Pepsi was first introduced as "Brad's Drink"in New Bern,
North Carolina, United States, in 1893 by Caleb Bradham,
who made it at his drugstore where the drink was sold. It was
renamed Pepsi-Cola in 1898 after the root of the word
"dyspepsia" and the kola nuts used in the recipe. The original
recipe also included sugar and vanilla. Bradham sought to
create a fountain drink that was appealing and would aid in
digestion and boost energy. It operates in more than 156
countries of the world. Its main Head quarter id in New
York.

Pepsi In Pakistan firstFounded by Nawab Hussain
Siddique In 1971. First plant was established in Multan.
Pepsi Faced severe competition from ”7up” which was
established in 1968. Introduced “Teem” to compete with
“7up”. “7up” was later acquired by Pepsi. Head
office is in Lahore.
The first franchise of Pepsi in Pakistan in Multan city. The
franchise brought by single family of Multan. Now, they
owned six main franchises. Total nine franchises are
serving in all over the Pakistan. Our naubahar franchise is
one of the most successful franchises in Asia of soft drink
market. The others franchises located in Karachi, Peshawar,
Lahore, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Rawalpindi,
Gujranwala, Islamabad.

selecting steps to get there. It first requires managers to be aware
of challenges facing their businesses, and it then it requires
managers to forecast future business and economic conditions.
They then formulate objectives to reach by certain deadlines and
decide on steps to reach them.

Pepsi is very large company offering low cost products in several
industries. Its remains to be easily understandable due to the similarity of
its complements products. In the end I conclude that Pepsi is almost
covering all essential parts of being a strong organization by having a
strong Management System. The management of the Pepsi filled with
honest and experienced employees. They have plan in place to reduce the
cost. Management of the company is performing good. And Pepsi is most
preffered soft drink in Pakistan as compared to other drinks due to
different offers due to to taste.
