CHALLENGES IN MY DECISIONS
● A feeling of letting others

myself shutting others

In Conclusion
Overall, I feel very confident in decision making and
helping others. A strong drive, willing to change
hastily, and able to wear many hats helps in my
decision making processes. I want the best for
everyone, pushing other’s strengths and helping
them focus on greatness. I’m best when I’m on the
move, continuously wanting to be involved and
acting, always looking forward to the results while
learning from the journey.
“There will be few occasions where you are
absolutely certain about anything. You will
constantly be called upon to make decisions with
limited information. Your goal is not to eliminate
uncertainty, but to lead openly and honestly in spite
of it.”

James Franklin, Head Football Coach, Penn State University
