SLIDE 1 - OPENING

Sandra : “Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabaarakatuh,”

“Good Evening, The Honorable, CEO, Marketing Manager and the Staffs of AMAZON INC. It’s
been an honour for me to present you our offerings of marketing consultation in terms of
market research.”

“First of all, I want to introduce you to our research group members. My Name is Sandra
Monica, standing next to me is Nurul Yanuar, the next one is Andromeda, and the last one is
Ilham Ramdani.”

perceives, and behaviors. There’s a lot of things we have to understand to encourage and
maintain our engaged customers to keep our cash flow healthy and make the best use of it.”

Andro : “Admit it, the goal of every ecommerce today was to create as much as possible completed
transactions. As we can expect, transactions is started from the way of our customers open our
site or applications, search something that they want, add it to their cart, and finally check it out
and pay it.

analyzing tools.”

market. For example, if we want to measure our customer behavior of viewing our available
products, we can use the utility of our database retrieving model. So, our AI machine can
actually compare the pagination loading, keyword typing, or even the product selecting, before
and after our user logging in into their account. Just as amazing as that!”
