My name is al fachrezarivaldo I was born in the city of Kula Tungkal 19 years ago, Kuala
Tungkal is the tip of the district of Jambi province which is opposite to Indragiri Hulu Riau Regency.
I was born and raised in that city. I am the fifth child of five siblings and all men including me. At the
age of 3, I was taken care of by my aunt, because at that time my parents suffered from severe pain
and could not take care of me, and at that time I was entrusted to my aunt. My childhood was spent
with my aunt, the person who cared for and educated me until now. Speaking of hobbies, my hobby is
playing soccer. I loved it from a small hobby, when I sat in class 4 my elementary school took part in
a soccer competition between elementary schools in the city of Kuala Tungkal. It was at that time that
I first took part in a soccer competition that I really enjoyed from a young age, from a long time
before the race I had practiced a lot to face the race. But in the race my soccer team lost and did not
win. But my hobby in football doesn't stop there, outside of school I continue to take part in soccer
competitions.

When I was in class X of vocational high school I returned to the same level of high school
soccer competition in the city of Kuala Tungkal and at that time my school won 2nd place after losing
the final, and at that time I was very sad because of losing the match , where my struggle at that time
was very long during the training process in facing the race and could enter the final round. ter I
graduated from high school, I wanted to enroll in a science faculty or teacher, becoming a teacher was
the profession I dreamed of. Because being a teacher, I can provide knowledge to others, especially to
my students later. I enrolled at Jambi University, the most popular university in Jambi Province. But
at that time I failed and did not pass the university entrance examination.

At that time I thought about not going to college and choosing to work, but for a while I was
contacted by my brother who was in Batam, that he invited me to enter to enroll in college where he
worked, namely StikesIbnuSinaBatam. And in the end I enrolled in college at StikesIbnuSinaBatam
and I was accepted. At StikesIbnSina I took an environmental health study program, where the study
program was a new lesson for me because I didn't learn about environmental health when I was in
high school. In my stikes, I followed the student executive body organization, which is a place where
I learned a lot about socializing with people. Where the process is not learned in lectures.in the
organization I learned a lot, one of them was learning to argue, where the process was very useful for
me, because of that our personality was formed to be able to socialize with many people something
very positive for me.
