( plastic tables, folding tables, computer tables ) School Furniture ( study chairs, study desks,

Assistance manager have a lot of responsibility, and this job requires great leadership skills.
Whether you’re managing a group of sales people in retail or dishing out orders to servers in a
restaurant, you'll need to keep a level head, be able to multitask and have excellent people skills

I. Leadership:

Assistant managers are leaders and should represent their company and
themselves well by acting as a role model to the people reporting to them.
II. Disturbance Handler:
Disturbance Handler in that sense that if the task is not completed or
accomplished then he can handle the situation or guide the sub-ordinates.
III. Recourse allocator:
Resource allocation is a process and strategy involving a company deciding where
scarce resources should be used in the production of goods or services. A
resource can be considered any factor of production, which is something used to
produce goods or services.

FUNCTIONS OF MANGER:

Functions of Manger (Manager’s Job activities):

This manager is responsible to perform the following functions

I. Planning:
He makes the plan for their sub-ordinates to perform their tasks efficiently and
effectively.
II. Organizing:
assistance manager can organize the structure of credit department because he
gives the task to his sub-ordinates. He tells his subordinates “what tasks are to be
done?” and “Is it a group tasks or individual?”
III. Leader:

Leadership in that sense because it can supervise the non-manager.

IV. Controlling:
After the planning, organizing and leading he further look after and control their
sub-ordinates that they are performing there work in a right way or not.

This Manager can perform the following skills:

I. Human Skill:
As a assistance manager he is polite with their colleagues. He is corporate with
their costumers and guide them.
II. Technical Skill:
He knows about his technical skills that how to persuade and convince his
costumers for the financing in the bank.

REWARDS AND CHALLENGES:

What Kind of challenges are faced by him in Routine activities (Reward and challenges)?

Conclusion:

Firms like Boss Molded Furniture fall under the category of small and medium industries
of Pakistan. What I have concluded from our survey is that Boss Molded Furniture is
comparatively a sound organization in the local industries of Pakistan. Although the
ongoing conditions of Pakistan are negatively affecting all the industry of Pakistan. Boss
Molded Furniture somehow a little bit resistant to it because of its soundness. All the
firms of sizes of Boss Molded Furniture should be supported by the government of
Pakistan because they can play a very important role for the economy of Pakistan. The
organization is doing very good job of giving practical knowledge to the students with
due diligence.
