Short Event Description:

Every start of the school year, there is new members want to join the scouting movement.
The new members will be undergone on a ceremonial activity to be part in the organization.
They will be undergone few sessions about the life, ideals and visions of a scout.

Last August 22, 2019, we, the BSP Unit leaders, School Commissioner, Representative
of the BSP Council, the parents of the scouts and old scouts witnessed the Investiture Ceremony
of the new members in BSP Scout Movement. The new members renounced and embraced their
dedication to the scouting life and movement. We were glad to welcome the new members in
scouting movement. In the same manner, we were so thankful for the full support of the parents
to their sons.

Objectives of the Event:

 Welcome the new members to the organization
 Show appreciation of the scout oath and law of the BSP
 Show value of the troops roles in the community involvement and environment
Preliminaries:
 Meeting of BSP Troop Unit Leaders with the different section of BSP School
Coordinators
 Creating of Working Committees
 Rehearsal of the flow in the ceremony

Results:
 The new members of the scouting movement have been official welcome to the
organization.
 The new scouts renounce and embrace the life, ideals and vision of the scouting
movement.
