ABOUT
It’s as luxurious as it is grand. Windsor Grande Residences (WGR) by
Windsor Realty has all the makings of a luxury residential project —
a buzzing location, plush amenities and big names that call it home.
WGR is a premium property spread across seven acres of land in
Andheri (West). The four towers are designed by architect Hafeez
Contractor in his unique contemporary style.

DESIGN
With a focus on bringing natural light and cross ventilation into the

The apartments are designed exclusively keeping in mind the
comfort and privacy of the residents, with noise-reducing Schuco
system designed double-glazed windows, enormous decks in every
room, Italian marble flooring, spacious rooms with walk-in
wardrobes, expansive living rooms and separate rooms for the
staff. Also available are the penthouses, which have been designed
to surpass the needs of the glitterati.

The sloping roof of penthouse brings in the sky, and expresses

three-dimensional direct views whilst the wall remains timeless, as
other edifices take support in the wall through temporary
interventions that enable an architectural dialogue between form
and technique.
Water bodies are interspersed through this loop that create the water loop
from the building to the ground and temper the climatic controls whilst
creating points of interchange. Engaging with the sky, the seasons and
materials of the earth, landscape is brought as an infill into the built volume.

busy street and has sprawl around it in dense . The type of this
building is residential and floors are 29 floors . As the site is small
there is no ground level parking 2 level podium parking is provided .

Total number of units in this single wing is 112 units and the plot area
is -15793.5 sq. mts . typology of units in this 112 units area as such – 3
B .H. K – 182 Sq .Mt , 4 B.H.K - 244 sq. Mt . The type of architectural
style followed while designing the residential building is
contemporary style
Large windows are provided as a sense of connective from the inside and outside . The
recreational garden spaces are provided mostly on the amenities floor which is the 7th floor
and 8th , Also a refuge floor .
