In many tropical and subtropical regions, rainfall varies much more than temperature does. Also, because the Earth tilts, the direct
sun rays, and in turn the tropical rain belt, shifts from the northern to southern tropics. Like Philippines, it is located near the equator
where the sunlight directly hits it. So these areas, experience just two seasons: wet season and dry season. This geographical location of the
Philippines creates two seasons.

Oceans and seas have great influence on the weather of continental masses. One of the massive oceans of the Earth is the Pacific
Ocean wherein the Philippines is close to. These oceans are where tropical cyclones mostly develops. The Philippines is prone to tropical
cyclones due to its geographical location as well as typhoon belt which generally produce heavy rains and flooding of large areas.

The Philippine economy is largely dependent in agriculture. A crop diversification is largely dependent on climate conditions. There
are four climate types in the Philippines namely Type I, II, III, and IV. Climatic conditions depends largely on the geographical location of a
particular place. This climatic conditions is distributed throughout the different regions that creates varied crop production. The Central
