GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the overall F&B operation to maximize guest satisfaction and team
performance by delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with Velaa and
F&B standards.
• Menu designing, updating digital and physical menus. Printing & maintaining neat
and grammatically accurate menus in all outlets.
• Perform clerical duties and coordinating with other departments.
• Submit and follow through with maintenance requests.
• Maintain office supplies, menu paper stock, manage contracts and ensure accurate
record keeping.
• Assist with employee leave tracking including ensuring up-to-date employee schedules
are entered into the system.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role as above. Experience in F&B service
in a five star property will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage
processes.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in computing and office software. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign,
Micros, Fusion, Opera and designing skills will be an added advantage.
• Performs well under pressure & strict deadlines.
