The Singapore-Sichuan High-tech Innovation Park

 MOU signed on 15 Sep 2010 between the Singapore-Sichuan Investment Holdings (SSIH) and
the Chengdu High Tech Zone Administration Commission to explore the joint development of the
Singapore-Sichuan High-tech Innovation Park

 SSIH is a wholly-owned company of Temasek Holdings

 Sembcorp forms part of the Singapore consortium which includes Temasek, Keppel and Ascendas

 Feasibility study on the project is expected to be completed by mid-2011. It will look into the
land usage, development model, development place and industry positioning. If project is
deemed commercially viable, the partners will form a 50:50 Singapore-Chinese JV to undertake
the project.
