A. General Inclusions:
1. Business Assistance & Concept
1.1 Ocular site inspection
1.2 Consultancy on Laundry Equipment Configuration
1.3 Installation of Washer and Dryer
1.4 Testing & Commissioning of Equipment
1.5 Training on proper use and routine maintenance

2. Post Installation Support

2.1 12 months warranty on parts & 1 year on services of Washer & Dryer. Exluded warranty on outside & tangible
parts including cosmetic parts. (Negligence and ony other acts of God are not covered by warranty).
2.2 Free Machine maintenance of Washer & Dryer every after Six (6) months FREE of Service Charge for 1 year.
2.3 Continuous Operational & Technical Support.

2 Delivery Charge for Provincial Client -

2.1 Location:

TOTAL CONTRACT FEE 900,000.00

C. Terms of Payment:
For 4 units LG Giant C-Pro Washer and 4 units LG Giant C-Pro Dryer 1 unit LG Titan Washer 1 LG Titan Dryer
1 amounting to Php 900,000.00.
50% machine down payment upon signing of contract 450,000.00
50% prior to delivery of machines 450,000.00

 D. Other Conditions:
· Delivery of Machines is within 5-7 working days after full payment within Luzon Area except via Shipping Cargo
· Delivery of Machines is within 10 to 20 working days after full payment via Shipping Cargo.
· Turnover: Five (5) working days upon delivery of machines.
· Ocular Charge of 3000.00 pesos for Provincial Area.
· Fare and lodging of Two (2) Machine Technicians for Machine Installation shouldered by the client except for Metro Manila area.
· Fare and Lodging of Two (2) Machine Technicians for Machine Cleaning and Maintenance must be shouldered by the client except
· Metro Manila area.
· For REPAIR if under warranty fare and lodging must be shouldered by the client except for Metro Manila area.
· For REPAIR if out of warranty service charge, kyzen fare rate and lodging must be paid by the client.
· For Clients preferring to pick up the machines from Kyzen office personally or thru their own cargo service, negligence, mishandling,
and other Acts of God wil not be covered by warranty.
· For Machine Only Service Response Time is maximum of 2 days.
· Clients are required to provide AVR(3000watts/Servo-motor) per dryer.
· Unboxing the machine will VOID the warranty.
· All above remains the property of KYZEN Business Consultancy., until fully paid.
