Perceived Levels of Group Dynamics in the Different Subject Areas in
University of the Cordilleras Senior High School
Abstract This research sought to validate the level of agreement on group dynamics in the different subject areas in university of the cordilleras senior high school, to distinguish their perceived stages of their group dynamics and identify their strategies on the improvement of their group dynamics. Introduction A Group is a formation of at least two people who come together in a given purpose, communicate with each other, affect each other and are dependent on each other. To be a group, a crowd should have common objectives and norms, but also they should be feeling themselves as a group[] R. Kreitner, A. Kinicki. These subject area coordinators supervise teachers
This research sought to answer the following questions:
1. Stages of Group Dynamics in the different clusters in the UC
senior high school as perceived SOP : What is the level of experience in group dynamics ? (A) To determine the level of experience in group dynamics, mean will be used.
SOP : What is the level of perception on the stage of group
dynamics ?
(B) To determine the perception on the stage of group dynamics,
mean will be used.
2. Is there a difference in the level of experience in group
dynamics and the perception on the stage of group dynamics? To determine the difference in the level of experience in group dynamics and the perception on the stage of group dynamics, a paired sample t-test will be used. 3. Strategies on the improvements of group Dynamics (answer via interview ?) Stages of Group Dynamics in the different clusters in the UC senior high school as perceived Consistency to the Principles of Group Dynamics Strategies on the improvements of group Dynamics Conclusion and Recommendation References
