Letter of Apology for those whom I hurted in one way to another and hopping for those people

affected from this letter would finally be happy to know that I have in one way another did not
push through with the evidences against them. I only made it clear to this letter that out of the
original dozen officers I filed to the office of the ombudsman I only included the real trouble
maker of this case. and I was able to pray that only one person must suffer all this sufferings. I
will finally salute my friends here in America whom in one way or another help me assist to deport
Jane Arcangel as soon as possible to face a hearing in Regional Trial Court... and my friends told
me Inspector Jane Arcangel already violated some documents before he went here in America -
specially in Miami Florida and they are tracking her whereabouts - she made possible fraud
documents keeping it silent that she has pending case there in the Philippines. sHe has forge
some documents speecially embassy documents placing or hiding NO to his pending cases.
Hope my friends will already put their tracking radar and ability to deport this fugitive and culprit
who cause my relatives and friends specially, Fernandez, Narag and Soriano who are the
Director of BFP Region 2 to panic with my statement. and for malupeng and other girls I filed I
made such apology to retract the evidences to them and now not only my friends are tracking
Inspector Jane Arcangel also the People of the Philippines for her word that made hatred to my
family until now that she lied and telling the court I was the troublemaker and I forged all the
documents in the office. to other friends in the Regional Office Major Corpus, Inspector Atal and
also to my kumpare Inspector Gumabay I apologize for this scenario and to my cousin Major Neil
Caranguian who was recently sinibak sa pwesto who is hard headed three years ago with other
6 Inspectors that caused the death 0f 16 BSN students recently. And to the office of the
ombudsman who garbage my compalint of forgery and others to inspector jane Arcangel ..I
apologize for the puzzling moments that you are insisting to get me a good exit by making me
your driver and bodyguard aas being the Chief City fire marshal of Tuguegarao City and I denied
instead go an AWOL to save more BSN students from the chamber of fire.....

For Soriano, Fernandez and SFO4Narag I hope our friendship will rekindle and I know year 2011
will make our frienship rekindle I made a letter for you three most trusted and most close friends
but my mother never delivered such letter and so in this facebook to the eyes of my frie nds here
in Holywood, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon Arizona I would just put in the Facebook so that you
may also read my letter of apology..I also inserted here the decision of Ombudsman and the
WARRANT OF ARREST OF INSPECTOR JANE ARCANGEL in order that the Immigration
Department will deport her including the possible crime she will face in Florida for possible forgery
and tampering of her documents by putting "NO" statement to his pending case before she was
interviewed in Embassy Manila. I hope she will stay long in KENDALL REGIONAL MEDICAL
MIAMAR FLORIDA CENTER.so that the forgery and dishonesty she will faced here in USA will
be act as soonest as posible

I also apologize for my best friend Major Rhoderick Ramirez, Joselito Cortez I know this year
2011 is good for an apology and also to other friends I hurt Inspector Gumabay, and others..
