I CAN SEE YOU

I. LESSON

Objectives:

 To introduce parts and functions of the human eye


 To enumerate ways in caring for the eyes
 To observe things around them (color, shape, special feature)

A. WARM UP: Sing the song titled, “Jesus is a happy name”

B. LEARN AND ENJOY

We can see beautiful things like a smile with our eyes. God gave us eyes
so we can see His wonderful creation.

II. LESSON PROPER:

LET’S TAKE A CLOSER LOOK: Identify the parts of the eye.

Iris- the colored part of the eyes


Cornea- where light enters
Pupil- opening through which light passes
Lens- focuses image
Optic Nerve- sends message to the brain
Retina- a thin layer of tissue that lines the back
of the eye on the inside
Things that we do with our eyes: Count how many each animal are.
