IMPORTANT - how to return your parcel

Print in-store
1. Find your nearest Hermes ParcelShop that supports the 'Print 'in-store' service.
2. Complete your return request and show the QR code from your return confirmation email at the drop-off location. The label will
also download to your device.
3. Hand over your parcel and the drop-off location will print a return label for you.
Print at home
1. If your nearest Hermes ParcelShop doesn't support 'Print in-store', complete your return request and print the label from your
return confirmation email. The label will also download to your device.
2. Attach the label to your parcel and take it to the Hermes ParcelShop.
N.B. The QR code and return label can only be used once for the item(s) you have selected. If you want to change return method after
you've downloaded the QR code and return label, you'll need to contact Customer Service.
