This a project where client requires E-forms which do individual small tasks of calculating
EMI’s, Insurance Premium, Fee Collection details, Demand Deposit Accounts, Credit Card
Maintenance, Duplicate Statement generation etc. These E-forms are implemented with IFX
services with SAP as a back end.
Fineos:
Fineos is a Insurance product which deals with the Financial services regarding the insurance.
Fineos application will contact and will be in sync with many other application and serves as a

Project Description:
The project involves automating the testing process of modules such as eTravel, Leave Management
System, Confirmation Appraisal, Aspire, Pat on Back and Global Reimbursement of eSupport. Here we use
QTP 9.2 for automation testing. The project also involves identifying the test scenarios, writing the test
cases and preparing the feasibility analysis. The modules we handle are subject to frequent changes in the
design and even sometimes business flow. So there is lot of maintenance in the testing process. This is the
first time automation testing is implemented in eSupport so there are lots of challenges.

Project Description:
The Workflow and Document Management (WDM) Project seeks to deliver process efficiency and
productivity gains in the back office (MBF Mailroom) in dealing with paperwork for PHI memberships and
Claims transaction documents, Clearview & Life documents, while improving the ability of front line staff
(MBF Contact Centre’s, PHI & FS operations Staff, OKC) to provide a high level of service to customers.
Challenges being faced by MBF in AS IS business process:
• Poor visibility of end-to-end processes.
• Poor management visibility and control of transactions due to the manual nature of processes
MBF can overcome the afore mentioned challenges by implementing the following solution:
• Paperwork is stored in image repositories (SAN) in TIFF format for quick access and easy retrieval.
• WDM has been identified by ACE as an enabler for the removal of these inefficiencies. The solution
is provided by Sungard EXP system.

Project Description:
Wells Fargo has acquired Placer Sierra Bank. This will require the conversion and loading of Placer
Sierra images to both the Wells Fargo Image Archive and the View Pointe image Archive. A Large number
of Placer Sierra checks are to be converted and loaded into both the WF Image Archive and View Pointe
image archive. Placer Sierra bought four banks and never converted the images. These images are not all in
the same format.
A Large number of Check images with different sources need to be validated as part of project. This
is huge project with a minimum of 130 million checks to be converted. In this, the Verification and
validation of the check Images (in PDF format) are done, with the Operations Image Browser (OIB)
database and the Index sheet to ensure the accuracy and complete the acquisition.

(R2D2) repository and authoring/maintenance application for enabling the new business processes for
repair data authoring. The new application will facilitate authoring, maintenance and distribution of
Repair Options. It also provides information technology support for business process improvements to
Repair Option delivery (e.g., for CSA applications, implementing standard jobs at dealership),

Caterpillar Certified Rebuild authoring, Planned Maintenance (PM Checklist delivery) and Repair
Process Integration (Related Parts selling) processes.
