Inspiration and opportunities
My journey started in Patna (Bihar). I was new
to the concept of entrepreneurship and into
manufacturing. It was a big thing for me to provide
employment to people and make a good quality
product for my customers. Every person who builds
a house or an office is our buyer.

Yamuna Nagar is India’s single largest


manufacturing hub so it dictates the pricing of
products as a whole. Raw materials are easily
available, this is necessary to run a plant smoothly.
Everything is available at a stone’s throw.
Because it is a manufacturing hub, we face every
competition – but that is also healthy and good for
us. It keeps us on our toes.

The vision of my brand is to provide good quality
and quantity with the latest technologies at a
competitive price so that it can sustain and lead in
the market. There is always scope for doing better
in your field with the latest technologies. We try
to update our manufacturing line all the time and
hold trials for new machines and processes.

We try to keep our customers happy by providing


the best quality at a good price. In this, brand
positioning helps a lot; having the best quality with
the latest technology does the trick for us.

The industry is quite large and the volume of


plywood units in Yamuna Nagar says it all. I am
not aware of the exact number but the plywood

industry comes down to some thousand crore.


The market is getting bigger day by day and
competition is increasing too. Only companies
with brand recognition can survive. Due to fierce
competition and big players entering the market
daily, the growth of the plywood segment in the
next five years is inevitable.
