Creating waybill – integration with Asia ERP

We tryed to to start the implementation of e-AWB but We had a lot of problem with Air
companies and Brazilian airpoirts. Until 2018 IATA and American were doing a lot of meetings
and , including discounts for FF that would like to Test . Unfortunatily cause ERP Change
Project, Asia din’t get it.

WMS in Miami

I believe not problem with technological gaps> I belive we had problem with Process and
SUpliers o four Customers. The goods came to Warehouse, by Supliers, and one more of our
Customer has the same Suplier..... the Push Order from Customer came afther the Supliers...
Brazilian Office, sometimes, didn’t share PO information.... Miami get the goods but didn’t
know the correct Owner... we had consolitation lead time problem . It was not flat.

In Brazil wrong ZIP code

Placing an good/something in the wrong location matyb can causes a dramatic trouble ,
depends on the process moment. Sometimes double check or Automatc/Integrated funtion
can solve it. Wrong information is worst than no informmation.

Best practises

When we’re choosing a WMS, TMS or ERP  we must verify it can handle your orders
(connected with our reality, business and cultura).... test it to make sure it can handle above
our normal order volume (sometimes stress test is not consider)
Sometimes we must to choose standard install without modifications or a large shift before....
maybe the average is good cause we can check if consultants will talk a good game or couldn’t
deliver capabilities – they aren’t ready for

several key reasons for these challenges (independent of the businnes) - focus on
Warehouse:

“standardization”: Processes in different businesses can often be executed in differenty

System. As a result, WMS systems must be able to use fewer “off-the-shelf” features than
other systems, and often require customization. Custom modifications can be “buggy” and
prone to failure during go-live.

Exceptions to the rule: This same process complexity often leads to numerous exceptions and
workarounds to the normal rules in the warehouse. These work-arounds often go
undocumented and are not discussed at the time the software is configured. Sometimes, the
work-arounds only come to light during go-live, and require rapid code-writing on the fly to
accommodate.

Fewer business-savvy users: Warehouse workers often have less familiarity with business
process transformation, and less experience with new technology than do their counterparts in
the front office. This generally contributes to a “culture shock” once a new software system is
put in place.

Material handling equipment: systems often interface with printers and other devices. These
interfaces are usually custom-written, and can be problematic if not tested properly or be able
to replacement.
