Re: Areas of Improvement

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am the Managing Member for Grupo Habita, which operates The Robey Chicago. I am
writing in response to your letter dated June 13, 2020, which conveyed your concerns about the
work and guest environment at Robey. Please be advised that Robey takes EEO matters very
seriously, as we take immense pride in our commitment to maintaining diverse staffing and
clientele.

Robey welcomes constructive feedback and invites you to detail the specific concerns
that you have regarding the individuals and/or subjects identified in your June 13 letter. In
identifying these concerns, please identify: (i) all of the salient facts, e.g., who, what, when, and
where; (ii) all persons impacted by the concerning conduct; and (iii) all witnesses to the
concerning conduct. In anticipation of your responses, Robey has retained outside counsel to
investigate your concerns. By sharing the foregoing information, you will provide Robey with
an opportunity to have a thorough investigation conducted into your concerns.

It bears repeating, Robey takes EEO matters very seriously and remains open-minded to
receiving any information that you desire to share. While we have always taken pride in our
continued efforts aimed at inclusion, we also recognize that there exists room for improvement in
any business setting. Finally, we agree that time is of the essence and, therefore, we encourage
you to provide the requested information by June 23, 2020.
