concerned parties like sub supplier, supplier, LTHE, TPIA and PMC/Owner. For preparing ITP Vendor to consider the
requirements of Datasheet, Applicable EIL and licensor Specifications, Project Inspection test Plan, Applicable

Initial Comments on QAP & Procedures shall be provided by LTHE prior to EIL review. Vendor to plan a visit to LTHE

LTHE informed that for equipment are under Inspection Category is “A&B”. i.e. Stage wise and final inspection
General QA/QC requirements - including review of quality control documents by TPIA/EIL. Equipments being inspection Category “A & B” Items,
OPEN QA-9 0 ITP /QAP approval endorsement of EIL is required on TPIA’s IRN. Supplier to get IRN endorsed by EIL regional office. However, LTHE ACCEPTED
will provide support for earlier endorsement from EIL if felt necessary.

OPEN QA-23 0 General QA/QC requirements Statutory requirements (as applicable) shall be in supplier's scope. ACCEPTED
Supplier to note that non sufficient work load/rework/non-readeness of items/stage for TPIA shall be in Supplier's
account .

The materials shall be new, of first quality and of the type and grade specified on individual
equipment drawing / data sheets. All materials shall be accompanied by Mill test certificates, certified by reputed
Inspection Agency. Material certification:
1. Material used in pressure part, directly welded to pressure part, skrit plate directly welded to equipment &
contact with process fluid shall be certified as per EN 10204-3.2 certification minimum.
2. Non-Pressure Parts shall be EN 10204 Type 3.1 minimum certification.
OPEN QA-24 0 General Material requirements Supplier to consider & comply all the material specifications attached in the MR/ Project specifications. ACCEPTED

Material used for NACE & HIC etc. shall be categorically certified for NACE & HIC etc. respectively in MTC and if
Dual certificatification is required for material as per EIL & licencer specifications, shall comply both materials
specification requirement & reported in MTC.
All the material requirements of EIL & CLG specifications for plates,pipes,flanges, vessels,heat exchangers
attached , referred in the MR/PR shall be complied.

Unless specified separetly in contract Vendor to provide confirmation for following as a minimum,
1) WPS/PQR/WPQ shall be as per the ASME standard and shall be qualified under independent well known TPIA
like (CEIL, LR, BV, TUV, DNV) . Any other agency shall be subject to approval by LTHE/EIL
2)Welding consumable shall meet ASME Sect. II C and Specification requirement . Welding consumable shall be

1) NDT personnel & NDT Procedures shall be certified by NDE Level III in line with EIL & licensor requirements.
2) NDT personnel shall be qualified II Level ASNT-TC 1A and/or EN 473 with valid certificate as per the specification
requirement. LTHE at any stage has rights to demand for the certifications for verification. Vendor shall provide the

specifications . If any clarification/queries on the specifcations,attachments,reference mentioned on specifcations/datasheets shall be raised by vendor & get it clarified before the award of contract.
