Responsibilities:

Provides the HSE support in areas of risk management, HSE System audits and
inspections.
Conducting drills on emergency evacuation, spill response, firefighting, first aid
etc.
Accident investigation and root cause analysis for ensuring no recurrence and lesson
learnt.
Evaluate the HSE non-conformances / violations generated by site working team and
discussing with Project Manager & HSE Manager and subsequently initiating
corrective actions.
Ensure safe cranes operations & lifting works, as per approved lift plan.
Ensure isolation of electrical & mechanical sources and LOTO (lockout / tag out)
system, PTW & SSOW followed for all maintenance and working jobs.
Ensure HSE induction to all new personnel / employees coming to site.
Ensure monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire alarms, fire
detectors etc.
To conduct HSE meetings at project to discuss the day to day site issues.
Report daily, weekly/ monthly HSE reports to client.
Strict monitoring & supervision of H2S zones and flammable gases zones required as
per standards..
Ensured compliance to all determined standards for all HSE activities.
Inspect all contract equipment as client requirement and ensured compliance to all
HSE regulations.
Conducting Tool Box Talk & Safety Awareness meetings on Daily & weekly basis
with employees and client.
Developed and implemented Traffic Management System as per client requirement
Arrangement & management of Safety Signage’s, zones and Marshaling points
Maps at designates spots as per client requirements.
Effective monitoring & supervision of erection & dismantling of scaffoldings.
Supervision of hot bolting, spading de spading, fuel bowser usage, confined space
entry, working at height, waste management, hazardous material handling, Lifting,
Rigging & Manual handling activities etc.
