, in the material plane, are done in a logical way
moving from ideas to objects, from general to details:
you can verify this fact in any being you notice in the Nature,
where there is a general blueprint of energy on which specific and smaller objectives
are inserted, according to an understandable and predictable harmony.

If you think that things manifest from a confused and “lovely” chaos,
without a neat blueprint, a perfect discipline, and a total control,
then you should consider how life manifests in organisms, in crystals growing,
in physics laws that are mathematically exact and predictable;
if you think that things happen because you are a nice person,
liked by gods and fairies, then you should consider your inner power,
which can overcome the power
of all the deities you imagine in your tales.

You are a spiritual being who can fashion the matter:


you have the choice to know it and to use this knowledge.

Waiting for miracles to get things done is another choice


which does not guarantee the exact result you wish.

Of course,
waiting for miracles
let you live without taking risks and responsibility,
as you could always say that things went wrong because
a demon, a symbol, a horoscope,
a DNA arrangement, “obliged” you to get defeated…

And if, by chance, you get some results,


then you are quick to shift your humbleness and you say
that you got good results as gods love you,
as stars give you good chance,
as you are a winner in your DNA,
and you feel proud to be in someone’s else kindness.

Well, the reality, on the material plane, is quite different:


things are caused, and they happen as they are caused. Simple.

So, you may choose to be cause in your life,


taking full risks and full responsibility of your mistakes
and, of course, total acknowledgement for your success,
so that you can improve the quality of life on Planet Earth,
- or you may choose to be effect in your life,
hoping not to be pressed down
by dinosaurs, by criminals,
by any kind of aggressors and invaders,
cultivating an eternal fear and an eternal hope
to be saved by a mysterious helper…

The fact is that you can change your life,


you can improve your resources and, most of all,
you do not need any permission neither any power to be successful:
maybe you just some hints to recover your skills,
and the hints you find in this book are enough to restore your ability.

Having clear goals, clear products, and clear steps to realize them
is a simple and practical way to do things in the material plane,
creating a working connection between your intentions and your results.

Just know you can do it:


if it does not happen, it is because you chose not to make it happen,
as you choose both to believe that you are powerful and that you cannot do things,
that you’re weak and subject to rules you cannot modify or that you are free.

What happens, happens because you decided to make it happen.

Visualisation

Once you’ve mastered


your ability to organize
and to work in the material plane,
as suggested in the previous exercise,
then you can afford the luxury of getting things done
just visualizing them.

Working in the material plane


teaches you the need to be rational, i.e. ethical,
so that your actions do not spoil yourself,
neither the environment and the beings you live with.

If you start visualizing things without cleansing your ideals,


then you get stuck with material desires that tie you to them:
in that case, you want cars, jewels, villas, lovers,
but such things do not set you free as you could believe…

Visualizing can be useful as an exercise


to imagine better conditions,
and you can imagine something better
if you already are a master in it:
a master knows what must improved.

Use words, pictures, songs, “mental movies”


any technique you like to visualize things.

Keep open to inspiration you get new ideas


while visualizing: inspirations come suddenly.

not to get things yet being lazy:
your actions keep you free,
incisive, full of energy.

Make A Working Model

This is exercise helps you to put order in your mind


when you’ve the impression to have a mess in your thoughts:
it may happen when you think too much without getting results,
when you put data in your memory without using them in practice.

This is the exercise:


find some small objects, like buttons, lids, pens, stones, strings,
and use them to represent the issue you’re thinking about.

For example, if you have to reorganize your business,


a paperclip could be your building,
a ruler the reserves of money,
a button the pressure from the market,
some coins the products you deliver,
a string the deadline to respect,
some pencils the new projects you develop…

You’re not making an art masterpiece


but just a working model of your thoughts:
you’ll notice that this gets things easy to understand
and you’ll better notice connections and priorities.

Feel free to move your objects


so that the whole picture is represented:
every element of the situation must have
its counterpart in a small object,
so that you can use your attention and cleverness
to elaborate solutions instead of worrying.

This exercise can help a lot your studies, as well:


be sure that every part of a concept
is present in some small object you manage,
and you will soon grasp the sense you search.
