NOTES ON THE COMPLETION OF THE ASSESSMENT ENTRY PROCESS

PLEASE CHECK ALL THE DETAILS ON YOUR FORM BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY TO YOUR CHOSEN EXAMINATION CENTRE

1. If there are any errors on your form you must contact the University of London Student Assessment Office using the ‘Ask a Question’ button on
your Student Portal homepage (my.london.ac.uk).

2. You must complete and submit this form to your Examination Centre, together with the local centre fee by their local closing date. Entries
received by Examination Centres after their local closing date are accepted at their discretion. The University will abide by their decision.

3. When the Examination Centre receives your form, they will provide you with a validation code which confirms they are able to accommodate you.

4. Once you receive your validation code you should return to your Student Portal and complete your assessment entry online. You need to follow
the instructions and enter the validation code when prompted. Please note that the validation codes are unique and cannot be used more than
once or by any other student. At the end of the online assessment entry process you will be asked to pay the assessment fee (only if this is
applicable for your programme) which has been automatically calculated from the modules you have selected (see information on these fees
below).

5. Your Admission Notice will be emailed to you approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of the assessment period, and you are
required to take it to every examination you sit. If you have not received your Admission Notice ten days prior to your first written examination,
please contact the University of London Student Assessment Office through the ‘Ask a Question’ button on the Student Portal homepage
(my.london.ac.uk).

Please note that the link between yourself and your Examination Centre is a very important part of the examination process so it helps to maintain
good relations with your Centre. Please inform your Examination Centre if your contact details change.

ASSESSMENT FEES

The fees for the forthcoming assessments can be found on our website: https://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/fees

The assessment fee can be paid online by using any credit or debit card recognised by MasterCard, the Visa group or a Maestro card.

You can also pay offline by one of the following methods:

1. Sterling Bank Draft/Cheque made payable to the ‘University of London’. The bank draft/cheque should be drawn on a UK based bank, in
pounds sterling and clearly show the name/address/sort code of the UK bank where it may be presented for payment.

2. Western Union Quick Pay via a local Western Union Agent. To ensure the payment reaches the University you must ensure that you select
Western Union’s Quick Pay method.

your-fees

If you select to pay offline you will be presented with an offline payment form which you must print and submit to the University along with your Bank
Draft/Cheque or Western Union Payment Confirmation. Please print your Student Number, full name and date of birth on the back of the Bank
Draft/Cheque. We recommend you use secure post or registered mail to send your offline payment form and payment, to be received by the University
before the assessment entry deadline, to the Fees Office:

DATA PROTECTION
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 examination marks and results are the personal data of the candidate, and the University will deal
with these data in accordance with the data protection principles set out in the Act. By signing the entry form, a candidate is giving consent to the
University to release the results and marks to the candidate’s college and to other bodies, including professional bodies and sponsoring organisations,
which have a legitimate interest in the candidate’s performance in the examination.

NOTES TO THE EXAMINATION CENTRE

• Please retain your copy of the entry form for your records.
• All expenses incurred by the Examination Centre for the conduct of written examinations (i.e. invigilation, postage etc.) should be recouped from
candidates in advance of the written examinations in the form of a local fee.
• The University will acknowledge entry directly to students by email. Admission Notices will be emailed directly to students approximately two
weeks prior to the commencement of the examination session (you will receive candidate lists and examination timetables at the same time). The
University will forward the necessary examination materials, instructions and papers at the appropriate time (you can expect to receive the
materials for an examination five days prior to the scheduled date).

Please advise the Student Assessment Office immediately should you encounter any difficulties in holding the written examinations on the
dates set and our Examinations Distribution Office if you do not receive the examination question paper five days prior to any particular
written examination date.
