Instructions: Rate the employee's performance during the review period by checking the most
appropriate numerical value in each section. To determine the overall performance rating, add the
numerical values together and divide by eight. Prior to the performance discussion with the
employee, a detailed plan to address areas rated "needs improvement" or "unacceptable" must be
submitted to the department head and human resources for review.

Clerical Knowledge
Knowledge of administrative and clerical
procedures and systems such as word
processing, managing files and records,
stenography and transcription, designing
forms, and other office procedures and
terminology.
File Audits
The HR assistant is responsible for
performing HR file audits to ensure that all
required documents are collected and are
maintained in employee files.
Record Maintenance
Includes information on employee benefits,
employment status, paid time off, sick time
or any other employee nonproductive
hours. They may also keep files of
performance appraisal information,
grievance or corrective action.

maintain agendas.
Attend one seminar on “How to improve your Leadership ”skills with his colleagues
conducted by the organization. Primary focus is to learn new skills and building strong
networking skills.
Moreover as he was lacking in leadership skills. Took training in the leadership course which
helped him in meeting organization objectives more quickly as compared to last year.
An environment of mutual cooperation should be developed at the organization which
allowed everyone to give their feedbacks regarding the company objectives and processes
and to provide effective guidelines following the matter.

satisfied with the remarks given by my supervisor and I agree with the performance review ratings. At
the beginning I did not show leadership qualities but now I will work as a dedicated person and help
my team to encounter challenges that comes our way. I will try my best to have knowledge of
customers expectations and of their needs and I will take all the necessary steps in order to improve
myself.
