AMP revision and Effective pages
The changes in this AMP must always be approved by the competent authority or CAMO that has
been entitled to it. If the CAMO makes the approval, the owner of the aircraft has to have an
agreement with the CAMO in question. The AMP is updated and it is sent with the covering letter
acceptable. The AMP can be brought into use after the approval.

Section 3
1 Owner/Operator Responsibilities
2 CRS
2.1 On completion of any of the AMP maintenance checks, a detailed, referenced entry must
be made in the relevant log book(s) with an appropriate CRS by the certifying person.
2.2 CRS for aeroplanes operated for the purpose of CAT shall be issued by a Part-145
organisation.
2.3 Except for aeroplanes released by a Part-145 organisation, the CRS shall be issued
according to Part M M.A.801.
2.4 For Non-CAT aeroplanes of simple design, the pilot-owner may issue CRS in accordance
with Part M M.A.803 for maintenance as listed in Part M, Appendix VIII, as applicable, and
for the completion of the 50 hour check. A CRS issue is not required subsequent to the
completion of the Check A.
3.1 Certifying persons must use their engineering skill and judgement in determining the
depth of inspection needed and other matters, which could affect the airworthiness of the
aeroplane.
3.2 Certifying persons are responsible for recording in the appropriate log book or
worksheet, any defects, deficiencies or additional maintenance required, resulting from the
implementation of the AMP and the issue of the CRS.
4.1 Airworthiness life limitations shall be those published by the state of design TC holder
and STC holders.
4.2 Airworthiness life limitations shall be recorded in document or system acceptable to the
Competent authority.
5 Ads
5.1 Ads shall be those issued by EASA, the competent authority and the state of design
responsible for the TCs and STCs.
5.2 Forecasting and compliance with Ads shall be recorded in documents or systems
acceptable to the competent authority.
7.1 Overhaul, additional inspections and test periods shall be those recommended by the TC
holder or STC holders.
7.2 EASA and the competent authority may vary or mandate overhaul and test periods and
additional inspections by the issue of an AD or national Generic Requirements.
7.3 The forecasting and compliance with overhaul, additional inspections and test periods
shall be recorded in document or system acceptable to the competent authority.
8.1 Instructions for continued airworthiness consist of in-service data published by the TC
or STC holder in AMMs, SBs, service letters etc.
8.2 To ensure operational safety and reliability, instructions for continued airworthiness
must be formally technically assessed and adopted as required by the owner/operator or
CAMO.
9.1 EASA approved changes, which have been carried out, must be recorded in the
documents or systems acceptable to the Competent authority.
9.2 Any additional instructions for continued airworthiness due to the change shall be
recorded in documents or systems acceptable to the Competent authority.
10 Independent Inspections
10.1 The TC holder or STC holder’s instructions for continued airworthiness should be
followed when determining the need for an independent inspection.
11.1 Job card become part of the maintenance records that must be kept in accordance
with Part M M.A.305(h) by the owner/operator.
11.2 All additional maintenance carried out should be certified on suitably referenced
worksheets and included in the aeroplane records.
11.3 Scheduled maintenance job cards and additional worksheets shall be cross-referenced
and recorded documents or systems acceptable to the competent authority, giving details of
Ads, component changes, scheduled and any additional maintenance carried out.
12 Defects
Any defect that hazards seriously the flight safety shall be rectified before further
flight.
Only the authorised certifying staff on behalf Subpart F or Part 145 maintenance
organisation and Part 66 licence holder can decide, using maintenance data,
whether an aircraft defect hazards seriously the flight safety and therefore decide
when and which rectification action shall be taken before further flight and which
defect rectification can be deferred.
Any aircraft defect that would not hazard seriously the flight safety shall be rectified
as soon as practicable, after the date the aircraft defect was first identified and
within any limits specified in the maintenance data.
Any defect not rectified before flight shall be recorded in the aircraft maintenance
record system.
13 Performance of Maintenance
All maintenance shall be performed following the methods, techniques, standards and
instructions specified in Part M M.A.402.
The aircraft should only be maintained with this approved AMP.
The general maintenance and inspection standards applied to individual maintenance tasks
should meet the recommended standards and practises of the organisation responsible for
the type design which are normally published in the AMM
14 Definitions
12.1 Throughout the AMP the following terms and abbreviations have the stated definitions;
Service/lubrication (SERVICE/LUB)
The term ‘service or lubrication’ requires that a component or system should be serviced
and/or replenished as necessary with fuel, oil, grease, water, oxygen, etc., to a condition
specified in the appropriate AMM. The term may also be used to require filter cleaning or
replacement.
Inspect (INSP)
An ‘inspection’ is a visual check performed externally or internally in suitable lighting
conditions from a distance considered necessary to detect unsatisfactory
conditions/discrepancies using, where necessary, inspection aids such as mirrors, torches, a
magnifying glass etc.
Surface cleaning and removal of detachable cowlings, panels, covers and fabric may be
required to be able to satisfy the inspection requirements.
Check (CHK)
A ‘check’ is the verification of compliance with the type design organisation’s instructions for
continuing airworthiness.
Section 4
Maintenance check
Variations (permitted)

For tasks controlled by FHs should not be understood to be a maintenance planning tool, but as an
1 exceptional means to allow the owner/operator to fly for a limited period of time until the required
check is performed.
May not be applied to Ads, Generic National Requirements, airworthiness life limitations or
2
overhaul and test periods.
3 The more restrictive limit shall be applied for tasks controlled by both FHs and calendar time.
Any application to the maintenance check cycle period must be recorded in the appropriate log
book(s) together with the reason for the variation, by a person who is authorised to sign the log
4
book entry for that particular check. Details of the permitted variation must be made visible to the
pilot.
5 Not required to be deducted from the next scheduled check.
Section 5
This AMP is annually reviewed by the contracted CAMO and amended accordingly when necessary.
The review will ensure that the AMP continues to be valid in light of the operating experience and
instructions from the competent authority whilst taking into account new and/or modified maintenance
instructions promulgated by the TC and STC holders and any other organisation that publishes such
data in accordance with Annex (Part-21) to Regulation (EC) No 1702/2003.
M.A.302 (d) M.A.302 (g)
The check list form for the annual review is located in the Annex 27 of this AMP.
After the review the signed check list should be stored in the end of this AMP as a part of this AMP.
The annual review cycle (one calendar year) will start from the date of first approval of this AMP.
